First of all, I'm sorry I left a rating without an explanation. I left a negative review primarily because you were rude at the restaurant (with the same comments you've just written), telling me I didn't like your ramen because "I'm used to instant noodles" or "I'd probably never tried ramen before." You made me feel uncomfortable, and I didn't enjoy my experience at your restaurant. I ordered takeout out of courtesy, and I never throw away food, even if it's not to my taste.

20/09/2025: Unfortunately, it was a negative experience. The location is very nice and the staff are friendly, but an hour-long wait for the entrée and another hour for the main course is way too long. Especially since the bao and the bun were tiny, and the bun was also cold. The sushi was good, but the quality/price ratio was decidedly poor. The only positive was the discount when we expressed our disappointment at the delay.
16/09/2025: I read that some people were hoping to replicate the experiences they'd had in Japan, an understandable expectation, but one that's currently virtually unrealistic in Italy. Certainly not in a fusion restaurant with its classic, invented dishes, fake stone tableware, and the insipid mix of sushi and ramen that doesn't even resemble Japan on a postcard.

31/08/2025: I booked a table for two in the small room with floor seating, which was lovely for its traditional Japanese atmosphere and privacy.
The dishes were all fantastic; the fish was fresh, and even the desserts amazed us.
The staff was very friendly and service was quick.
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a good all-you-can-eat experience in a place that still retains its authenticity. ❤️
15/08/2025: A very intimate place with the old ordering system still in place—no tablets, just a plate number. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is truly delicious!
It's a shame you couldn't eat outside yet, maybe next time.
Of course, there's an all-you-can-eat option for €16.90.

07/10/2025: A Japanese-style Chinese restaurant, very clean and welcoming inside and with a lovely garden outside, but a bit hidden and accessed via a bad road with poor parking.
The food isn't bad considering the hot dishes, but unaghidon and coffee are avoidable.
Prices are reasonable.
Very helpful and friendly staff.

24/06/2025: We were here late at night, almost everything was closed, and Kura is open until 10:30 PM. Very fresh and tender fish, a large selection of dishes, fast and pleasant service.
You are great, keep it up!

11/06/2025: Truly all five stars this sushi lounge in Velletri, an unexpected wonderful location and culinary experience.. delicious sushi and generous portions accompanied by a remarkable wine cellar. You can also have an aperitif until 8.00 pm. Attentive and very kind staff always ready to satisfy every need. The location then delicious, an outdoor area with lights and flowering plants, lounge music in the background that make the atmosphere unique! excellent value for money, I can't wait to come back!!!

12/10/2025: I am still eating but had to post this. One of the best Miso soups I have had. Shrimp tempura yummy. Waiting for the rest of the food Andrea was serving and he explained everything to us. Even the music was good we had the California roll wow wow wow.

16/07/2025: Since I'm vegetarian, there aren't many vegetarian options, but the few vegetarian dishes are very good. If you make a reservation, you'll be assigned a table at the entrance, and service is extremely fast.
