20/01/2026: January 19, 2026, 4:25 AM I stopped for a quick coffee. Knowing it was early, we calmly approached the door, which magically opened. Once we entered, a young girl with her hair tied up behind the counter said hello, as is good manners. This greeting simply received a look (I tried to explain it away because she was turning on the cash register, etc., and was alone). We approached the counter, ordered our coffees, and in complete silence, gripped by the fear of having disturbed anyone, we consumed our drinks. I went to the register to pay, thanked her, wished her a good day, and left.... Do you think she said hello to MISS ITALY? Of course NOT!!! ●If you're pissed off because you wanted to stay over... it's not my fault!!! ●If you're annoyed because we came in... it's not my fault because the doors were already unlocked!!! ●If the alarm was annoying... it's not my fault!!! I can only advise you that being a barista means, even if you don't want to, being kind and smiling, you know, it counts for a lot.

08/01/2026: I understand that interaction between those picking up and discharging is "necessary" at shift changes... but asking for a coffee and getting it cold while waiting for the baristas (with optional friendliness, as they apparently tend to growl) to finish their discussion about "gym & towels" is a bit annoying!!! I'll order the cold coffee in the summer. Probably at another store. Terrible service. (It's a shame, management used to be very, very different.)

11/01/2026: The water tastes like it's tap water, and paying €2.50 a liter seems excessive, considering the prices are a bit high, especially for glasses of wine. The atmosphere is definitely welcoming!

30/12/2025: One of the best places in Ravenna for a burger, with quality ingredients, balanced flavors, and generous portions. The beers are also excellent.

27/09/2025: The pizza is good. The dough is easy to digest. The location is a bit vintage, but nice as it is.

28/11/2025: I'm allergic to nuts, so I asked for them to be nut-free. When my dish arrived, I realized there was some strange cream, so I tasted it (since I'd been assured there wouldn't be any nuts on my dish), and it contained cashews. The waitress, however, didn't know exactly what ingredients it was made with, so she asked a colleague, who confirmed that the cream contained cashews and told the waitress she hadn't realized my dish was supposed to be nut-free. All this without the slightest concern on either of them's part, without confirming anything to me (we overheard the conversation from the table), and without even apologizing or offering a discount. They did remake my dish, yes, but if I'd started eating it without asking, I would have had an allergic reaction. Considering the amount of nuts used in vegan dishes, I'm surprised they didn't pay more attention and take the matter lightly. Furthermore, the attitude of the waitress who served us was rather aloof and bored throughout the service, almost bordering on rudeness.

04/03/2026: I went on a Friday night for a pizza tour. The place was crowded and the service was quite slow. They brought us the first two identical pizzas, and after a good half hour, two more. The pizza was thin and I didn't like it; I don't think I'd repeat the experience. The only positive thing was the very reasonable price.

15/02/2026: An evening with friends and a themed evening menu. The staff were excellent and helpful, the food was good, but perhaps served a little too quickly. The only downside is that the place could use a good makeover; if you leave your table, you can tell the passage of time.

09/09/2025: Overall, it’s far too expensive for what you get. The portions are tiny — nowhere near enough to feel full — yet the prices are surprisingly high. It’s a shame, because the food itself tasted okay; not the best I’ve had, but definitely not the worst either. On top of that, they don’t even provide a menu. That said, the service was good — the staff were friendly and pleasant.

01/09/2025: The restaurant is a welcoming and beautiful place. The staff is super friendly, accommodating, and polite. Everything is family-run, making it very cozy. When we asked for a menu, we were told that there wasn't a specific menu. The waiter then sat down at our table and verbally explained everything to us and answered our questions. We also frequently heard that everything is family-run and that the cook is his mother and also has her own creations, which we also ordered. Because there's no menu, it naturally makes us more excited about the food and its appearance. The food is incredibly delicious and appetizingly presented and presented. The pasta dishes are a bit smaller (homemade pasta), whereas the burger dish was larger. Overall, I have to say it's a wonderful restaurant, with friendly people and a wonderful atmosphere. We will gladly visit this restaurant again and can only give it high praise. We have never had a restaurant and service like this before and the fact that there is no menu makes the atmosphere even better, as it makes it seem more familiar and comfortable.

01/12/2025: If you want to eat hand-made pasta like in the old days, using old Romagna recipes, I recommend you visit us. This is a classic, old-style Romagna trattoria, open only on Saturdays and Sundays. I recommend booking.

20/08/2025: My wife and I often come to Duna for lunch. The ingredients are excellent and the dishes are truly delicious. Compliments to the chef and the staff, who are always extremely kind and professional. We highly recommend it.

10/10/2025: They want to be a restaurant but it's a bar with all the reheated stuff. I understand the workers' menu but a bit of decency and cleanliness is needed.

11/05/2025: It's useless, no matter how hardy workers they are, the Chinese don't understand the good taste of Italians. Since they took over, the quality has dropped a lot. And the people too. Here we are not on Temu or Ali Express where you only sell the price. The Italian doesn't care about spending 10 cents. plus you can have an excellent breakfast (cappuccino brioche). It is no coincidence that the best Basr café-pastry shops in the country have higher prices and it is no coincidence that they are packed with people.
