14/02/2026: Repeatedly calling and getting a busy message means they're open and on the phone. Google says it's open and I'll be arriving after an hour's drive, but it's closed for vacation. Damn, why not update the hours on Google? Just to keep people moving.

24/01/2026: We ordered pizzas for dinner, one of which was burnt, one with raw and cold potatoes, and others with dough that was too thin, like piadina, and all the mozzarella and tomato slipped off the slice of pizza... I've been there several times before and the pizzas were very good, but this time they really messed up... I'm sorry to devalue the place like this, especially since the atmosphere is very nice.

08/09/2025: Sorry, nice place but half an hour wait for coffees, finally finding out that the lady who said yes to me left without telling the guy, and it's not the first time with her. Never again!!!!

You can tell the business is well-organized and the staff works smoothly and harmoniously—always a positive aspect. Furthermore, the place is very clean and welcoming. Truly a place where you eat well and feel at ease!

31/07/2025: I had three different dishes. One dish had salad, tomato, and mozzarella. The second dish had chicken nuggets. The third dish had barley salad that had gone bad. Even though we told them what had happened, they continued to serve it. And then the hygiene in the kitchen is terrible because: a hairnet is important to keep your hair from falling onto your plate. I would advise everyone to wear a hairnet to avoid this.

06/07/2026: We were absolutely shocked by the treatment we received at this restaurant. The piadinas were completely tasteless and made with obviously low-quality ingredients, but what was even more disappointing was the utter rudeness of the staff. Having a child with us, we asked if they could cut a piadina in half. We were rudely told that we should have specified this when ordering, not while the food was being delivered. Denying a customer such a simple and banal gesture, especially for a child, demonstrates a complete lack of flexibility and customer service. Poor food and terrible service. We will never return and I strongly advise against it.

28/06/2026: I politely asked “Margerita,” (the one with curly hair) who works at the restaurant’s cash register, “Excuse me, where is the restroom?” She replied rudely, saying, “First you say hello,” and then refused to help me. I consider this attitude extremely disrespectful. I am a customer and she is an employee of the establishment; we do not have the kind of familiar relationship that would allow her to lecture me. She is neither my teacher nor a friend. In contrast, the waitress Agnese (the brunette) was very kind and helpful. If I were to return, it would be solely because of her. However, even though I live in the area, I will never come back to this place—simply to avoid seeing Margerita again—and I will warn others as well. It was a clear lack of respect and good manners. Anyone who truly cares about their job treats customers with respect. I will not be back.

03/05/2026: We stopped here on Friday, as soon as we parked and before heading to the beach for the Kite Festival, because it was now lunchtime so we wouldn't wander around aimlessly. It was crowded, and we waited about an hour for the piadinas. They were very good, but perhaps a little slow. They have a small stand with 3-4 people working there, plus an outside counter and cashier who handles the coffees. The stand is in an excellent location: facing the pine forest near Lidi 89-90, next to the one-way road that runs along the pine forest and Lidi, located in a small green area with a few square tables and wooden benches, I assume from the park. The piadinas are very good, even the Nutella calzone. Prices are average, and the staff are friendly, but at times they seemed a little stressed. Worth trying on quieter days and/or nights.

19/07/2026: Delicious thin-crust pizza, below-average prices, very kind young people, and perfect timing.

25/07/2026: I'm reading the less-than-favorable reviews, and honestly, I didn't get that feeling. Maybe it was 4 PM, I'd seen a lot of sights, and I was hungry, but I ordered two slices of pizza with zucchini, cheese, and speck, and it was delicious! Crispy on the bottom but soft on the surface—not dry at all, quite the opposite. Reheated just right. And I'm from Naples, so I know what it's like to eat a slice of subpar pizza. The lady at the counter was incredibly kind. Who knows! I must have been lucky.

13/06/2026: They never answer the phone. I'd like to ask for home delivery since it says they do it, but the gentlemen at Via IV Novembre 35 in the center of Ravenna don't even answer calls, so they get there faster and work less... I urge the manager/owner to keep an eye on his employees.

22/06/2026: Well served by tobacconists, parcels, payment by card, etc. The coffee is good, the staff is professional, the place is in a strategic and welcoming location.

27/08/2026: I'm giving it one star because we wanted to try this restaurant, but since they changed management, they've only served pizza in the evenings. We were tempted by the dishes advertised, but once we got there, sat down, and looked at the menu, we realized they only served pizza, so we got up and went elsewhere. They say the changes on Google haven't been approved yet.

08/02/2026: I bought a cake from them for a special occasion. It was beautiful and delicious 😍 The staff was courteous and helpful. I will definitely be using them again for other occasions.
