13/04/2026: Parking was difficult, the chicken nuggets were undercooked and full of unheard-of oil, and the fries were soggy and cooked with stale oil. I'll start by saying that I'm a frequent McDonald's customer around Europe, but I've never seen anything like this.

13/04/2026: I'm giving it 1 star because it's the only thing left. After the third time I've encountered truly terrible service, today we've reached the top! Today, April 13, 2026, at 10:00 PM, I placed my usual order. There was no one inside. Myself and two others ordered right after me, and I waited 25 minutes. I'm not the type of person who creates problems, but seeing these guys who instead of working laugh, joke and play behind the counter in front of the customers and make you wait 25 minutes for a less crispy "1 sandwich, 1 fries, 1 Coke. Inconceivable and I don't want to imagine the guys who ordered after me. This makes me really angry because without going too far to the McDonald's in Porta Susa I see those guys running so much. Then I come here to Via Livorno and these guys play, laugh in front of the customer and make you wait 25 minutes for a tiny order. I will never come to this McDonald's again. I'm only annoyed that it was close to home. And above all, very importantly, I purposely order the large crispy chicken because I really like it with the crispy sauce: sauce nonexistent. If you don't feel like working, stay home!! And above all, I will make sure to get this review to the managers or superiors anyway.

14/10/2025: A place with meticulous attention to detail, offering top-quality food and professional, friendly staff. The service is excellent, and the menu offers a wide variety of dishes, both local and international. You can tell the business is well-organized and the staff works smoothly and harmoniously—always a positive aspect. Furthermore, the place is very clean and welcoming. Truly a place where you eat well and feel at ease!

31/07/2025: I had three different dishes. One dish had salad, tomato, and mozzarella. The second dish had chicken nuggets. The third dish had barley salad that had gone bad. Even though we told them what had happened, they continued to serve it. And then the hygiene in the kitchen is terrible because: a hairnet is important to keep your hair from falling onto your plate. I would advise everyone to wear a hairnet to avoid this.

30/01/2026: Since it changed management, it's been unrecognizable. It's almost fascinating to see how quickly the new management managed to ruin everything. The welcoming atmosphere has been replaced by a cold and listless air, with rude staff who seem perpetually annoyed by any request, even the most trivial.

02/09/2025: Pizza, kebabs, hamburgers, chips, croquettes, and much more... all excellent. You can eat in, and it's also open in winter.

07/11/2025: There's no signage about this bar. It's very convenient, though. It's fair that there's a line to get in. The baristas are hardworking, smiling, and kind. The sweet brioches are reasonably priced; the chocolate one is fabulous! 'Serenissima' is a great name for brioches, even at Lugo hospital. Next to the bar, there's a small room where you can sit; it's a little dated, but nice and quiet.

06/08/2025: …Since it's a bar inside a hospital, you'd expect the staff to have a minimum of empathy, but no, the girls were rude and inattentive to customer requests. I asked for a toasted sandwich but they told me they couldn't make it and that I should have something ready. I agreed, but the girl made the wrong sandwich because she wasn't attentive to my request, and when I said I hadn't asked for that, she snorted, and her colleague also mocked me, insisting that the mistake was my own… moral of the story, I didn't have lunch, I got annoyed, I paid €6 for the sandwich, and it ended up in the bin. What a shame!!

08/04/2026: They no longer add white sauce to the kebab dish without even warning, and without that sauce, the dish is too dry. If you order two dishes, they only give you one piadina. I understand the savings, but some things are a bit excessive. In the last two years, they've already halved the portion size. It's a shame, it used to be a great place.

31/03/2026: I was super industrial and I was sick

12/09/2025: It's underground, everything is old and broken. Electrical outlets are hanging out of the wall, the shower is 60x60 cm and broken. Absolutely not recommended for €330 for two nights. Reception is not staffed, access is via door code, and telephone service is only in Italian.

01/08/2025: Overall, the hotel is nice, the only problem is that there is never anyone at the reception, except in the morning, but it is quite well looked after.

02/10/2025: Returned after a week: the courtesy remained, but not the rest. Ordered two cappuccinos, one excellent, the other served on the same tray was half full and without foam—bah. The place was packed with dogs, so you couldn't turn around. The croissant counter was full of flies. Too bad, we had come here on purpose, based on our previous experience. We had breakfast with two cappuccinos, a croissant, and a donut. Everything was excellent! The service was truly exceptional: smiling girls, very efficient despite the crowds. Ample parking, very convenient. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

19/07/2025: While strolling through Ravenna, I stopped at Cilla Caffè, drawn by the excellent reviews. My impression was confirmed: a clean, tidy environment, friendly staff, and a menu with meticulous attention to detail. I chose a scoop of fiordilatte gelato dipped in coffee—a simple yet surprising combination. I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best I've ever tasted: creamy, balanced, with a strong coffee that didn't overpower but rather enhanced the delicate flavor of the gelato. One thing, however, is worth noting: the lack of table service. I understand the organizational choices and modern pace of life, but in such a well-curated and pleasant setting, the idea of having to personally pick up your order is a bit jarring. It doesn't ruin the experience, but it leaves a feeling of something that could have been perfect... and wasn't quite. That said, the quality is such that it still makes the stop pleasant and worthwhile. I'll gladly return, perhaps hoping for a little extra attention!

04/04/2026: What can I say... Delicious crescioni and special piadinas. A typical Romagna kiosk, cheerful and helpful. The food is plentiful, especially the special piadinas (it serves two, so be careful! 😁)

21/02/2026: I'm sorry to write a negative review because it had all the makings of a good piadina: the smell was really good, the place seemed very traditional and quiet. Instead, I was served a piadina that was burnt on the outside and RAW on the inside, with all the ingredients placed poorly, and even some I hadn't requested... I absolutely wouldn't go back, and I don't recommend going. I'm worried about getting sick.

02/11/2025: The pizza is delicious, but they offer home delivery of the movies, even though it's difficult to reach them by phone. Don't count on their punctuality.

02/06/2025: We ordered pizzas at 6:00 PM for 7:45 PM, and at 8:45 PM, despite two calls reassuring us that the pizzas would be ready for delivery, they hadn't even been kneaded yet. Delays can happen, but they need to be announced more honestly. This isn't a serious way of working.
