23/06/2025: We were there for the start of the evening at 7 p.m. We had called a few days in advance to make a reservation, which I think was absolutely sensible. The restaurant has limited seating and exudes a very intimate and welcoming atmosphere. The food, the hospitality, the service, and the restaurant itself were all absolutely first-class. It was a wonderful evening, and we would have loved to try everything on the menu. All the dishes we chose were absolutely fantastic. For us, it's an absolute insider tip when in Trieste.

22/06/2025: Small simple place with few seats. Genuine flavors and a menu that invites you to taste. We fell in love with the chickpea cream❤️. The friendliness of the staff combined with the excellent service make the experience very pleasant.

04/06/2025: I was there for a wedding, we ate a ton of appetizers and then dinner all based on fish, a heavenly experience..,.... I just have no idea how much a "normal" dinner would cost, but any amount is worth it in my opinion.

12/06/2025: I must say that the experience I had was not in line with the expectations I had created based on the reviews I had read. The dishes were in the right quantities and also good, but not superior to other places quite close by. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful.

07/06/2025: We had a great meal there. Crab gnocchi, eggplant ravioli with shellfish, fish fritto. Delicious! Not to mention the kindness of the waitress and the chef's visit to the dining room to check our satisfaction.

16/06/2025: Business lunch. Courteous and helpful staff. Good choice. Shared appetizer (steamed + au gratin) and first course (which I shared in exchange for a taste of the second course). Good, tasty and well-presented dishes. Eating with a view of the boats is (personally) pleasant.

12/06/2025: Whether a place is trendy, or trendy as they say today, does not automatically make it a dispenser of good food. But you know, people, in general, frequent and get ripped off by places that are trendy. A "raw" that is abundantly accompanied by sauces, dips and various gimmicks (including pineapple, ridiculous) only to confuse the scarcity of product, is embarrassing. Fried food, with a distinct bitter taste, means cooking with old and/or poor quality oil. Octopus tentacles? Three tiny pieces presented with sauces, mayonnaise flavored with who knows what, pickled onion (from industrial production, read can), celeriac placed on white cream.....??? Hot evening, fairly crowded place and no sign of a minimum of air conditioning......but on this last aspect one could also overlook.... Certainly not up to the bill paid. Not recommended!

26/06/2025: Delicious pasta and pizza! Fresh and tasty seafood. Large portions and short waiting time. And the town itself has a wonderful atmosphere. We highly recommend it!

21/06/2025: Pizzeria found on Google Maps, slightly out of the way, what can I say they surprised me. Really very large and spacious environment, with very interesting details, in vintage style. Pizzeria open for 61 years, there must be a reason. The reason is simple, really very good pizza, tasty but above all with high quality ingredients, especially the tomato in the base, truly special and tasty. So at first impact touching the edge it seemed a bit "too soft" and rubbery instead all in all there was that crock so semi-crunchy. Too bad there is no possibility of beaten pizzas otherwise I would have eaten it without a doubt. Very very kind staff, with an easy smile, not for everyone, well done. Excellent prices/quality. The bathrooms for those in wheelchairs have two steps, at least from what I saw. Fully recommended, I will return in the future.

04/07/2025: Very exclusive environment, right next to the Stella river, refined and well-served dishes, the waiters are quick to fulfill your every request, vast choice of fish from raw to cooked and very fresh! The price is high, it is not within everyone's reach, but you will certainly be happy with the experience! The garden is well-kept, the round tables with chairs and white backrests, located in established areas and there are illuminated figures that create the atmosphere, ideal for a romantic dinner. The Swans swim elegantly together with the Grebes and animate the river.

01/07/2025: It was a pleasant experience! The food and wine were of high quality. The only downside was that the service was too fast.

23/06/2025: Very nice experience, I really liked it, a small downside on the service which is very good but too fast, no time to finish your drink before the next one is already served and the same for the dishes, a bit of a shame for this place conducive to relaxation and discovery

18/06/2025: What do I look for in a restaurant? Quality of ingredients; Impeccable service and Hygiene. The Campiello restaurant satisfies these 3 prerogatives. Excellent quality fish cooked divinely. Taste buds in continuous effervescence. Recommended for everyone, singles, couples and families. Outdoor tables and air-conditioned indoor room. 110 cum laude.

19/05/2025: We were here for my daughter's communion, excellent service, friendly staff. We ate fish, everything was perfect, even for one of our guests who ate meat recommended at the time by the chef, always present in the room. Really compliments to all the staff!

02/07/2025: Noi a Cormons i nostri amici a Trieste . Decidiamo di trovarci a cena a mezza strada a Monfalcone e tiriamo i dadi scegliendo un ristorante che nessuno conosceva. Sorpresa in una zona un po’ improbabile troviamo un piccolo ristorante gestito con competenza e simpatia ! Stefano in cucina e Margherita la moglie in sala . Partiamo da un insalata di mare così fresca e sapida che non mi capitava da anni idem per i molluschi gratinati! I primi speciali tagliolini al Granporro e gli spaghetti al nero con le seppie .Sul pesce non si scherza spigole rombi ombrine e molto altro tutto pescato nel golfo. Buoni anche i dolci . Servizio attento e prezzi più che ragionevoli. Lo consiglio senza remore e considerato il rapporto qualità e prezzo gli assegno senza esitazione un punteggio molto alto. All’attivo anche il parcheggio comodo e ben posizionato.

21/06/2025: Non fatevi ingannare dal luogo in cui si trova il ristorante: dentro c'è un altro mondo. Si è accolti cortesemente e si mangia molto bene: ottima la materia prima e il rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo. Menù esclusivamente a base di pesce. Ai bambini vengono anche dati dei pennarelli: alla fine scopri anche un'artista a tavola!

17/06/2025: My daughter and I were in Trieste this weekend and went to lunch at this restaurant and we were THRILLED BY EVERYTHING. The place is very nice and clean. The service from Franco and his staff is impeccable. We ordered spaghetti with clams and spaghetti with lobster and fried calamari: everything was delicious but the fried calamari was 110 AND PRAISE!!! I have never eaten fried fish this good! It melts in your mouth! We ate so well that we went back the next day for dinner. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend going to eat at this restaurant in my opinion the best in Trieste! 26/06/2025: During our holiday in Grado we had dinner here twice, the first evening with guests who came to visit us, we liked it so much that we went there again the next day, traditional local dishes, very fresh fish, courtesy and very prepared in presenting the dishes, the owner explains the history of the local recipes very interesting, good wine, beautiful view of the lagoon and there is a bar corner for those who have a dog like us, we will definitely be back
