N.B.: We didn't want a large cup of hot chocolate, as you wrote in your reply, but a regular one, not a half-cup! However, you lack humility, as you can see from the way you respond to all the negative reviews.

12/10/2025: I'm giving it only one star because this is a classic establishment that overcrowds tables and can't handle them. Four of us sat down, and after about 45 minutes a pizza arrived. Another hour passed, and nothing else arrived. If they hadn't made us pay in advance, we would have left. Waiting an hour and a half for food is unacceptable. If the kitchen can't handle that many orders, put fewer covers on the table and don't be so greedy!

12/10/2025: Terrible review because we waited two hours for a sausage pizza. Service was also slow, as my chicken bites arrived after an hour, but by the time I'd digested my meal, my boyfriend's pizza hadn't arrived yet. Terrible service indeed. Not recommended unless you have a lot of time to waste.

The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, the staff is kind, smiling, and always available—they make you feel right at home (maybe even better 😄). The piadinas? Truly spectacular! Fresh ingredients, perfect dough, and a variety of menus that puts many other piadinerias to shame. There's something for everyone: from classic to more creative, every bite is a surprise! 💸 The prices? Fair... actually, more than fair! Unbeatable value for money. 🌞 In the summer, you can enjoy the shade surrounded by nature, ❄️ in the winter, you can stay warm and pampered in a well-kept and spotlessly clean environment. It's clear the new management is young and full of enthusiasm: modern ideas, attention to detail, and a lot of passion in every piadina. In short: highly recommended! If you don't believe us, come try it... but be careful, it's addictive! 🤩

12/11/2025: I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero stars. When I went, I ate reasonably well, but the staff was dirty, and the day I went, I saw grease on the grill. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless they want to be sick.

06/01/2026: We returned after some time, and unfortunately, something has changed. The quality of the services has halved. Where the hotel bar used to offer aperitifs, there's now a self-service bar that few people care to use, and it's sometimes poorly stocked. The rooms and the building are starting to need maintenance. The rooms are clean, but don't expect sheets to be changed; in my opinion, they're understaffed for this type of building. The hotel restaurant isn't bad, but even there, it's understaffed. In short, it would still have all the right credentials if it weren't for all the cuts. And considering that the price paid is for all the services listed, something needs to be reconsidered on the website itself. OH OH, YOU COME TO TUSCANY FOR MORE THAN JUST THE STAY, AND THE LANDSCAPE JUST A FEW KM AWAY IS BREATHTAKING.

31/12/2025: The sadness of decay. It must have been a four-star hotel, that's all it must have been. Now peeling walls, broken vases, poorly repaired. They really screwed us over with the gossip and photos on the website. A New Year's Eve to forget.

01/09/2025: We went for a quick lunch after our arrival in Cervia... really excellent piadina, kind and friendly staff, the only flaw being a classic kiosk there are few places to sit and the rubbish bins were a bit close... but all in all I would stop to eat again

25/10/2025: We visited the place after reading previous reviews, but unfortunately the pizza we saw in the photos was not in any way comparable to the reality. It was visible and felt on the pizza dough that it was not fresh and we got a solid, not loose at all, but hard "something". On the four-cheese pizza, the "four-cheeseness" was exhausted in that there was a homogeneous melted cheese mass on the "dough" that cannot be called pizza dough. We are really sorry that we managed to "select it" like this, because I specifically wanted the delicious pizza.

28/08/2025: Rude and needlessly mocking the customer (the one who leaves them the money, by the way), one of the partners in particular. They're living off the reputation of the old management, which they're gradually ruining, given that it's clear they don't know how to deal with customers and the public. Just go to any other beach club next door and it's a whole different story: Professionals. It's simple naivety, but it's ruining your business (it takes the foresight to look beyond the current season). Too bad, I don't recommend it, because I can't find a beach club with worse staff on the seafront.

19/08/2025: We went for the day, the food was very good, it was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, we had a great time, we've been going to the previous management for years, probably number 175 brings good luck, a small point, 2 cold coffees at the counter cost €12 I think... very much!! Thanks anyway, we'll be back
