17/08/2025: My partner and I have been getting takeout pizza for a few months now, and it's delicious. The dough is thin, just the way we like it, and it's always cooked to perfection, so you can't taste the flour like I used to. This is another plus for me. The ingredients are super fresh and high-quality, the pizzas are wide, and the value is excellent. The owners are also very kind and professional, from the phone call to the actual takeout service. The location is convenient, with parking right in front. I highly recommend it!

11/05/2025: It's useless, no matter how hardy workers they are, the Chinese don't understand the good taste of Italians. Since they took over, the quality has dropped a lot. And the people too. Here we are not on Temu or Ali Express where you only sell the price. The Italian doesn't care about spending 10 cents. plus you can have an excellent breakfast (cappuccino brioche). It is no coincidence that the best Basr café-pastry shops in the country have higher prices and it is no coincidence that they are packed with people.

10/05/2025: If I could give it a “0” I would have. The sales assistants are very rude, especially the older one. They should learn how to deal with people. The ice cream is not as good as some reviews say and the quantity is small, as well as having high prices. Surely there is better to be treated with so little respect. I usually never write reviews but this place really left me speechless especially because of the rudeness.

The environment shows signs of neglect: the roof leaks and the sloppy management of this issue—resolved with an almost ironic, non-slip sign—contribute to an overall sense of disarray. The service, rather than balancing these shortcomings, feels distant and unwelcoming, a factor that weighs heavily when the food offerings aren't outstanding in quality or generosity. Ultimately, rather than a place you can count on, it seems like a place in need of a thorough overhaul: from customer service to pricing. A downward revision would make everything more coherent and, above all, more fair.

28/09/2025: Half an hour late and 5 out of 6 bad pizzas. It's not the first time, and the average delay compared to the agreed time is 15-20 minutes every time. You call them to report it and they tell you "it can happen." Rather than Multiverso, you should call yourself Trenitalia.

19/08/2025: Service organization despite only three bartenders: terrible, not to mention the rudeness of some customers who walk past as if they were local VIPs. The place feels claustrophobic, and the sweet brioche is decidedly average, unattractive and sparsely topped, unlike other bars. Russi is nice, but I'll never go back.

12/10/2025: I ordered tagliolini allo scoglio (seafood tagliolini), cod meatballs (six pieces), and gratinated scallops (six pieces, similar to tiny scallops) for my family member for a total of €31. Everything was delicious, the fish was rated good, but the tagliolini's sauce was really lacking—a lot of pasta and very little fish, so I recommend adding more sauce to the first course. There's the option of sitting down at the tables indoors. The space inside the kiosk is small enough for three people working there, and it's not very pleasant to see the guy smoking inside. I've attached photos of the dishes here on Google. Given the high price of the dishes, which is right when you're getting good quality, they should increase the portion sizes. They're really too small.

21/09/2025: You have to go there. The manager is very kind, on Sundays it's packed with people and there's a wonderful atmosphere, even though people don't wait too long. If you're going along the Path of Angels, you're in the right place, the best place to start.

15/10/2025: I enter the bar and find the young lady playing on her phone, not even looking up. I try to ask her for a coffee, but she doesn't answer and continues minding her own business. Tell me if this qualifies as a bar.

22/08/2025: Terrible experience. If this is how you choose to welcome clients, perhaps it would be best to change careers. I found the attitude presumptuous, arrogant, and even threatening, completely unacceptable, especially considering the dog has serious neurological problems. A modicum of understanding and sensitivity would have been appropriate. It's shameful to behave this way without even investigating the true history of the situation. Arguments and shouting from the staff in front of all the other clients... SHAMEFUL! In situations like this, respect and empathy should be fundamental values, but here they are completely lacking. PS: If you have pets with disabilities, leave them at home, or better yet, "at the clinic." DO NOT take them on vacation with you! Above all, avoid certain places! Best regards, Vicky
