28/03/2024: I'll try to write my opinion, it's difficult for me because it's the first time in a restaurant of this level. An unforgettable evening, in every respect, and congratulations to all the staff and to those who were able to answer even the most difficult questions. Gloria's cuisine is based on the territory, local dishes expanded by flavors of the earth and water of the mountains, revealing them in delicate and fragrant dishes. I struggle to say which dish was best because they all were. The "fake" candy, or the fake olive, is brilliant. I don't remember seeing anything like this in person. Although I was intolerant to some foods, I had no problems of any kind, thanks to the fact that the chef uses fresh raw materials, and at the same time very balanced to make the dish at its best and let you feel all the aromas and flavors inside. The place is both formal and informal, and on the ground floor just inside the entrance, there is the bar. They have both à la carte menus, but also two types of tastings, which I tried, one normal and the other vegetarian. If you want, you can pair the wines, which I recommend doing to have a complete experience. The place is well air conditioned, and on the first floor you can admire the roof and wooden beams, typical of mountain huts, which recalls the mountain landscape. What to say!? You just have to try. I will definitely go back. Ah, booking, what am I telling you, is mandatory.

24/03/2024: The tasting was a crazy sensory experience... combinations of flavours, colours, aromas that explode on the palate and surprise, even excite. The environment is evocative and welcoming, the ceramics and materials on which the dishes are served are original, particular, appropriately chosen for each course.. The service was impeccable. We can't find a flaw even if we try to look for it. We were prepared for so much, having followed Gloria's path, but we were amazed a hundred times more, beyond expectations! We felt truly pampered... And the final pampering was the greeting to the chef's table, a gesture that was greatly appreciated and never taken for granted! Congratulations to you, your husband and all the staff. Highly recommended.

I went to the location several times both for ceremonies (weddings, baptisms) and for dinners with the family and they were always unparalleled both in terms of cuisine and service. 02/03/2024: In anni di frequentazione non mi è mai capitato di essere deluso dalla cucina e dal servizio. Due eccellenze che hanno sempre viaggiato assieme. Dalla cucina sbucano sempre novità di rilievo, con originalità e qualche pizzico di follia; il servizio di sala è quanto di meglio si può desiderare: estremamente cortese fin dall'accoglienza, sempre presente, mai assillante. La selezione dei vini è ottima e la politica dei diversi calici abbinati ai piatti è assolutamente vincente. Le descrizioni sono quasi inutili; bisogna provare di persona per capire. Difficile restare delusi...

17/02/2024: Dinner for couples with a menu dedicated to Valentine's evening. Since our arrival we have appreciated the service, scrupulous but never invasive and obviously the various gastronomic proposals. The menu was varied and boasted truly peculiar combinations with a strong territorial connotation. Finally, the pleasant surprise dedicated to women, found upon our arrival, was also very appreciated. Highly recommended!

As a true ice cream lover, I have the pleasure of reviewing what has been my absolute favorite ice cream shop for a few years now, as well as the only one where I eat ice cream. Here you can taste real artisanal ice cream, made of fresh and genuine ingredients of the highest quality. Upon tasting you can perceive all the care and passion in the selection of raw materials and the art, which make each taste unique and unmistakable. The choice of flavors is careful, with timeless classics and surprising innovations that are renewed from time to time based on the available ingredients and fresh seasonal fruits. Last but not least, the pride of this place is the staff, always kind and friendly, ready to recommend with a smile the flavor that best suits your mood and the optimal combinations. Highly recommended for all lovers of artisanal ice cream.

31/03/2024: We came across it by chance as we were looking for something quick for lunch in Maniago, so without great expectations, but pleasantly surprised by the goodness of the gourmet sandwiches! (For which they have also won awards) the menu also includes slightly more classic cuisine in addition to sandwiches and appetizers which we have not tried. Very friendly and helpful staff, if you happen to be in Maniago it is worth a stop even if it is small. Optimal!

25/03/2024: Ecstatic is the right word to express how I felt after dinner in this place. My sister and I are vegetarians (we don't disdain vegans either) and the owner - with extreme kindness - made himself available to us by advising us on the best for us. Colorful and tasty dishes with expertly calibrated ingredients and spices (not with the spices covering all the rest of the flavours!) fatty only where necessary, sweets that melt in your mouth. Very clean and for what we ate also convenient (just over 20 euros each including wine). Really good!!

09/03/2024: Bellisimo molto buono il cibo una delle migliori colazioni in Senigallia consigliatissimo soprattutto il sabato / domenica che hanno un menù speciale che consiste in pancake e toast 🥞
