01/04/2024: The level of cuisine that is never banal and of excellent quality has been reconfirmed. Every time I bring someone who doesn't know this type of cuisine and then comes back because they were positively impressed.
Price in line with the proposal and welcoming environment. The service could be improved, a little distracted.

04/04/2024: Top 3 of the best ice creams in Trieste. I tasted the pistachio flavor and it was close to perfection.
I will come back to try other flavors to make sure the 5 stars are deserved, but I'm practically certain of it.
16/03/2024: Ice cream without flavor, or rather all the flavors taste like nothing. Dear. And go back up too. Wasted money.

30/03/2024: Stopped by on a business trip. Location of an old tavern with fireplace, very welcoming.
Parking is on the street, a bit problematic.
The first courses we tasted were excellent and the frico eaten by two was truly plentiful. I highlight the grilled polenta served with frico, very tasty and one of the best polentas I have tasted.
Excellent service, friendly staff and reasonable prices. All positive.

12/05/2024: I book a room, upon arrival it is infested with bedbugs, present in large numbers even in the clean bed sheets. I ask for a room change, but the problem is the same. Notice that I would not stay in the facility, my money was not returned.

07/05/2024: A very attentive waiter explained the menu to us. It consists of many local specialties such as Blecs, Cjarsons and the like. He explained to us the ingredients, preparation and special features. Exceptionally delicious. Also worth mentioning was the starter, baccalà or an asparagus flan with excellent cheese sauce.
