02/11/2025: It's unacceptable that if I order at 5:45 PM for 7:00 PM, I arrive and the pizzas aren't ready. The pizza may be good, but it's unacceptable. Furthermore, they only accept cash, which is illegal.
27/06/2025: this pizzeria really satisfied me. it is full of explicit but really beautiful calendars. the pizza is good and really cheap. the staff is really kind and welcoming. top.

12/10/2025: An hour wait for the appetizer and 30 minutes for the main course. Out of four identical first courses, one arrived much later, causing everyone else's dishes to cool. Courtesy among the wait staff is also not common.
12/10/2025: As soon as we were seated, we were informed that there would be a wait of at least an hour for any choice, from appetizers to first courses to main courses. This had not been reported when we made our reservation, which had been made an hour earlier. Once seated and uncomfortable with the news, we decided to order, and after 50 minutes, the appetizer arrived. We ordered four first courses with the same toppings, and yet one of the four arrived significantly late. The porcini cream soup didn't even smell like mushrooms. The first course was eaten cold due to the wait.
If you add to this the fact that the waiter threw the dishes like Frisbees, the result was disastrous.

12/09/2025: It's underground, everything is old and broken. Electrical outlets are hanging out of the wall, the shower is 60x60 cm and broken. Absolutely not recommended for €330 for two nights.
Reception is not staffed, access is via door code, and telephone service is only in Italian.
01/08/2025: Overall, the hotel is nice, the only problem is that there is never anyone at the reception, except in the morning, but it is quite well looked after.

08/04/2026: They no longer add white sauce to the kebab dish without even warning, and without that sauce, the dish is too dry. If you order two dishes, they only give you one piadina. I understand the savings, but some things are a bit excessive. In the last two years, they've already halved the portion size. It's a shame, it used to be a great place.

07/11/2025: There's no signage about this bar. It's very convenient, though. It's fair that there's a line to get in. The baristas are hardworking, smiling, and kind. The sweet brioches are reasonably priced; the chocolate one is fabulous! 'Serenissima' is a great name for brioches, even at Lugo hospital. Next to the bar, there's a small room where you can sit; it's a little dated, but nice and quiet.
06/08/2025: …Since it's a bar inside a hospital, you'd expect the staff to have a minimum of empathy, but no, the girls were rude and inattentive to customer requests. I asked for a toasted sandwich but they told me they couldn't make it and that I should have something ready. I agreed, but the girl made the wrong sandwich because she wasn't attentive to my request, and when I said I hadn't asked for that, she snorted, and her colleague also mocked me, insisting that the mistake was my own… moral of the story, I didn't have lunch, I got annoyed, I paid €6 for the sandwich, and it ended up in the bin. What a shame!!

15/09/2025: The restaurant mainly serves pizzas but has an extensive list of options. The ones we ordered were well done and tasty. Thete is a good list of Italian draft beers which were delightful. The staff didn't speak English but was quite accomodating and nice. All in all, one of the good venues in the vicinity to eat a pizza.

The service is excellent, and the menu offers a wide variety of dishes, both local and international.
You can tell the business is well-organized and the staff works smoothly and harmoniously—always a positive aspect.
Furthermore, the place is very clean and welcoming.
Truly a place where you eat well and feel at ease!
31/07/2025: I had three different dishes. One dish had salad, tomato, and mozzarella. The second dish had chicken nuggets. The third dish had barley salad that had gone bad. Even though we told them what had happened, they continued to serve it.
And then the hygiene in the kitchen is terrible because: a hairnet is important to keep your hair from falling onto your plate. I would advise everyone to wear a hairnet to avoid this.

Don't count on their punctuality.
02/06/2025: We ordered pizzas at 6:00 PM for 7:45 PM, and at 8:45 PM, despite two calls reassuring us that the pizzas would be ready for delivery, they hadn't even been kneaded yet. Delays can happen, but they need to be announced more honestly. This isn't a serious way of working.

Confusion with the bill and rudeness towards customers.
I've seen the other reviews and there's a lot of truth in the negative ones. I absolutely don't recommend it, especially if there are a large group. Even after checking the bill several times, I still don't understand why we paid so much. The woman at the cash register was very confused.
Not recommended.

23/08/2025: We stopped at this restroom for a drink because it was raining. Once it stopped, we started playing beach tennis with the kids, but we were kicked out because six kids wanted to play volleyball, claiming they had umbrellas there. We were rudely turned away, even though we had consumed at the bar!
We were also rude, even in front of the kids. We left without arguing, but we will definitely never consume in this restroom again! The person who kicked us out was rude, not the one who served us. She was very kind!

It's almost fascinating to see how quickly the new management managed to ruin everything.
The welcoming atmosphere has been replaced by a cold and listless air, with rude staff who seem perpetually annoyed by any request, even the most trivial.
