05/07/2025: Worst coffee in all of Italy! Yes, the coffee is served in a huge cup. But it doesn't taste like coffee, not even milk. Just water. I drank it at the bar, but I still paid €6 for two cappuccinos. Prices like a brothel. Never again!

14/06/2025: Upon requesting coffe with ice we received an inedible overly sweetened sludge, which we couldn't finish even ⅓ of, that costed €5 a piece. The place itself is quite aesthetic and the service is good

01/08/2025: I came on vacation here in Cervia and we found ourselves celebrating my husband's birthday. I decided to come to this pastry shop and trust Mario's professionalism. The cake he created for us is delicious!!! Soft, double-layered sponge cake with Chantilly cream and crunchy chocolate chips. He recommended covering it with white chocolate glaze instead of sugar paste, and I must say his advice was spot on!! Thank you so much, Mario. Your professionalism and experience are evident. We made a great impression with your beautiful cake, it looks great and tastes great. If I have another birthday party at the seaside or pass through this area, I will definitely stop by this pastry shop.

24/07/2025: Unica domanda: ma come siete messi?! Andiamo in questo bar per prendere una brioche da portare via (avevamo anche fretta), mia madre si mette in fila alla cassa, io mi recò in bagno..bagno sudicio, senza carta igienica e con un cartone a terra sotto il water tutto "inpisciato"...l'altro bagno fuori servizio!! Dopo 10 minuti di fila decidiamo di andare via dato che eravamo sempre allo stesso identico posto. Personale infatti incompetente e non adeguato, un ragazzo che gironzolava per il locale e una signora super arrogante alla cassa. Decidiamo di andare via e cosa succede? Dopo tipo 50 metri di strada ci chiama la cassiera che ci aveva seguito... LASCIANDO LA GENTE IN FILA CON LA CASSA SGUARNITA, per dirci che dovevamo consumare qualcosa!!!! Ripeto : come siete messi?! Proprio vero gli altri commenti di altre persone che dicono che si fonda sul dio denaro questo bar! Torniamo indietro lamentando che eravamo anche di fretta e non che non volessimo consumare....e attendiamo altri 10 minuti in fila.. tutte le altre persone che si lamentavano della lentezza!! Bravi avete preso 2 euro per la pasta, ma non ci metteremo mai più piede!

17/08/2025: Service: I had to get up from my table to get a drink. Service is based on the first person arriving, but unfortunately, those who arrived later were served. I asked for a Coke since there were 35 gratuities to quench my thirst, and was handed a room-temperature Coke with a glass of ice (justification: we only refrigerate beers). If this is called service on the pedestrian street, you'd better reconsider your job description if you want to keep doing it.

15/08/2025: The bar is very nice, with a rich buffet included in the drink starting from six o'clock, many drinks including non-alcoholic ones, a large and welcoming place in South American style, fair price, highly recommended.

20/07/2025: Fermato ora di pranzo provo sto ristorante per la prima volta, ambiente rustico di tradizione , personale professionale ci fanno accomodare, scelgo tagliatelle al ragù e salsiccia ai ferri. Arrivato il primo noto subito che le tagliatelle erano crude scrocchiavano in bocca da far rimandare in dietro ma non l’ho fatto , ragù buono, veniamo al secondo anche qui salsicce col budello che non si riusciva a tagliare col coltello e a masticare , che quando si tagliava si sbriciolava tutta come se fosse pane secco , mai visto una cosa del genere per una salsiccia e per finire caffè al tavolo 2€ al banco 1.50 € non ci siamo .

16/07/2025: Davvero soddisfatta, sono rimasta proprio colpita lo ammetto. - crostini biscottati, un piacere da mangiare, funghi, pancetta e gorgonzola, ragù fenomenali - pasta tutta fatta a mano, rimane un pó erta ma è il suo bello, basta chiederla un po più cotta - strozzapreti con scalogno e pomodoro.. top - petti di faraona, morbido una meraviglia - coscia e anca di pollo sulla griglia, una favola - verdure alla brace senza peperoni idem - scquaquarone con gnocco fritto l’ho trovato comunque leggero e una porzione giusta - brace enorme e sempre accesa - mascarpone dal 1 di luglio hanno smesso di farlo come dolce poichè giustamente non vogliono usare uova pastorizzate. Nota di valore. - personale sempre attento, mi hanno veramente trattata con i guanti - conto e prezzi buoni, nella media del luogo, primi che si aggirano da 10 ai max 11/12 euro - qualità/prezzo ci siamo eccome, specie per le carni che sono morbide e curate, non ho trovato nessun punto debole Io ci torno e pure con lode.

28/06/2025: Arrivati con prenotazione e gli antipasti (2 taglieri) sono arrivati un'ora dopo, attendiamo un'altra ora prima di vedere i piatti. Il cibo anonimo, nulla di eccezionale. Servizio non sufficiente per la troppa gente che hanno voluto ospitare, inoltre abbiamo chiamato la cameriera diverse volte ma raramente siamo stati presi in considerazione. Noi non ci torneremo.

