20/09/2025: Bad food, bad service, unfriendly staff! You're not a guest here, just a cash cow! The bruschetta was anything but up to Italian standards, and the pasta tasted like it came from a package. Definitely not recommended! The Italian restaurant around the corner in Germany serves better food. The staff were very unfriendly and you didn't feel like a guest. It should have been a 0-star review, but unfortunately, you have to give it one star.

16/10/2025: My happy place. You enter expecting the usual quick sandwich and coffee, and you leave as if you've taken part in a ritual of taste rebirth. 😍 The coffee? Liquid love, dense, hot, almost kinky in the way it caresses your synapses. The croissant? A Parisian explosion, simply photonic. A Kimbo experience with confetti. The Formeggello sandwich was spectacular... a nasty elixir of highway perfection. After two bites, I felt strengthened, fortified, toned, and energized. Pure Sarnian energy. The staff? Kind, smiling, almost sexy in the way they hand you the tray with Olympian grace. The bathroom? Brilliant like a galaxy of poetry, just born from a shell of pure gold. KE FIKATA GUYS!

22/10/2025: The bakery is well-stocked and well-equipped, but I was very disappointed with the bombolone, which was dry, almost stale, and hard, with not even a hint of cream inside. It seemed old. I'm very disappointed because the pizza tongue was really good. I'll try going there again to change my mind.

30/08/2025: A truly special bakery! Fresh, authentic products prepared with great care. Every time I come in, I find a wide selection: from bread to pastries to savory treats, always delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for those looking for quality, but above all, good value!

20/08/2025: My wife and I often come to Duna for lunch. The ingredients are excellent and the dishes are truly delicious. Compliments to the chef and the staff, who are always extremely kind and professional. We highly recommend it.

30/08/2025: The bathroom is large and well-organized. The cocktails, however, aren't good. I had a Hugo full of mint, and it tasted only of mint.

22/11/2025: We waited 25 minutes and no one came to take our order even though the other tables were already served. (The bartender was drinking and checking his phone.) There was a menu on the table, assuming table service. There were no signs or indications on the menu that there was no service. In any case, even without table service, within 25 minutes there was a way to let people know that they had to arrange to pick up their order at the counter.

14/07/2025: I ordered pizzas for myself and my colleagues. They were delivered very promptly, hot, and well-cooked. Other places, however, often have them burnt and dry. I will order again and hope the service stays this high.

07/11/2025: We stumbled upon this delicious pastry shop by chance. When it comes to good food, the eye also wants its share, and here it is satisfied; I personally ate the entire pastry shop with my eyes! The coffee is also very good.

02/10/2025: We were passing by on October 2nd. We wanted to buy a car for the child, which cost $9.95. The price is listed on all the boxes. But at the checkout at 1:10 PM, the cashier said it cost $19.99. The argument started. She started giving rude answers. "Yes, you buy it, yes, no, you go." "I have things to do and I'm alone at the checkout." But they weren't there. I asked to call the manager, but he said no because they're busy, and I won't call you. I bought the car anyway because my son liked it and wanted it. I checked with the cashier, who was there at this time and date.

22/08/2025: Terrible experience. If this is how you choose to welcome clients, perhaps it would be best to change careers. I found the attitude presumptuous, arrogant, and even threatening, completely unacceptable, especially considering the dog has serious neurological problems. A modicum of understanding and sensitivity would have been appropriate. It's shameful to behave this way without even investigating the true history of the situation. Arguments and shouting from the staff in front of all the other clients... SHAMEFUL! In situations like this, respect and empathy should be fundamental values, but here they are completely lacking.
