14/09/2025: We wanted to see Lake Pusiano, but this place is a huge disappointment. There's no lakeside promenade, no opportunity to stroll or relax. Just a busy, noisy street. The gelateria is immediately unwelcoming, with virtually no seating. We ask for gelato, but are told to sit down and order. Once seated, we're informed that it's not possible to eat gelato in a cone while sitting at a table. There's an absurd rule, one we've never encountered before: "If you want to eat our gelato in a waffle cone, you have to eat it on the street." Clearly, they're trying to get us to order expensive gelato cups, but we like our gelato in a cone. Yet, at least one other happy customer munches on a cone at the table. We point this out, and the result: the couple with the cone is also sent out into the street. An unpleasant altercation ensues with the owner: "I make the rules here," we say, "They're rules we've never seen before, we're leaving." Insults and insinuations follow ("rude," "ill-mannered," "child"), but the owner hasn't grasped the fundamental rule of business: "the customer is ALWAYS right," and yes, even if "ill-mannered." I strongly advise against visiting Pusiano; there are many other lakes to see. And I especially advise against this ice cream shop, where confusion, authoritarianism, and rudeness reign supreme. Zero stars.

29/07/2025: We've been coming to this café on vacation for three years now. Everyone is very friendly and it's simply a joy to be there! The passion fruit caipirinha is especially delicious in the evening!

03/08/2025: A place that evokes a fantasy atmosphere. You can choose to walk the labyrinth, eat, or both. You can also bring your own meat and grill it at the designated spots. The dishes are truly delicious and carefully prepared, with excellent quality. Ideal for an aperitif or an evening with friends. Recommended.

21/07/2025: The place is very nice, but... the management of the bistro needs a complete overhaul. The prices are very high, but I have something to complain about the service. It's very slow (almost an hour's wait), and the waiters forgot about the requested changes to the food. A visit to the labyrinth is still worth it.

28/10/2025: I didn't like the service at all. I went on Saturday morning for breakfast; the two of us ordered two croissants and two regular cappuccinos. Thirty minutes after ordering, there was no sign of the cappuccinos, so much so that I had to go to the cashier to check if everything was okay. They must have lost the order or mixed it up with another table; in fact, we even ended up with a lactose-free one, without us asking. In my opinion, the service organization needs to be revisited to reduce wait times, possibly by increasing the coffee service. I'd happily wait that long for more elaborate creations, but I won't tolerate it for cappuccinos, even during rush hour. It's a shame because I really like the food and the place.

19/09/2025: We went to this restaurant because it was closest to our apartment, and I have to say we had a lovely end-of-season evening! The sea bass tortelloni are among the best tortelloni I've ever tried, as are the swordfish paccheri and the mixed fried fish! The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!

29/08/2025: A very nice place to spend a few relaxing days, reasonably priced, close to the beach, completely quiet at night, everything for breakfast, pool, private parking. And a lounger and umbrella at the partner beach club for €11 per day.

17/10/2025: The management has changed, and you can tell when you enter by the courtesy of the staff, both employees and guests: everyone welcomes you with a smile. The welcoming atmosphere is complemented by the high quality of the food. The limited parking spaces for customers' cars remain, and cannot be eliminated. But with good will, anything is possible. Customers have returned en masse.

15/10/2025: The best pizza in Cervia. The "Covid" pizza is my favorite.

19/08/2025: Once we arrived, the owner was already impatient, and so was the girl. She touched all the pizzas with her bare hands, just like she'd touched the outside area. We felt like we were a nuisance, which was a shame because the pizza was good.

07/06/2025: An insult to seaside tourism. Simply mind-blowing experience. A beach resort in Milano Marittima that manages to combine everything that shouldn't exist in the world of hospitality. As soon as you arrive, the impression is clear: you're not a customer, you're a nuisance. Last Sunday we asked for sunbeds, and from there the charade began: they moved us several times from one place to another, as if they didn't even know what they were doing. Each time with annoyed faces, arrogant tones, zero desire to help. It seemed like they were doing you a favor by taking your money - and a lot of it, given that the prices are absolutely out of this world. Services? A total disgrace. Dirty, broken, paperless bathrooms, with an indecent smell. No care, no maintenance. Everything seems left to run, as if the customer should just "pay and shut up". Offer at the bar? Ridiculous. Only beer. No choice, no alternative, not even an effort to make the service minimally decent. In short: a place that does not deserve a cent or a minute of your time. They make you feel unwanted, ignored, mistreated... and then they present you with a very high bill. All without a smile, without a "thank you", without a shred of respect. An experience to absolutely forget.

12/10/2025: It's better to have it delivered to your home because it takes an hour for the shop to make pizzas.

20/09/2025: Bad food, bad service, unfriendly staff! You're not a guest here, just a cash cow! The bruschetta was anything but up to Italian standards, and the pasta tasted like it came from a package. Definitely not recommended! The Italian restaurant around the corner in Germany serves better food. The staff were very unfriendly and you didn't feel like a guest. It should have been a 0-star review, but unfortunately, you have to give it one star.

26/07/2025: Very good pizzas, quick and friendly service, and reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back to try the various options on the menu.

11/09/2025: Beautiful beach in Savio. Relaxing atmosphere, tasteful decor, great background music, and friendly staff. I had a delicious pain au chocolat for breakfast, and for lunch we had seafood risotto and spaghetti with clams, both delicious. Highly recommended.
