22/07/2026: Very friendly staff, I had a great time. Good food, perhaps limited selection, but everything was fresh, and the fried food was crispy and not rubbery. Very easy to find, and there's plenty of parking.
27/06/2026: Reused chopsticks, a sushi cart that's probably been running for hours, with pieces that are now warm, third-world food. They deserve to be sent to the NAS.

Unfortunately, it's been closed since this summer and hasn't reopened... I hope it reopens. The food was great, I felt right at home.

03/05/2026: Nothing exceptional. Fairly fair price/variety/quality.
Personally, I didn't like it and I don't think I'll return a second time because it's not exactly sushi and they tend to almost "cover" the flavor of the raw fish, tartare, and carpaccio, always adding sauces and creams over the top, even some that are quite strong (basil cream mayonnaise or pesto), which leaves doubts about the basic quality, as they don't leave it "natural" and bring the sauces on the side, for example.
As for the rest, nothing between the fried rolls and uramaki is well-presented, so it's difficult to evaluate the quality of the product.

05/07/2026: My favorite Asian restaurant. I recommend the dumplings—all of them, but especially the braised meat ones and the ones with egg and chives—and the spicy-sweet soup. The vegetarian options are also excellent, with a good number of variations. Service can be slow (ordering from a notebook), compared to what AYCE restaurants are used to, but once your food arrives, you realize the wait is worth it: well-balanced flavors and nothing is left to chance. Very friendly staff and a quiet atmosphere.
01/07/2026: Excellent sushi in Valencia. The food is really good, the place is cute, and the owner is super friendly. I recommend it.

19/07/2026: The bathroom is beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. The spaces are well-organized: swimming pool, grassy children's area, showers, and playgrounds—all without disturbing one another.
The responses from the older owners could be improved; they're "typical" of the area, so to speak.

12/06/2026: The food was good quality, but I found the ingredients a bit unclear. I follow a specific diet, which the restaurant claims to comply with; however, the dedicated menu included desserts that didn't seem compatible with that diet. After confirming the sugar content, I was recommended a fruit salad that was deemed suitable, but it contained peaches in syrup. Fortunately, I don't suffer from any allergies, but for those with special dietary needs, precise and accurate information is essential. For this reason, I can't give it the highest rating. The lady who served us was very kind and apologized, while also mentioning the price.

19/06/2026: We visited TricTrac twice—once for aperitivo and then for dinner. On both occasions, the service was very friendly and prompt. The food—such as the truffle risotto and polenta with ragù—was outstanding and stylishly presented. The location, with its view of the cathedral, is unique. Overall, a great atmosphere.
18/06/2026: The service wasn't attentive or thorough, but the view was truly magnificent! The food wasn't sophisticated, but it was tasty. We each had two craft beers (trying both the light and dark ones) and a mixed appetizer (scrambled eggs, ham, apple and walnut salad, and three crostini with vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, and radicchio).

For lunch with friends, we discovered this place surrounded by greenery but with an incredible sea view, and that was already a plus.
The well-kept garden, inhabited by various species of animals, gave us a sunny May Day with clean air.
The menu was excellent, with a cold appetizer accompanied by various hot appetizers, both seasonal and local.
Two first courses and a mixed grill cooked on the grill. The homemade bread and the red wine we were served were excellent.
Impeccable service, the waiters were cheerful and helpful, even with requests for additional appetizers.
Recommended!!!

21/02/2026: One of the few sushi places left with small plates on the conveyor belt. The staff is very friendly. The sashimi is always fresh and very good. They have many dishes to order. One of the few, if not the only one, to have tamago nigiri on the menu!
21/02/2026: My wife and I always go there, the salmon is always of the highest quality and the first courses are delicious.

16/05/2026: Don't ask for bread or you'll pay €2! The beer was awful, €7. The waitress's friendliness was nonexistent. We ordered fries to go with our meal, and they arrived after we'd finished eating. We refused them, but to our surprise, we were still charged. Luckily, we checked the bill to get them removed.

Quite centrally located, quiet atmosphere, the food was traditional and very good, and it has the feel of a family-run business. Prices were perfect (1/4 liter of wine = €2.50; I paid a total of €33 for antipasto + pasta + second course + coffee + wine). They have a page of daily specials; it's best to just ask the waiter for recommendations. Hardly any tourists, attentive service. I'll definitely come back next time.
