28/09/2025: Once a Rimini institution, today nothing resembles its former glory. The atmosphere is shabby. We stopped for an aperitivo and asked what wines were available by the glass: only Verdicchio. We opted for two spritzes, which were served with two small glasses of peanuts and pretzels, for €16. The manager is as friendly and affable as a tax collector.

02/06/2026: The property is dated, like many on the Rimini Riviera. For the price we paid, we certainly couldn't expect much, but the rooms were clean and tidy. We had a problem with the TV, and the young receptionist went out of his way to fix it. The staff was helpful and friendly. I recommend it to those who aren't too fussy.

17/09/2025: I only went once for my evening. It wasn't good; I can say that can happen due to the crowds and the crowds. I'll definitely go again to try the food again.

06/06/2026: Terrible communication and payment system glitch – Forced to book elsewhere ​ I am writing this review because the system is asking about my stay, but I never actually stayed at this property due to a major failure in their payment and cancellation process. ​The hostel uses a system that makes a €0 pre-authorization on the card, with the final payment to be made in person. Even though their system rejected my card for this €0 pre-authorization, the hostel went ahead and confirmed the booking anyway. Fearing I would be left with nowhere to sleep for the night, I immediately booked another place (using the exact same card, which worked perfectly fine elsewhere) and immediately contacted this hostel to request a cancellation due to their payment system error. ​They completely ignored my request and never cancelled the reservation. Now, days later, I am receiving automated messages asking how my stay was, which shows a complete lack of responsibility and management on their part. I still do not know the official status of that booking because they refused to process the cancellation when requested. Terrible experience with their booking system and customer service.

30/10/2025: Even though I'm a regular at breakfast out, this pastry shop had always eluded me. Perhaps the reason lies in the unusual "welcome": a man in a chef's uniform, motionless and austere at the entrance, guarding the door like a bulldog guarding his home. As soon as my friend and I crossed the threshold, we were overwhelmed by an aggressive, yet unexpected, hospitality. We literally didn't have time to order two simple cannoncini when, as if by magic, a box with a dozen cannoncini materialized on our table. I asked for an explanation, and the response was a laconic invitation to "stop whenever we wanted." I admit I couldn't resist the temptation, and, driven by curiosity and greed, I devoured them all. In hindsight, I never would have done so. The first bite triggered a spiral: I couldn't resist the lure of a maritozzo, which, however, turned out to be a total failure. The batter was light years away from the traditional consistency, and to make matters worse, it featured an unusual mixture of custard and cream. We woke up abruptly and incredibly salty. Between the two of us, we spent 30 euros. What was supposed to be a pleasant breakfast turned into the most disappointing gastronomic experience in Riccione in recent years, marked as much by the pastry chef's questionable "generosity" and deceitfulness as by the exorbitant bill.

15/04/2026: The two baristas I met this afternoon do not do justice to themselves or to the brand they work for, which I've been loyal to for several years because I love the product and the constantly changing offerings. Correcting someone who asks for an "iced latte" rudely just because it's written differently on the menu, while adding the other milk options in the same arrogant and rude tone simply because you were asked for one that wasn't available, is not only unnecessary, but also completely unprofessional. I work with teenagers who are much more courteous and customer-friendly than you. P.S. The tiramisu latte was really well-made; I would have enjoyed it even more if it hadn't been slammed awkwardly on the counter.

18/03/2026: I don't go to the Befane shopping center very often, but when I do, coffee is drunk exclusively at Pascucci. The girls are kind and efficient, patient (even with rude customers) and always smiling, even if there's a queue. The prices are normal as in similar establishments, and the location is strategic for attracting customers.

06/09/2025: Excellent value for money if you need a family hotel for several nights. The hotel enjoys a great location, just minutes from the beach. Its only drawback is the somewhat chaotic management.

27/09/2025: We stopped in the afternoon for an aperitif with some friends. I had a cappuccino, and I think it was the best cappuccino I've ever had. Lucia, the girl who made it, really knows how to make a cappuccino. Overall, we had a really great time. The pastries are high-quality, the Spritz is excellent, and it's a big one too! The prices are fair, and Stefania's kindness made my day. Thanks, girls. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR EVERYONE.

28/05/2026: Not recommended. The ice cream is tasteless, the scoops are too small, and the prices are far too high. Avoid at all costs!

06/04/2026: RUDE STAFF. WHEN I ASKED FOR INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS, THEY TOLD ME, "I CAN'T EXPLAIN MATHEMATICS AT THE CHECKOUT." I PAYED MY €8 FOR A FILLED ICE CREAM AND A FILLED YOGURT. THEY GAVE ME A YOGURT FILLED TO THEIR LIKE, WITHOUT CONSIDERATION THAT I COULD BE ALLERGIC TO SOME OF THE INGREDIENTS THEY HAD PUT IN THEIR LIKE. THEN INSTEAD OF THE FILLED ICE CREAM, THEY GAVE ME A 3-FLAVORED CONE. BACKGROUND: I PAID FOR ONE THING AND WAS GIVEN ANOTHER, EVEN WITH RUDENESS AND ARROGANCE. SAY GOODBYE, SEE YOU NEVER AGAIN P.S.: IMMEDIATELY AFTER GETTING YOUR ICE CREAM, WE PLACED THEM ON THE TABLE UNINTACTED AND WENT FOR ANOTHER YOGURT ELSEWHERE, WITH MORE POLITE STAFF.

09/09/2025: We had an aperitif: a Spritz that had no taste, probably made with Aperol, and cheap, flat, unsparkling white wine (it's supposed to be Prosecco). We also had a more or less cold beer that cost us €17.00. A tourist trap, avoid it!

08/09/2025: It's the only little place on Riccione's beach that's empty. I wonder why the lady who runs it doesn't...
