24/08/2026: We stayed at this hotel in Pinarella di Cervia for three nights, booking practically at the last minute: the day before for the following day, the week after Ferragosto. Despite the time of year, we found the best price among local hotels, which is no small feat! The owner was immediately very kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs. All the staff were also truly friendly, thoughtful, and helpful, helping to make our stay very pleasant. The property is a bit dated and could definitely use some updating, especially the rooms and bathrooms, but it must be said that cleanliness was truly excellent, and this was a very important aspect for us. A special mention goes to the cuisine, which was truly excellent: tasty and well-prepared dishes, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, we had a great time, and considering the value for money, the location just steps from the sea, the kindness of the staff, and the cuisine, we were satisfied with our stay. We especially recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a simple, clean, and family-friendly atmosphere without spending a fortune. We'll definitely be back!

22/08/2026: We were passing through and stopped for a small pizza. The dough is fabulous, and you can choose from a variety of flavors. The arancini were good, but I wasn't crazy about them. The price was a bit high for the size of the slice.

22/08/2026: 🫸🫣🫣 CRAZY €48!! 🫣🫣🫷........ A pizza, a sandwich and a salad, a medium beer, a small bottle of tea, and a water. There's no cover charge because you make do, but it's acceptable. THESE ARE REALLY TOO MANY. A sit-down pizzeria with impeccable service, three pizzas for €14, a medium one, two liter bottles of water, a small bottle of tea, coffee, sorbet, and ginseng for €65. GO A BIT FURTHER TO THE RIGHT WITH NEAPOLITANS

08/07/2026: Arriving from outside, it doesn't have any attraction, it's a squalid place, you order and there's no line, the food, what can I say, is bad, but it's good, I don't recommend it at all, when we left we said goodbye and they didn't even look at us and say hello also because there were only the 4 of us, never again

12/04/2026: Unfortunately, I don't recommend staying at this hotel. It's an older property that needs updating, and it's located in a narrow, inconvenient area for parking. The rooms are clean, but with the bare essentials. The bed is hard and there's only one pillow. There's no outlet in the bathroom, and you couldn't open the windows, otherwise the pigeons would get in! Since there are so many abandoned hotels around, there's an infestation of pigeons, which results in poop on windows, balconies, and windowsills. Breakfast is poor and limited. No service. Leaks in the walls and ceilings in the hallways.

09/04/2026: Family stay over Easter. Like all hotels in Chianciano, the hotel is starting to look a bit dated. The room for four was large and clean. The reception staff were very friendly. We had some issues with breakfast, but perhaps it was just bad luck. However, before leaving, I mentioned it to the reception because it's right to make them aware. I didn't use the restaurant.

27/05/2026: I had dinner a little while ago in this place, fresh products and excellent drinks I must say, the black angus carpaccio was good, I recommend it, I also had a first course, a gnocchi with fresh cherry tomatoes and basil, simple but really well done, the only small flaw perhaps the few waiters present, I think there was only one but nothing to say, the waiter was very good and courteous and not intrusive

04/07/2026: I was there a few days ago, the piadina was nothing special. The staff were rude and unfriendly, the one who stays at home would rather be hoeing than working as a cashier, maybe she gets more satisfaction from it. I had a terrible experience, I don't recommend it to anyone, there are piadina shops 10 times better and where you can spend your money wisely. Oh, I forgot, they don't give receipts!! I wonder if the finance police would be happy to give us a visit.

13/05/2026: Customer relations have deteriorated considerably.

22/06/2026: The food and service were decent. There was a wait, even though the place wasn't crowded during the week. Watching a cat come in and out of the kitchen wasn't the best experience!

23/07/2026: Interesting concept. Apparently, they use different methods for portioning ice cream here – depending on who's at the counter. The Italian customers before us received their ice cream lovingly shaped with a spatula and generously portioned. When it was our turn as German tourists, they suddenly switched to a scoop. The scoops were also only half-filled and correspondingly much smaller. After us? Back to the spatula. Back to larger portions. Unfortunately, our polite inquiry with the young woman only yielded a rather unconvincing explanation. The next day, we observed how the ice cream parlor operated again – and lo and behold: the scoop had vanished without a trace. All customers were getting their ice cream with a spatula again. Whether this was a coincidence or not, everyone can decide for themselves. In any case, we got the impression that foreign customers are treated differently. Afterwards, we opted for the ice cream parlor around the corner. There, all customers were treated equally. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot recommend this one.

07/03/2026: Let's start with the positives: the place is beautiful and welcoming, the waiters are kind and helpful, but let's get to the sore point: we ate terribly. The passatelli in broth were so salty they were inedible, the grilled meat tasted stale, the grilled vegetables were cold from the fridge, the grilled tomino was cold and undercooked. At the end of the meal, we left almost everything, and my daughter said, "Lucky Dad, there was bread!" We reported this to the waiters, who were understanding and apologetic, but the bill remained the same. The coffee was good! In conclusion, we won't be returning, and we're sad because the place deserves it! Perhaps there's something in the kitchen that needs updating!

11/07/2026: I asked for two pastas at the bar and only got one. I pointed this out, but it still hadn't been brought. I went to the counter, and my pasta was gone. For a place like this, even if it's very expensive, it's an unacceptable disservice. Let's hope things go better next time. Two stars, in the meantime.
