20/08/2025: I found the wait time (45 minutes) too long for a pizza and two burgers, with the dining room almost empty. The burger was cold and burned, and the pizza was poor quality. Unfortunately, the owner's enthusiasm isn't enough; the food and service need to be improved.

17/09/2025: This year we stayed at Hotel Rosalba for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is modern, well-designed, with spacious rooms and a wonderful, incredibly relaxing pool. The staff is highly qualified, incredibly helpful, and friendly. The manager, Paolo, is professional, kind, and approachable, as many should be. Excellent cuisine by chef Maurizio, delicious and plentiful dishes, and the dining room staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The sea is just a short distance away, with private, direct access to the beach. The hotel, like the hotel, is pet-friendly. The entertainment was top-notch! Engaging and fun for both adults and children. A special shout-out and thanks to entertainer Tony, who managed to fill our days with laughter and joy. We sincerely hope to see him again when we return. It was a wonderful holiday of relaxation and fun. A full 5 stars. We will definitely be back next summer!

14/11/2025: It was a wonderful experience. We stayed in August. The staff were friendly, welcoming, clean, quiet, and excellent food. What more could you ask for? We'll definitely be back.

13/10/2025: We were immediately taken care of upon arrival – someone from the hotel came especially to show us the parking space, as none of the spaces were available. Then another warm welcome, and we were even given a book about the area. The pool is wonderfully clean and surrounded by plenty of loungers. Note: A swimming cap is mandatory, but you can also borrow one! Our room was wonderful and had a balcony with a magnificent view. It was a shame we only had one chair for outside, but we always carried it out of the room. The beds were too soft for us, but otherwise everything was perfect. We stayed for a week but will definitely come back!

03/02/2026: I was at this bar on a Saturday night, and even though it was very crowded, especially with young people, I still went in to hang out with some friends. As soon as I entered, the thing that most impressed and astonished me was the stale, foggy air caused by the large number of people SMOKING. Yes, at least half of every table was vaping, and they continued like that all evening, exhaling these clouds of smoke without any of the staff saying anything, and in fact, not even the usual no-smoking signs were clearly visible... Is it possible that in a public place in 2026, people are still smoking indoors, with no regard for those who don't want to inhale their secondhand smoke? Where are the staff who are supposed to monitor and fine them? It felt like being in a 1970s pub... Furthermore, the food and the rest of the equipment used to serve it are inevitably contaminated by these harmful substances, and even those unaccustomed to smoking find themselves having to absorb these unpleasant odors and flavors in their orders. I left unable to breathe and my throat was burning. When I got home, the smell was still on me, and I had to take a shower and wash my clothes! I strongly advise against this establishment, both for its general smoke-free policy and for the food itself. It's unconventional for people who order a drink to not even be served a few snacks, and if they are, they're usually of poor quality and quantity. Not to mention the excessive noise caused by loud music and the buzz from other tables, which makes conversation very difficult. I will also report this incident to the local health authority and the relevant authorities to highlight the mismanagement. EDIT: Thank you for the owner's thoughtful response, and I hope the issues raised and the comments made will be taken into consideration so we can find a more comfortable environment next time, one that respects current anti-smoking regulations.

16/10/2025: The pizza was delicious and reasonably priced. The drinks were reasonable. It's more of a snack bar, but I'd happily go back.

25/09/2025: The Pizzeria Focacceria completely blew us away – it was without a doubt the best pizza my girlfriend and I had the pleasure of eating in Rimini. Incredibly delicious, with a crispy base that strikes just the right balance of crunch and fluffiness. The ingredients are noticeably high-quality, from the fruity tomato sauce to the toppings, which not only taste great but are also perfectly balanced. You can tell: Pizza is made here with love and skill – no compromises, just world-class. Every bite was a delight, and we decided while we were eating: We'll definitely be back. Bottom line: If you want to eat pizza in Rimini, you can't miss the Focacceria. Highly recommended! 🍕🔥

18/12/2025: I stopped in with some friends for some piadinas. I wasn't expecting much, but to our surprise, we ate excellent piadinas and cassoni in a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The service was also excellent, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

02/12/2025: Pacha Mama is a truly delightful piadina shop. Light dough, well-filled piadinas, and ingredients that taste fresh. The cassoni are also worth a try: crispy on the outside and rich on the inside, without being heavy. The service is fast and the staff are friendly, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Prices are fair for the quality. In short, a place you'll want to return to.

12/01/2026: Visited in January for the MC HIP HOP CONTEST. Very nice and welcoming renovated hotel in an excellent location. Good, varied, and plentiful breakfast.

30/12/2025: A generic bottled weisse was ordered and a San Gabriel Weizen beer arrived for €1.24, served for €10... There are no brands on the menu except for generic "craft beer." They'll never see me again. The pizza was average, nothing special. I had a fornarina and prosciutto crudo for dinner; I don't feel like reviewing the prosciutto, because I don't think they made it.

17/02/2026: Located in the center of Miramare, this pastry shop offers fresh, high-quality products, especially their small pastries. The staff is polite and friendly, happy to help with any questions! This is a lovely and affordable place (even though I went in the off-season), highly recommended!

11/01/2026: Breakfast on January 1st at this pastry shop...so many choices of savory and sweet, and excellent quality! Highly recommended.

28/10/2025: A place worth discovering: I never expected such a refined and welcoming atmosphere within a school. A real surprise, located on the top floor of the building with a wonderful view. The staff is friendly and helpful; some of the staff, even in the kitchen, seem to come directly from the Istituto Immaginazione e Lavoro, which deserves credit for a truly laudable initiative. The food is quality, although I would add a little more polish to the dishes and a bit more pace to the service. Overall, an experience worth repeating!

23/10/2025: We went last night for dinner. We ordered two "impact" tasting menus and a risotto alla Milanese for the child. The menu was designed by the chef and included an entrée consisting of a couple of slices of patanegra, two appetizers, a first course, a second course, and a dessert. Everything up until the appetizers was very good. Once we got to the first course, things started to go downhill a bit. The risotto alla Milanese was decent, but our first course was a plate of dill tagliolini with cream of 'nduja and Mazara red shrimp, in which the latter was completely overshadowed by the other flavors, which were otherwise not exceptional. The second course, however, consisting of sirloin with celeriac and cardoncelli mushrooms, was nothing special. As for dessert, perhaps they took a bit too far. They brought us two different desserts, so we'd be disappointed by both. The first was a raspberry mousse that wasn't very sweet, I'd say rather bland, and the other was a raindrop cake with bergamot liqueur, which not everyone will like... and in fact, we didn't like it!
