05/07/2025: Kind, helpful and welcoming staff. I stopped for an aperitif, but the dishes seen by the other diners made me curious to return. Curiosity: even a turtle stopped at the Susanna bathroom to lay its eggs!

22/11/2025: IM-BA-RAZ-ZAN-TI We order 13 pizzas for a birthday dinner. A perfectly normal Saturday evening where we all want to eat pizza together. We order the pizzas for 8:20 PM. At 8:30 PM, we call to inquire about the order and are told, "Oh, I wanted to confirm the pizza order. Given the number, I wanted to make sure it wasn't a joke." Confirming the order, STUNNED, the lady informs us that they will prepare the pizzas then. They arrive at 9:00 PM. Zero professionalism. Absolutely no way to work like this. I will never recommend this pizzeria to anyone as long as I live.

15/07/2025: We had lunch here for a friend's birthday on a less than sunny day, but that didn't detract from our experience in the slightest. The lunch was excellent, and the service included a lounge chair and umbrella: a truly appreciated added value. Thanks to the young and welcoming staff, who immediately made us feel at ease. Despite the new management, the enthusiasm and desire to do well are clearly evident. A beautiful place with so much potential.

15/07/2025: Top-notch fish and a dream dessert 🥰 I stopped by this restaurant and really treated myself! I started with a hot and cold seafood appetizer that felt like a little feast on the table: incredibly fresh and delicious. Then I dived into the paccheri with lobster... what a blast! Perfectly cooked lobster and a sauce you absolutely have to mop up with it. The sweetest finale was the house tiramisu, incredibly creamy, light, and so good I would have gladly had a second helping 🤭 A round of applause also goes to the waiters: always smiling, fast, and incredibly kind. I'll definitely be back, because the food here is good and the atmosphere even better! 🍝🦞🍰👏

21/12/2025: The hot chocolate was really small, with a dropper. Never again. I don't recommend it. N.B.: We didn't want a large cup of hot chocolate, as you wrote in your reply, but a regular one, not a half-cup! However, you lack humility, as you can see from the way you respond to all the negative reviews.

06/01/2026: We returned after some time, and unfortunately, something has changed. The quality of the services has halved. Where the hotel bar used to offer aperitifs, there's now a self-service bar that few people care to use, and it's sometimes poorly stocked. The rooms and the building are starting to need maintenance. The rooms are clean, but don't expect sheets to be changed; in my opinion, they're understaffed for this type of building. The hotel restaurant isn't bad, but even there, it's understaffed. In short, it would still have all the right credentials if it weren't for all the cuts. And considering that the price paid is for all the services listed, something needs to be reconsidered on the website itself. OH OH, YOU COME TO TUSCANY FOR MORE THAN JUST THE STAY, AND THE LANDSCAPE JUST A FEW KM AWAY IS BREATHTAKING.

01/09/2025: We went for a quick lunch after our arrival in Cervia... really excellent piadina, kind and friendly staff, the only flaw being a classic kiosk there are few places to sit and the rubbish bins were a bit close... but all in all I would stop to eat again

31/01/2026: A disappointing evening at Casa Spadoni San Vitale! Nice place, but slow service and inattentive staff. They don't even know what they're offering... Moroccan? Meatballs in tomato sauce, bacon with potatoes, eggplant in tomato sauce... oh yes, maybe the mint tea is Moroccan 😩 Thank goodness we drank a good Sangiovese superiore! It's a shame because the place is always lovely! I don't think any of us will be back...

20/12/2025: The price is exorbitant. Sliced ​​meats (ham, salami, pancetta), for two people (total must have been 1.50 grams), four slices of aged cheese, a snack tray with fresh cheese, half a glass of wine, and a tonic, just under €50. It's not a question of money, but of seriousness. Amen.

12/10/2025: Terrible review because we waited two hours for a sausage pizza. Service was also slow, as my chicken bites arrived after an hour, but by the time I'd digested my meal, my boyfriend's pizza hadn't arrived yet. Terrible service indeed. Not recommended unless you have a lot of time to waste.

12/10/2025: I'm giving it only one star because this is a classic establishment that overcrowds tables and can't handle them. Four of us sat down, and after about 45 minutes a pizza arrived. Another hour passed, and nothing else arrived. If they hadn't made us pay in advance, we would have left. Waiting an hour and a half for food is unacceptable. If the kitchen can't handle that many orders, put fewer covers on the table and don't be so greedy!

29/10/2025: An excellent self-service restaurant with a quality and selection uncommon for this type of restaurant. They also offer pizza for those who prefer that. This is definitely a restaurant for quick and affordable lunches. Outdoor parking on the surrounding streets has been easy so far.

27/11/2025: We ordered a platter with venison and wild boar salami and cheese. White pizza with an additional cost. We received a mini platter with 4 cheese bones and 16 mini slices of salami, 8 of which were wild boar and the other 8 venison, but we couldn't taste them, nor even notice the difference in how salty they were. 16 euros, basically 1 euro per mini slice of salami, wasted. They described the place as having a fireplace, but it was dead and unlit and full of stuff inside, so it was definitely abandoned.

22/09/2025: The food is good, and the women are beautiful, chatting animatedly among themselves. The elderly pizza chef is the best.
