In my opinion, it's one of the best places I've eaten in 2025. The host was very pleasant and expertly recommended what we could eat, pairing it with top-quality wines. The food was extraordinary. The restaurant is delicious and has only a few tables, so it's advisable to book in advance to avoid an empty stomach. Excellent in every way. Congratulations!

A nice and welcoming restaurant. Unfortunately, there's not much seating and not a great variety of side dishes, but what I did get was good.

Traditional Italian food, very friendly service, my dogs were welcome too. The food was exceptional and worth the experience; we'd be happy to come back. Also suitable for vegetarians.

La Ghironda è un ristorante molto accogliente nel cuore di Gradisca d’Isonzo. L’atmosfera è calda e familiare, con un arredamento curato che mette subito a proprio agio. Il menu propone piatti tipici preparati con ingredienti freschi e di qualità, davvero ben fatti. Ottima anche la selezione di vini locali, perfetti per accompagnare le portate. Il proprietario è sempre gentile e disponibile, pronto a consigliare e a raccontare le specialità della casa. Il servizio è attento e i prezzi sono giusti per la qualità offerta. Consiglio di prenotare, perché il locale non è molto grande e spesso è pieno. Un’ottima scelta per chi vuole gustare i sapori autentici del territorio.
