18/08/2025: An experience to forget If gelato could have a soul, this shop's would be sadly empty. The flavors seem to have emerged from a botched chemistry lab: it's unclear whether the apple or lime flavor is more like toothpaste or mouthwash, the mango has a medicinal aftertaste, and the dark chocolate... well, calling it chocolate is an insult to cocoa. The consistency is another mystery: more like a "dense mass" than a creamy gelato. Not to mention the proportions, a three-euro cone could easily be eaten by a kindergarten-age child. As for the service from the girls at the counter, one can safely draw a veil over their empathy; it's completely lacking. An experience that leaves only bitterness and an aftertaste of regret. If you're looking for a moment of sweetness, stay away. Here, the only thing that melts is your patience.

27/04/2025: We went last night with some friends of ours who had spoken very highly of this place. Unfortunately we were not happy, the courgette flowers were burnt, the cheese was not fresh and finally the service left a lot to be desired. It's a shame, because this place would have a lot of potential, the structure is very nice. We will definitely not be returning.

09/10/2025: A cozy little bar with a modern style and dark tones. Personally, I didn't like the decor, and I found the seats uncomfortable. The staff was very attentive, and the display case wasn't terribly large. The pastries and ginseng were good, but the prices were disappointing.

27/07/2025: Excellent kebab sandwich for just €5. I recommend ordering all the sauces, including the spicy one. Just steps from Ravenna train station. The kebab is absolutely tender and plentiful.

12/06/2025: Entriamo in questo ristorante per mangiare qualcosa di veloce e scappare a lavoro. Ordiniamo un insalata con spiedini di calamari. L’insalata era buona ma i calamari non siamo riusciti a mangiarli; cotti malissimo e di qualità discutibile. Fortunatamente la signora alla cassa non ci ha fatto pagare le due porzioni di spiedini. Unica nota positiva in questa vicenda è il fatto di essere rimasti leggeri con la sola insalata.

28/08/2025: I've been to Bella Cina several times, and I'm always happy to return. It's no coincidence: the food here is truly excellent, always fresh and tasty. The staff is attentive, friendly, and very quick with their service. Another plus is the parking: convenient, spacious, and almost always available right next to the restaurant. The restaurant, as well as the restrooms, is fully wheelchair accessible, which is a huge plus. The atmosphere is well-maintained, welcoming, and always clean—a place where you feel at ease. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quality, customer service, and a consistently pleasant experience.

12/09/2025: It's underground, everything is old and broken. Electrical outlets are hanging out of the wall, the shower is 60x60 cm and broken. Absolutely not recommended for €330 for two nights. Reception is not staffed, access is via door code, and telephone service is only in Italian.

01/08/2025: Overall, the hotel is nice, the only problem is that there is never anyone at the reception, except in the morning, but it is quite well looked after.

28/09/2025: Impeccable quality and punctuality! I often order sushi, and I must say this place truly stands out for its excellence. The fish is always fresh, perfectly cut, and carefully presented. Every bite is a pleasure; you can taste the attention to quality in every detail. Punctuality is also a strong point: every time, the delivery arrives on time (if not early), with everything well packaged and at the right temperature. Impeccable service from every perspective; I believe this is the sushi place that's been around the longest in the area, and that's always a guarantee.

28/09/2025: Always a guarantee!!!!!! This place always manages to surprise me! Their sushi is simply delicious: super-fresh ingredients, exquisite flavors, and impeccable presentation. The staff is always kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Deliveries are also perfect: punctual, neat, and everything packaged to perfection with zero plastic, only recyclable paper. It's rare to find a place that combines food quality, professionalism, and service so well. It's now my go-to place for sushi. Highly recommended....

31/07/2025: I had three different dishes. One dish had salad, tomato, and mozzarella. The second dish had chicken nuggets. The third dish had barley salad that had gone bad. Even though we told them what had happened, they continued to serve it. And then the hygiene in the kitchen is terrible because: a hairnet is important to keep your hair from falling onto your plate. I would advise everyone to wear a hairnet to avoid this.
