03/10/2024: It was supposed to be a 3 star hotel, but it turned out to be a rip off. The rooms? Dirty, squalid, air conditioning NOT working, not very spacious, TV NOT working, safe NOT working, wardrobe NOT usable as the rod for hanging clothes was missing. Dirty sheets. Microscopic bathroom, shower without curtain and it didn't drain the water like the sink! Hairdryer very dangerous as the feet were in the shower water, and in any case it was located behind the door. Inedible food, without a menu. Overall the Hotel, if you can call it that, was dirty and poorly maintained, with incompetent service staff, in fact the manager was lying on the sofa in the lobby watching the Simpsons. I don't think I have ever stayed in a worse "Hotel"!

22/08/2024: 490 euros for 4 nights 18/08/24..22/08/24 without any service. Rooms without a balcony because if you request a balcony it is 20 euros more per night (we asked for a change upon arrival and were told yes then at check-in they said it wasn't possible because in the rooms with balconies there are no there is a 3rd bed./.. no breakfast, lunch or dinner there is no fridge in the room even though when we booked it said that there would be one to have a coffee you have to wait until 9am for the girl at the reception to arrive. ...if it works coffee machine..then I stop because I'm finally home and the holiday begins....

05/10/2024: Nice welcome with aperitif, appetizers and squash (genuinely good). But the grilled fish was not fresh (dark cuttlefish and strangely colored prawns). The menu book is greasy. The staff in the dining room are courteous and formal but the rest of the staff are not consistent with the environment and the situation and are not very polite

28/09/2024: Muy decepcionado, con el personal muy arrogante y no amable con el cliente! Servicio extremadamente pobre y lento, Algunos de nosotros teníamos pasta y las conchas de pasta eran duras, pero el personal no parecía importarle! Las pizzas se veían bien. El precio es razonable en comidas para adultos, sin embargo, cobrar 10 € por un pequeño tazón de pasta simple para un niño de 2 años es una estafa! El personal necesita estar más atento como en múltiples ocasiones pedimos la factura y nos hicieron caso omiso por completo. 4 veces tuvimos que preguntar y el lugar no estaba ocupado! Ciertamente no recomendaría. Hay restaurantes más amables cerca con un mejor servicio!

28/07/2024: Dated, mediocre structure. Chosen because it is relatively uncrowded, no children and well distanced from neighboring ones. Rude, inadequate staff. I was rudely scolded because I entered the bar area with sandy slippers (very true). One, since you are so form conscious, learn to interact with clients (who knows you?!). Two, we are at the seaside, there is a lot of sand and a lot of water - wake up. The showers next to the bar (where I went to wash myself before entering the bar) are a mess of sand, impossible to leave with clean feet - give them a tidy up, otherwise shut up or change jobs (if you can).

28/12/2024: very good food but we decided to go there because we couldn't find any place bad choice we had to cancel the second course and dessert because we had 2 hours but the service is now equally slow a first course in an hour and a half is a waste of time

22/08/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorantino un mercoledì sera. La sede è certamente il punto di forza: essendo sopraelevato, è possibile godere del panorama delle colline e dei vigneti, un belvedere, specialmente se ammirato all'ora del tramonto. Il ristorante offre un menù decisamente variegato, forse troppo, a base di carne e pesce. La lista dei vini è quasi impressionante, una quarantina di pagine. Come si mangia? Direi assolutamente nella media. Abbiamo ordinato varie pietanze, dagli antipasti, ai primi ed ai secondi, nessuno di questi non è piaciuto così come nessuno di questi ha esaltato. La carne per esempio, la picanha, cotta a dovere, ma dal gusto piatto; per altro, togliere del tutto il grasso per me non è una buona idea, visto che ad alcuni piace mangiare proprio il grasso che contorna questa tipologia di taglio. Anche la trippa, discreta, ma dal sapore poco ghiotto, forse per averla arricchita troppo poco con altri ingredienti. Il servizio è stato efficiente e preciso, vedi il cambio di calici al cambio del vino. Il prezzo tonale ahimè nota dolente: troppo per la qualità servita. Certamente viziato dalla qualità della location, allego una parte del menù (menù alla carta che è facilmente scaricabile sul loro sito). Coperto: 3 euro. In conclusione: se avete voglia di mangiare decentemente in un posto per me molto carino allora vale la pena. Se cercate un ristorante dal cibo memorabile o dove si paghi il giusto, allora forse è meglio cercare altrove.

05/08/2024: Scadente, in un anno peggiorato molto. Ribadisco anche io che prima di chiedere come si vuole l'acqua bisognerebbe far sedere al tavolo. L'imbarazzo appena si arriva è notevole, prima di venire accolti passa un po' di tempo e il tutto in un ambiente abbastanza caotico. Camerieri impreparati. Inoltre se ci si vuole sedere nei tavoli all'esterno occorre presentarsi sul tardi, perché prima vogliono terminare i posti in veranda...

15/08/2024: Seconda volta al Benvenuti nell’arco di 15 giorni e il nostro giudizio non è cambiato.personale gentile(in particolare Chicco),il cibo dall’antipasto al dolce e’ super consigliato:ottimi gli antipasti come i primi e i secondi di mare.lo consigliamo vivamente,si,forse i tempi un po’ lunghini ma è anche vero che c’è sempre molta gente.in ogni caso per quanto mi riguarda,vale aspettare,per poi essere ripagato dalla bontà e dalla qualità.ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.complimenti a tutto lo staff!

15/08/2024: Se venite a tagliata di Cervia dovete per forza venire a mangiare al Bagno Benvenuti. Cordialità ,cibo ottimo. Pesce fresco .la cuoca è tutto lo staff merita un elogio. Federico sempre gentile. Poi anche Cristian sempre attento alle esigenze del cliente. Sono già 3 anni che veniamo qui e non ci stanchiamo della ottima cucina. Bravi. Torneremo sempre.
