06/05/2026: A negative review for the Nariz restaurant, which is not recommended due to its discriminatory treatment of guests with dogs and poor service. Despite the lack of a reservation, the treatment received (payment in advance, table placed under a speaker) was deemed unacceptable compared to other guests with pets. The food was deemed mediocre, with particular mention of the staff's lack of professionalism.

31/01/2026: Appetizers, first courses, and second courses were inedible. The place had an unbearable smell of fried food. We had to throw everything away because it was so bad we couldn't eat it, and we risked getting sick afterwards! No comment! I won't be going back.

11/12/2025: The place wasn't crowded, the food was great, and the service was very fast (even though the appetizers and main courses all arrived at the same time). The grilled ravioli were good, just a little greasy for my taste. Very friendly staff!

28/06/2026: Last night we stopped at one of the few places where you could get gluten-free pizza. The pizza is good, I can't say it's not, but the price is crazy: 15 euros for a very normal topping. And considering that they rightly use ready-made crusts for celiacs, a price like this, more than double the price of a pizza, seems truly out of place. I asked the waitress about the price and they told me it was fair. I won't be going back.

02/05/2026: The fried seafood melts in your mouth, spectacular and excellent. The staff is kind, helpful and very friendly.

04/07/2026: I was there a few days ago, the piadina was nothing special. The staff were rude and unfriendly, the one who stays at home would rather be hoeing than working as a cashier, maybe she gets more satisfaction from it. I had a terrible experience, I don't recommend it to anyone, there are piadina shops 10 times better and where you can spend your money wisely. Oh, I forgot, they don't give receipts!! I wonder if the finance police would be happy to give us a visit.

13/05/2026: Customer relations have deteriorated considerably.

07/04/2026: Very disappointed with the service. We ate very little (there were almost no starters), we waited hours, and every time we asked for bread, we were brought three slices and a few breadsticks. I should add that I had explicitly asked for a table in the sun when we were the only ones inside the portico. The waitress was very rude (I jokingly asked for a free amaro for all the problems described above, and she replied: we don't give things away!) €55 per person, there were 16 of us. Shameful.

06/07/2026: We were absolutely shocked by the treatment we received at this restaurant. The piadinas were completely tasteless and made with obviously low-quality ingredients, but what was even more disappointing was the utter rudeness of the staff. Having a child with us, we asked if they could cut a piadina in half. We were rudely told that we should have specified this when ordering and not while the food was being delivered. Denying such a simple and banal gesture to a customer, especially a child, demonstrates a complete lack of flexibility and customer service. Poor food and terrible service. We will never return and I strongly advise against it.

11/08/2026: BEST Kebab place in Ravenna, I think its menu is the best in terms of size, quality and price, even the simple piadina kebab costs around 6 euros but it's really big and it fills you up, above all it's always open and close to the center and station, if you pass by there and want to spend 10 euros and eat well, it's the right place

09/05/2026: Spending 6 euros for a piadina that doesn't even have the fillings it used to have. Enough now, I won't go anymore.

05/04/2026: We went to the La Lesca restaurant, good fish and a very pleasant place, friendly staff.

25/03/2026: Beautiful even in winter, with lots of games for children. I noticed that the prohibition signs in the parking lot were installed with the additional arrows reversed. --> backwards <--

02/10/2025: Returned after a week: the courtesy remained, but not the rest. Ordered two cappuccinos, one excellent, the other served on the same tray was half full and without foam—bah. The place was packed with dogs, so you couldn't turn around. The croissant counter was full of flies. Too bad, we had come here on purpose, based on our previous experience. We had breakfast with two cappuccinos, a croissant, and a donut. Everything was excellent! The service was truly exceptional: smiling girls, very efficient despite the crowds. Ample parking, very convenient. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

19/07/2025: While strolling through Ravenna, I stopped at Cilla Caffè, drawn by the excellent reviews. My impression was confirmed: a clean, tidy environment, friendly staff, and a menu with meticulous attention to detail. I chose a scoop of fiordilatte gelato dipped in coffee—a simple yet surprising combination. I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best I've ever tasted: creamy, balanced, with a strong coffee that didn't overpower but rather enhanced the delicate flavor of the gelato. One thing, however, is worth noting: the lack of table service. I understand the organizational choices and modern pace of life, but in such a well-curated and pleasant setting, the idea of having to personally pick up your order is a bit jarring. It doesn't ruin the experience, but it leaves a feeling of something that could have been perfect... and wasn't quite. That said, the quality is such that it still makes the stop pleasant and worthwhile. I'll gladly return, perhaps hoping for a little extra attention!

08/10/2025: A nice, quiet restaurant and the fish is really good.

15/09/2025: The restaurant mainly serves pizzas but has an extensive list of options. The ones we ordered were well done and tasty. Thete is a good list of Italian draft beers which were delightful. The staff didn't speak English but was quite accomodating and nice. All in all, one of the good venues in the vicinity to eat a pizza.

12/09/2025: It's underground, everything is old and broken. Electrical outlets are hanging out of the wall, the shower is 60x60 cm and broken. Absolutely not recommended for €330 for two nights. Reception is not staffed, access is via door code, and telephone service is only in Italian.

01/08/2025: Overall, the hotel is nice, the only problem is that there is never anyone at the reception, except in the morning, but it is quite well looked after.
