Family stay over Easter. Like all hotels in Chianciano, the hotel is starting to look a bit dated. The room for four was large and clean. The reception staff were very friendly. We had some issues with breakfast, but perhaps it was just bad luck. However, before leaving, I mentioned it to the reception because it's right to make them aware. I didn't use the restaurant.

The property has tremendous potential... but unfortunately, in my opinion, it's untapped.
The property, spa, and reception are beautiful.
The rooms are indeed clean and well-kept, but now decidedly dated...
The service, both in the spa and in the hotel, is decidedly poor.
Breakfast was practically finished (without replenishment) after an hour, so an hour and a half before the supposed closing time.
Affordable price...but...

This 4-star hotel needs a complete overhaul. The rooms are neglected and not perfectly clean. Breakfast needs more attention, but the location is central. A special thank you for the little gift and card they left in my room for my birthday on Easter Sunday. Thank you so much.

I stayed here with my husband for one night, and I must say it's a hotel well-suited to the price. It offers excellent amenities, such as the spa area, which is very well-maintained and complete with sauna cabins, a ray sauna, and a Turkish bath. There are also several relaxation areas as well as two hot tubs, one open until 8:30 PM and the other until 10:00 PM.
I should point out that we came here for the Theia Thermal Baths, so the hotel's spa area was a very pleasant extra.
The staff was basic but kind and professional.
I loved the room; it was clean, spacious, and quiet, as was the rest of the hotel.
I only recommend tweaking a few details (door jambs, hot tub controls), but otherwise it was worth it.

Wonderful place, but above all, welcoming. The receptionists, Sara and Domenico, were extremely kind and professional. Having a small child, we asked for favors several times, and they immediately granted them. The room was cozy and spacious. The spa was relaxing. On our first evening, we ate in the on-site restaurant, where we were very pleased. The breakfast buffet was generous. I don't understand the many negative reviews.
I'll be back soon.

The facility is now dilapidated. I'll start by saying we've been guests for years, but unfortunately we found the place abandoned. The spa is in poor condition, half the whirlpool jets aren't working, the chromotherapy isn't working, nor is the aromatherapy in the Turkish bath. The sensory showers and ice waterfall aren't working either. The herbal tea corner is nonexistent; there's an empty kettle and paper cups. The saunas are turned on intermittently, making afternoon treatments impossible because only one person handles appointments and treatments. The bar is self-service; you have to prepare everything yourself and keep track of your consumption. Staffing has been drastically reduced, making the stay unpleasant. In short, after so many years, we're forced to change locations.

It's showing its age, but the quality-price ratio is guaranteed.
The on-site spa offers excellent service, and the breakfast is delicious.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and had the opportunity to enjoy the spa every day at any time. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.
