07/11/2025: There's no signage about this bar. It's very convenient, though. It's fair that there's a line to get in. The baristas are hardworking, smiling, and kind. The sweet brioches are reasonably priced; the chocolate one is fabulous! 'Serenissima' is a great name for brioches, even at Lugo hospital. Next to the bar, there's a small room where you can sit; it's a little dated, but nice and quiet.

06/08/2025: …Since it's a bar inside a hospital, you'd expect the staff to have a minimum of empathy, but no, the girls were rude and inattentive to customer requests. I asked for a toasted sandwich but they told me they couldn't make it and that I should have something ready. I agreed, but the girl made the wrong sandwich because she wasn't attentive to my request, and when I said I hadn't asked for that, she snorted, and her colleague also mocked me, insisting that the mistake was my own… moral of the story, I didn't have lunch, I got annoyed, I paid €6 for the sandwich, and it ended up in the bin. What a shame!!

12/09/2025: It's underground, everything is old and broken. Electrical outlets are hanging out of the wall, the shower is 60x60 cm and broken. Absolutely not recommended for €330 for two nights. Reception is not staffed, access is via door code, and telephone service is only in Italian.

01/08/2025: Overall, the hotel is nice, the only problem is that there is never anyone at the reception, except in the morning, but it is quite well looked after.

02/10/2025: Returned after a week: the courtesy remained, but not the rest. Ordered two cappuccinos, one excellent, the other served on the same tray was half full and without foam—bah. The place was packed with dogs, so you couldn't turn around. The croissant counter was full of flies. Too bad, we had come here on purpose, based on our previous experience. We had breakfast with two cappuccinos, a croissant, and a donut. Everything was excellent! The service was truly exceptional: smiling girls, very efficient despite the crowds. Ample parking, very convenient. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

19/07/2025: While strolling through Ravenna, I stopped at Cilla Caffè, drawn by the excellent reviews. My impression was confirmed: a clean, tidy environment, friendly staff, and a menu with meticulous attention to detail. I chose a scoop of fiordilatte gelato dipped in coffee—a simple yet surprising combination. I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best I've ever tasted: creamy, balanced, with a strong coffee that didn't overpower but rather enhanced the delicate flavor of the gelato. One thing, however, is worth noting: the lack of table service. I understand the organizational choices and modern pace of life, but in such a well-curated and pleasant setting, the idea of having to personally pick up your order is a bit jarring. It doesn't ruin the experience, but it leaves a feeling of something that could have been perfect... and wasn't quite. That said, the quality is such that it still makes the stop pleasant and worthwhile. I'll gladly return, perhaps hoping for a little extra attention!

29/03/2026: Good morning, I'm leaving this review because the owner or the pastry chef who made the cake should respect the customer's requests. I ordered a cake for a 3-year-old girl's birthday, Minnie Mouse themed. The inside was supposed to be red velvet with cream cheese, but instead there was no red velvet at all, and the cream was buttercream. The outside was beautiful, but the inside was a total disappointment. What's the point of telling you our preferences if you don't respect them? I repeat, the cake was very beautiful, but the rest was a disappointment!!!

15/11/2025: We stopped by for a quick gelato. We saw some guys inside talking to a new, young sales assistant while eating their gelato. With the car parked, the guys rushed out, and as soon as we entered, the girl, with a slightly anxious smile, said to us, with the lights on and all the gelato still on the counter, "Sorry, we're closing!" Never happened in 10 years. I don't think we'll be back, especially since the website said it was still an hour before closing time...

24/08/2025: Nice place, small but cute, with a friendly and cheerful sales assistant. I'd go back. If I could give you a piece of advice, opening at 3:00 PM and closing at 11:00 PM wouldn't be a bad idea.

31/01/2026: Appetizers, first courses, and second courses were inedible. The place had an unbearable smell of fried food. We had to throw everything away because it was so bad we couldn't eat it, and we risked getting sick afterwards! No comment! I won't be going back.

11/12/2025: The place wasn't crowded, the food was great, and the service was very fast (even though the appetizers and main courses all arrived at the same time). The grilled ravioli were good, just a little greasy for my taste. Very friendly staff!

26/12/2025: The lady who answers the drive-thru today and delivers the bags is incredibly rude and ignorant.

21/12/2025: We ordered takeout, and when we got home, half of the food was missing. This isn't the first time 😤

02/05/2026: Rudeness, lack of professionalism, and excruciatingly slow service from the only waiter, who arrived at the table to take our order after almost half an hour, when there were only three other tables of four to serve, and who brought only a portion of the orders after another 20 minutes. The rest of the orders were never mentioned again, except on the bill. A celiac person ordered hummus (which was good), which according to the menu should have been served with gluten-free multigrain bread. The waiter then brought the hummus, which he placed on the table, and then announced that there was no bread. And the celiac person, even for today, will eat tomorrow!

31/01/2026: A disappointing evening at Casa Spadoni San Vitale! Nice place, but slow service and inattentive staff. They don't even know what they're offering... Moroccan? Meatballs in tomato sauce, bacon with potatoes, eggplant in tomato sauce... oh yes, maybe the mint tea is Moroccan 😩 Thank goodness we drank a good Sangiovese superiore! It's a shame because the place is always lovely! I don't think any of us will be back...

13/04/2026: Everything perfect...except the lips with the tip pointing downwards. 🙁

16/03/2026: I only had a coffee, I can't give a detailed review, the decor needs improvement.