25/05/2025: Punti di forza consigliatomi: Entre con spianata calda ed prosecco. Fine cena biscottini ed albana rossa compresi nel coperto (noi in più abbiamo avuto i digestivi della casa) Accolti in un corridoio, ex capanna, molto spartana, da una giovane cameriera (titolare?) gentilissima Non mangio carne rossa (c'era solo quella in carta) quindi dal menù scelgo i piatti alternativi: cappellacci burro e salvia e come secondo verdure grigliate Sicuramente un mio errore perché dalle recensioni leggo che servono piatti di carne bianca.. mio errore perché non ho chiesto, ma non me lo hanno neanche proposto..! La mia compagna ha preso cappelletti al ragù ed una tagliata L'ha mangiata, finita, ma alla domanda della cameriera di come stava andando la cena ha fatto presente che non ha mai mangiato una tagliata così dura (cottura media) e almeno l'ha mangiata in gran parte il nostro cane Poi IMPECCABILE alla cassa la cameriera/titolare ha scontato del 50% il prezzo del secondo ed un ulteriore arrotondamento nel conto finale Una precisazione perché nel sito il prezzo del contorno era 5,00 € e non 6,00 ? A già era il listino dell'anno precedente Buono ed economico il vino della casa..(ed in bottiglia)

03/06/2025: I was in this restaurant on Sunday for lunch. Even though there were a lot of people given the beautiful day, upon arrival we were greeted by Laura and Michele who made us feel at ease immediately by accompanying us to our table. Afterwards we had a divine lunch. I recommend the Octopus Crocchette, the Cacio e Pepe Spaghettone with pink shrimp and lime and the Monkfish in porchetta. Very nice staff and honest prices. We will be back soon. Recommended.

01/06/2025: One of the most disorganized places I've ever been. Crazy prices for bad food. We were in a group for a birthday and it took us just 3 hours to eat very little, very little. Highly not recommended

10/07/2025: Terrible place, one star because zero is not possible. One hour for two platters, one arrived almost immediately, the other 20 minutes after I had finished eating the food I ordered twice. After the two orders, the waitress came to ask again what we wanted, rude, unwilling to work, zero even for a requested coffee. The response was, "I'll do it for you when I finish doing the other things."

22/08/2025: DON'T STOP, THE GUY WHO MAKES PIZZAS CUTS HIS NAILS WHILE YOU EAT. IF I HADN'T PAYED BEFORE EATING, I WOULD HAVE LEFT WITHOUT PAYING. THEY SPIT AT THE BACK OF THE COUNTER WHILE YOU EAT. THE ATMOSPHERE AND CLEANLINESS IS AWFUL. MY GIRLFRIEND AND I FELT NAUSEA AFTER LUNCH. I WILL REPORT THIS TO THE COMPETENT AUTHORITIES.

02/08/2025: The place is very nice, in the center of Faenza. On the downside, there's a sense of tension among the staff, which creates an overall unpleasant atmosphere. It's a shame because it has a lot of potential; I expected a more relaxed atmosphere worthy of this beautiful place.

28/07/2025: I've been going to this bar for a while now. The place is very nice, and the bar isn't bad. But I've noticed more than once that the owner treats the staff she works with indecently. This is sooo unpleasant! That's why I stopped going there.

21/07/2025: The order didn't arrive. After half an hour, we asked for an explanation and were told it was on its way out. Shortly after, the owner showed up with a new slip of paper to take it back. After another 10 minutes, the wrong piadina arrived. After another 20 minutes, the fries still hadn't arrived. We asked for an explanation and discovered that they had also been lost. All this to serve 7 tables. The piadina isn't worthy of the location's reputation. If we could give stars based on disorganization, it would be a well-deserved 5. On the other hand, the two owners are truly kind and friendly.

31/07/2025: Pleasant location, blending outdoor space with quality interiors. A refined atmosphere. Service is a bit slow.

20/07/2025: The hotel is in a great location. The rooms aren't the most beautiful, but they're worth the price. We had a problem with the light in the room, and the staff member immediately called the appropriate authorities. Friendly staff.

19/07/2025: I'll start by saying that it's not the fault of the staff, who are certainly few and left to their own devices. I arrive and the girl at reception doesn't see the reservation and wants to charge us, but then she resolves it... she tells us that: motorcycle parking costs €10/day, that the bike costs €14/day..... Obviously I politely refuse, but there was room for the motorcycle; where has the Romagna friendliness gone? But now comes the best part: Moldy smell in the room with torn and obviously used sheets that we have changed by the two poor ladies we see working all the time. I won't post photos of the sheets... But in the elevator... as soon as the doors close, it's dark. We promptly tell the lady at reception, who doesn't seem surprised by the situation. In the evening, it's just as dark, we don't take it and we receive no confirmation of our request to put up a sign... nothing at all. They know it's dark in the elevator and they don't tell customers... very serious!! The air conditioner in the room has a remote control that doesn't work, and the lady replaces it with one from another brand, which obviously doesn't work. The lady replaces the batteries and finally turns it on, but then to turn it off, we have to turn off the power to the room with the master switch. When we return that evening, the poor, only gentleman manages to fix the problem for us. The red carpeted stairs take you back to the Eastern European countries before 1989. I won't tell you about the shower, which works, but I want it to remain a surprise for those unfortunate enough to be there. One gentleman takes care of everything, but he does what he can. It's the general management that's a disaster. Poor employees.

19/07/2025: Erano state ordinate 6 pizze ma per sfortuna del nostro amico sono arrivate solo 5 pizze siamo convinte che siano state comunicate 6 pizze ma qualcosa evidentemente è storto, nonostante ciò la pizza non era malissimo e la qualità degli ingredienti è buona

18/07/2025: Peccato perché fino all’anno no scorso un locale dove si poteva cenare bene e con una buona accoglienza, quest’anno personale (uno in particolare) dire pessimo è fargli un complimento. Non torneremo più!!!!

02/05/2025: SHAMEFUL, booked with The Fork found closed at 9pm, with children in tow it made me skip dinner, not only is it declared open on Google Maps but also the booking confirmed The Fork I would say is really not serious. If I could give ZERO I would have gladly done so.
