13/06/2026: We stopped by this bathroom at 6:50 pm with 2 small children, and the lady who I don't know who she was, if she was the owner, was rude and kicked us away... looking at us very badly several times, she said since she bought the games we have to pay to use it for those 10 minutes. /// I've never seen anything like it..
09/05/2026: 1 star because it can't be given less, it doesn't even deserve that, I came here with my husband and little dog, my mother and a friend, we wanted to have a coffee and remember the old times, I grew up in the bathroom which in those days was called Casadei, but.... the entrance to the bar is forbidden to dogs, we would have sat at the tables under the veranda but the very nice owner told me no because the dog at that moment barked and textually "eh barks wakes everyone" at which point I told my mother and friend and told us to leave, and she always replied "it's better" and then said goodbye, but with all the certainty in the world on our part it is GOODBYE, where my dog is not welcome we are not either. I wish you a good life.

02/09/2025: I had fond memories of this pub, which I frequented 20 years ago, but now I have to change my mind. Once we were seated and given the menu, we were completely ignored for 20 minutes. We left. I don't think the owner even noticed, as he was busy chatting with his friends.

04/05/2026: A bar to choose only if all the others are closed. As soon as you walk in, you lose your appetite; the owner doesn't even crack a smile and looks at you with annoyance. Even though she's only there to serve you, the wait is endless.
The prices are high and the atmosphere is completely uncomfortable, the exact opposite of the welcome you expect on the Riviera. It's pointless to blame the "criminality" of Viale Roma if the place is empty; all the surrounding bars are packed. If the business is failing, it's only because you put off the desire to go in. With excellent pastry shops just two meters away, where they welcome you with kindness, there's no reason to come here. A deserved failure. Take responsibility.

I think anyone who interacts with people should be polite and friendly and not make aggressive and inappropriate jokes, as happened to me.

16/12/2025: We chose this place for lunch during a day trip to Ravenna. The traditional cuisine was truly excellent, and the service was kind, friendly, and fairly quick. We had a great time!
02/12/2025: We had lunch here. The service was polite. The quality of the food was good. They were also kind enough to make a portion of pasta for my two-year-old, and then, since we didn't eat it all, they charged us half the portion. Good experience.

02/08/2025: The place is very nice, in the center of Faenza. On the downside, there's a sense of tension among the staff, which creates an overall unpleasant atmosphere. It's a shame because it has a lot of potential; I expected a more relaxed atmosphere worthy of this beautiful place.

The place is very nice, and the bar isn't bad.
But I've noticed more than once that the owner treats the staff she works with indecently.
This is sooo unpleasant!
That's why I stopped going there.

17/05/2026: It would be nice if the decision to blast music at lunchtime made sense. But it doesn't. And you can hear it even from the nearby bathrooms. There's no escape. Please. Have mercy.

01/12/2025: I'm an Italian citizen. I occasionally shop at this supermarket, but every time I have to check the receipt, and every time there's always something wrong. They display prices in the aisles, wrong but always in their favor. I don't understand if it's the training they receive from their managers. My staff doesn't do their job. This is a great disgrace. Let's think about how elderly people are defrauded by this supermarket.
11/11/2025: What was your employee doing this evening with his black Alfa Giulia around 8:45 PM after closing time, behind the store where they put the bins, wedged between them? Why would he drive over the bins after closing time? Free stuff? Two people saw him while jogging!

06/06/2026: The place is nice, but the wait is excruciating: from 9 PM to 11:15 PM, half the group still hasn't had dinner. We were having dinner for a birthday: mortifying for the birthday girl. I think it's a place only suitable for drinks!
