27/03/2025: Ristorante all’interno del famosissimo hotel Hilton, ed ha varie sale Ristorante , Quella dedicata ai non ospiti dell’albergo ha delle sedie abbastanza scomode e dei tavoli abbastanza alti in compenso si mangia bene, i prezzi sono perfettamente in linea con il posto, il personale è molto ma molto professionale (si capisce benissimo che sono professionisti/e del settore, in altri posti trovi dei camerieri che la mattina fanno i muratori e la sera fanno i camerieri). Sicuramente ci ritornerò .

29/09/2025: A really cute little Japanese restaurant in the center of Trieste, with takeout available. It's located in a small street in the center, very easy to find with Google Maps. I ordered poke (half rice, half your choice) and a Japanese beer: everything was really excellent! I'm very satisfied and will definitely be back. (◍•ᴗ•◍)❤

09/10/2025: Nice little shop for coffee and accessories. I got some Hausbrandt beans that I cannot buy at home and a branded espresso set. Great place to buy a coffee themed souvenir of the famous city of coffee.

03/10/2025: Today I come in and politely ask if I can use the restroom. I assume the owner asks me, "What can I get you in the meantime?" I reply, "Nothing." Then she tells me the restroom is out of order...but. If I'm not mistaken, it seems to me you can't prohibit use of the restroom, and I'm sure if I'd ordered something, she would have said yes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT DUE TO ITS RUDENESS.

14/09/2025: We had breakfast and the waitress made us a macchiato instead of a cappuccino, and only one drink instead of the two we ordered. The croissants are filled by hand on the spot, which we thought was great.
