21/11/2025: It just seems absurd to me that at 7:15 in the morning there's a huge queue and only one person to serve maybe those who need to make two trays at the expense of those who just need to get a pasta. Well,

22/10/2025: The bakery is well-stocked and well-equipped, but I was very disappointed with the bombolone, which was dry, almost stale, and hard, with not even a hint of cream inside. It seemed old. I'm very disappointed because the pizza tongue was really good. I'll try going there again to change my mind.

21/09/2025: Kindness reigns supreme, the owners are always smiling and friendly, as are the staff, and the breakfast buffet is quite generous. My only comment is that the rooms, although very clean, could use some updating.

12/09/2025: The hotel is really well-maintained and clean. The breakfast buffet included a wide selection, and the staff were truly courteous and friendly. Our room was modest but had every comfort, including a hairdryer, towels, soaps, and even a disposable hair cap. It's well-connected to public transportation, and I believe they're open 24/7. Overall, it was a great experience.

12/10/2025: Terrible review because we waited two hours for a sausage pizza. Service was also slow, as my chicken bites arrived after an hour, but by the time I'd digested my meal, my boyfriend's pizza hadn't arrived yet. Terrible service indeed. Not recommended unless you have a lot of time to waste.

12/10/2025: I'm giving it only one star because this is a classic establishment that overcrowds tables and can't handle them. Four of us sat down, and after about 45 minutes a pizza arrived. Another hour passed, and nothing else arrived. If they hadn't made us pay in advance, we would have left. Waiting an hour and a half for food is unacceptable. If the kitchen can't handle that many orders, put fewer covers on the table and don't be so greedy!

19/08/2025: Good evening, I went to the Monday night party with DJ Carlos. Everything was perfect until a guy started bothering my friend and me, telling us to move because the spot in front of the decks "was his house." Then I told him to move, and he put out his cigarette on my arm and said, "Be careful next time." A very kind bouncer then pushed him away, and a guy behind the DJ who described himself as "powerful" approached him, defending him and laughing about the situation. My friend and I headed for the exit, alerted the bouncers, and they were super friendly and attentive, telling us they would take care of it. Once again, the guy who described himself as "this is my house" won, as always. The staff is super competent, but be careful, girls, with these things.

22/08/2025: Terrible experience. If this is how you choose to welcome clients, perhaps it would be best to change careers. I found the attitude presumptuous, arrogant, and even threatening, completely unacceptable, especially considering the dog has serious neurological problems. A modicum of understanding and sensitivity would have been appropriate. It's shameful to behave this way without even investigating the true history of the situation. Arguments and shouting from the staff in front of all the other clients... SHAMEFUL! In situations like this, respect and empathy should be fundamental values, but here they are completely lacking. PS: If you have pets with disabilities, leave them at home, or better yet, "at the clinic." DO NOT take them on vacation with you! Above all, avoid certain places! Best regards, Vicky

13/08/2025: Never again! Picanha ordered medium rare and it was as tough as a shoe. I couldn't pay my share because they don't keep separate bills... but will you live, you unfortunate people??? If I know what I got, I'll come and pay. NEVER AGAIN!

11/10/2025: After a really low-key period—"on a budget," I'd say—over the past couple of months, I've noticed a big change in the offerings and quality of the food. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and personable; it deserves 6 stars. When they feature cuttlefish with peas on the daily menu, I rejoice like I did when Italy won the World Cup in 2006. Keep up the good work.

16/06/2025: Trattoria essenziale, siamo andati con un gruppo di volontari sportivi di 26 persone, ottima l'accoglienza , menu' alla fiamminga , tutto molto buono e abbondante, personale accogliente e simpatico. Siamo stati molto bene. Esperienza da ripetere

08/03/2026: We booked a superior double room three weeks in advance. Upon arriving at the hotel, we saw that the room didn't match the photos on the hotel website. They assigned us a standard double room. After several requests for an explanation of the misleading advertising, they offered a refund for dinner (which isn't a refund because it's the difference in price between a standard and a superior room!).

27/02/2026: Wonderful place, but above all, welcoming. The receptionists, Sara and Domenico, were extremely kind and professional. Having a small child, we asked for favors several times, and they immediately granted them. The room was cozy and spacious. The spa was relaxing. On our first evening, we ate in the on-site restaurant, where we were very pleased. The breakfast buffet was generous. I don't understand the many negative reviews. I'll be back soon.
