13/08/2026: My experience at Brasserie during my birthday was accompanied by a delightful group of friends, but above all by a person I will always hold dear in my heart, also known as "the raglia" (the raveler). A distinguished and pleasant person, we laughed and joked with her, and it all ended with a nice complimentary beer. Jokes aside, it was a good deal, but I highly recommend it for an evening with friends if you want to have a great time. I hope to meet this person again soon, otherwise, they'll remain in my memories forever.

19/07/2026: Excellent cuisine, extensive menu. Excellent beers. The prices are absolutely reasonable and the staff are friendly. But what I like most is the atmosphere, which has remained that of a classic pub, warm and welcoming. Always open and friendly.

16/07/2025: We went last night for dinner and were more than satisfied! The menu has just a few dishes (the length every restaurant should have 👍), but they're all designed to pique the reader's interest without getting confused! We ate excellently in a warm and friendly atmosphere, with the chef being super friendly and helpful, explaining each dish to us. They also catered to celiacs with special bread and attention to detail. We'll definitely be back!

23/07/2026: Disappointed based on the reviews, the melon was inedible and the piadina tasted only of peppers; very disappointed with the experience. The cocktail was also undrinkable, but perhaps that's just my taste.

28/03/2026: This is the kind of place where you stop for a quick coffee… and end up staying for aperitivo. Perched right on the slopes of Courmayeur, Chalet Chez Choux is all about sun, views, and that perfect après-ski mood. You sit outside, skis still on or just kicked off, facing the mountains with a drink in hand — and suddenly nothing else matters. The terrace is the highlight: full sun, crisp alpine air, and that unreal Mont Blanc backdrop. Coffee is great, but let’s be honest this is an Aperol (or a glass of wine) kind of place. The vibe is effortlessly chic but not pretentious. A mix of skiers, locals, and people who clearly came “just for one drink” and stayed much longer. Perfect for a long, lazy stop between runs or a golden-hour aperitivo in the mountains.

03/05/2026: I tried this pastry shop with rather high expectations, also due to its "French" and niche positioning. Traveling and seeing establishments in other cities (including here in Sardinia, like Cagliari, but now throughout Italy), it's increasingly easy to find places with truly refined doughs, expertly crafted, both visually and palatably. Precisely for this reason, I expected something distinctive. I'm talking specifically about the breakfast (tried several times): classic croissants and variations (whole wheat, pistachio/Chantilly/Sassari roll/etc.), which, however, are rather average, without a particular fragrance, texture, or preparation that makes them stand out. Considering the price, the overall experience doesn't live up to expectations. A pleasant place, but the offerings could be much more enhanced in every respect. Currently, they don't meet expectations and aren't competitive except in a place like Sassari, where there are predominantly pastry shops with "old classic recipes."

02/05/2026: Friendly staff, it feels like being in Paris, exceptional pain au chocolat, exceptional apple and cinnamon sfogliatella, you have to go back several times to try everything! Cappuccino with perfectly frothed milk. NB: The workshop is open to the public, they have nothing to hide here, well done.

27/01/2026: Even though the place isn't large, we managed to reserve a table for six. The aperitif was plentiful and good quality. We appreciated the attention paid to our food allergies. The non-alcoholic fruit cocktail was excellent. Great price!

24/01/2026: Extremely kind, helpful, and patient. I'm a vegetarian, and they asked me several times if I'd like a sandwich, panini, or toasted sandwich made on the spot with ingredients other than the pre-prepared ones on display. They were incredibly quick and, above all, kind; they even refilled our coffee water glass on their own initiative when they saw the tablets on the table. Extremely kind. I absolutely recommend them.
