03/04/2025: ...a fantastic place...and... a welcoming restaurant... Nothing more!!! I phone at 10.30 to have lunch with a client and I am told that the restaurant is open. After an hour and a half of walking in a beautiful winter environment we arrive and find the stairs full of snow like the outdoor area... We sit on the benches outside the restaurant and after a moment a boy comes out telling us that the restaurant is closed... but I point out to him that I called and they told me it was open... After a moment, not seeing anyone come out to tell us whether we could eat or not, I went in and the boy told me that we could eat but with a reduced menu because they were not ready to receive customers. We took two polenta conce, good even if there was very little polenta compared to the fontina and butter and we waited about 30 minutes for them, I asked for the melted house wine and I was told that the red wine was Lambrusco while the white was Trebbiano, typically Aosta Valley wines... I asked if we could have a taste of lard, boudin and Aosta Valley sausage and they brought us a small platter with lard, speck, bresaola and coppa... again all typically Aosta Valley. We ended lunch with two coffees. Total spent 58.00 euros!! I was ashamed and apologized to my client. Shameful!!! If you can't manage a place, close it...

01/04/2025: Enchanting place reached in winter with a short walk in the snow. Interior of the restaurant with attention to every detail. Courteous staff and excellent food!

19/05/2025: We went for a snack and tried the ice cream. The prices were roughly in line with the area. Service was good. Photos and review from May 2025.

18/05/2025: Forse Levain non c entra molto con trastevere tanto marcate paiono le differenze tra un quartiere popolare e una raffinata panetteria pasticceria francese. Di fatto il variare L offerta va sempre bene e se entrate in questo piccolo angolo di paradiso per altro dotato di minuscoli tavolini e toilette , la scelta tra dolce e salato non potrà che soddisfarvi vista la varietà e la grande qualità dei prodotti.

25/04/2025: Indubbiamente la qualità è alta. A vederlo il salato deve essere buono e avendolo provato il dolce, la viennoiserie è notevole. Davvero un locale di livello, peccato un po' piccolo e non mi entusiasma il farsi i cappuccini e i caffè da soli. E anche l'assenza di latte senza lattosio. Ma sono dettagli, il posto merita davvero. Efficiente e cortese il servizio.

13/04/2025: Ristorante di cucina tipica francese di varie zone della Francia, personale sempre cortese e attento al cliente, cibo di qualità con proposte "tradizionali" di piatti conosciuti (crêpes, omelette, zuppa di cipolle etc...) e di altri piatti di cucina francese forse meno conosciuti ma ugualmente raffinati e apprezzabili. Vasta scelta anche di dolci, sempre raffinati e di ottima fattura, oggi ce n'era uno molto bello, di cui allego la foto. Possibilità non solo di pranzare/cenare ma anche di fare colazione/brunch e di acquistare pane e altri prodotti dalla boulangerie, così come formaggi freschi e conserve varie. Consigliatissimo per un'esperienza diversa e se siete stati in Francia e apprezzate la cucina Francese e volete ritrovarvi i sapori autentici. Il conto è proporzionato alla proposta. Nota dolente il parcheggio, probabilmente la cosa migliore.è mettere l'auto al parcheggio interrato di Piazza Cavour.

16/05/2025: Food not great brioche bordering on theft I understood artisanal but charging practically almost 5€ is a real theft and moreover not in the center but in the neighborhood. I don't know how anything special like almost at the bar is still open

07/03/2025: We've only been here for lunch, and every time we've been we've always had bad service (poor, slow and rude), including the owner.

07/03/2025: I was in Alpe di Mera for skiing and I had the opportunity to try the Rifugio Camparient. The rooms are clean and tidy. The service was excellent, the staff very friendly and nice. The owner was very rude, during the period in which I was in this hotel there was also a school on a trip, the kids were very polite and the owner insulted them and continued to complain about them without them doing anything. The location of the Hotel is convenient for the slopes. Also, some snowshoes were lost by the staff. I would recommend a little more attention

15/09/2024: Lovely place, surrounded by greenery, with an amazing swimming pool. Everything impeccable, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms with refined furnishings. Super good breakfast. What can I say, if I could give 6 stars I would gladly do so. Thanks again for your hospitality

26/08/2024: 4 star hotel. But our wedding night was anything but. Hotel booked in March and ceremony held in August. We arrive exhausted at 3.30 am after a beautiful evening, we check in and go to a junior suite room, the only type of suite in the hotel. We realize that there is a lack of courtesy sets and various shower and shampoo products. It can fit. I go back to reception and ask for everything. It's 4 in the morning. I go to take a shower and notice that the hot water isn't coming. I call the reception from the room, it doesn't work. I called the number I found on the site and a girl answered informing me that there was little she could do about it because she was at her house and that I would have to get dressed and go down to reception. So I did. At the reception they tell me that they have to unlock the boiler, finally they unlock it and I go back to the room. I turn on the water and after more than 10 minutes I decide to wash myself with cold water since it was only 4.45 in the morning and not even a hint of warm water. Moral of the story: spectacular wedding but first wedding night not up to the price paid and the so-called 4-star hotel. Ps the next day, having pointed out the problem, they shrugged and still wanted the agreed payment. Go and try at your own risk.
