29/07/2024: Un bel Ristorante in centro storico , buone le pietanze , buoni i prezzi , peccato Per il servizio , accolti da una ragazza giovane in maniera incommentabile , il resto Il linea , davvero lo dico con grande rammarico , quanto vale e quanto Poco costa un sorriso , e non ci sono scusanti, puoi servire piatti non perfetti , può capitare , ma ciò che sopra ho Scritto non e’ accettabile .

19/07/2024: By far the best meals we have eaten during our visit to the Emilia-Romagna region. Ristorante Belle Venezia is a family owned restaurant in the heart of the historic Ravenna old town not far from the covered market. Their interior is bright and inviting, but we chose to sit outside in their private dining area on the pedestrian zone. We did not feel exposed to the street foot traffic because of thoughtfully placed plants in containers separating the tables from the walking zone. Nada, the daughter of the original owner, is the most pleasant host, taking time to translate and explain their menu, which is all in Italian. Their chef, Nada’s brother Amos, creates elevated traditional cuisine that is unique with a traditional foundation. Their mother, Irma, created the most satisfying hand made pasta. The dish was a nettle ravioli. Something I had never heard of before but will look for in the future. My husband and I chose this restaurant based on a recommendation for our anniversary. We loved it so much that we went back for our last dinner in Ravenna. I could list everything we ate that was outstanding, but their menu isn’t stagnant and the dish I loved will likely be replaced by another gastronomic creation. You truly can’t go wrong with whatever you choose.

20/08/2024: tappa fissa per la mia colazione a MI MA aperti fin dal mattino presto...personale carino e gentile Offre vasta scelta tra dolce, salato, toast, uova con bacon yogurt in tutti i modi prezzi nella media per una colazione veramente top CONSIGLIATO!

18/07/2024: Really obscene place, the staff really careless and rude. They were closing and they didn't even advise me where I could buy a cheap bottle of water, telling me that if I go to Milano Marittima and want to save money I went to the wrong place by adding "poor".

10/08/2024: Nice place, nice garden outside Staff quite friendly (not the lady who answered the phone) We got the pizza, good for our tastes, but we waited an hour!!! And the place wasn't full

25/05/2024: If you love greasy pizza, this is the right place, but I don't! It was also lukewarm. I remember with nostalgia the previous management, when a gentleman with a moustache made the pizza, he was very good... and his pizzas were fantastic! Always smiling and courteous.

27/07/2024: Abbiamo mangiato antipasti, tagliere di salumi, tagliere di formaggi entrambi un po’ scarsi per il prezzo versi 20 €. Poi bruschette con il tartufo, molto buone. Scquacquerone al prezzo di cinque euro e abbondante. Piadina purtroppo sottile e diversa dalla classica piadina romagnola. Sembrava non fatto in casa e dato che la porzione di Piadina per sei era sempre misera abbiano dovuto sempre chiederne dell’altra. I primi buoni, però un po’ scarsi. I cappelletti al prezzo di 13 o 14 € erano presenti 13 cappelletti. Veri cappelletti romagnoli ma la prossima volta sarebbe meglio averne un po’ di più nel piatto. Di sicuro per i turisti è consigliato, ma per i romagnoli da rivedere

15/07/2024: Personale molto attento e preparato. Ottimi i piatti, semplici ma che esaltano i sapori antichi della tradizione! Consigliatissimo!

22/07/2024: the staff proved to be rude and uncaring about requests given to them by customers. I was made fun of by the bartender when I asked for a 30 minute wait in which we were told several times that we would be served soon. After that the waitress purposely avoided coming to our table. We left because of the inconvenience

20/05/2024: Il titolare chiacchiera con altri clienti e allo stesso tempo,
accarezza e gioca con il suo cane, legato ad una sedia vicino al bancone, senza museruola.
Dopo essere rientrato dietro al bancone, inizia a tagliare una torta e preparare alcuni caffè, senza essersi lavato le mani e senza guanti. Nel momento in cui glielo faccio notare, mi inizia a insultare chiedendomi di uscire dal suo locale. Pessimo esempio di ristoratore, in una cornice bellissima come Marina di Ravenna.

28/04/2024: Today street food in Pesaro. I purchase two fried dumplings and ONE bottle of water. I ask to be able to pay by debit card and the lady says yes. The two gnocchi 20 euros (as per the poster) and ONE bottle of water 3 EUROS. On the receipt I read 1.50*2 which at home means that I am paying for two bottles of 1.50 each. I point this out to the lady and she replies that ONE bottle of water costs three euros. Too bad they charged the guy before me 1.50.

14/07/2024: 3 years have passed but the rudeness has remained the same.... Excellent pastry shop, if the staff were more friendly it wouldn't hurt.

03/07/2024: Molto buona e saporita la pizza napoletana ma deludente l'impasto della pizza al tegamino. Poco alveolato e poco croccante, i condimenti gradevoli ma a mio avviso non gourmet, ho notato che l'impasto era tendente verso l'umido. Qualcosa non ha funzionato?? . Drink poco alcolici e personale non del tutto preparato, il posto comunque é molto semplice e alla buona. Consiglio solo per la pizza napoletana.

15/07/2024: Unfortunately it wasn't a great experience. The smell upon entering was not the best and several courses on the "all you can eat" menu were significantly below the average of other sushi places in the city.

15/07/2024: Sono rimasta molto delusa, avevo già affittato una bicicletta per andare a prendere a pranzo un fritto misto SENZA GLUTINE in questo lido, perché con l’hotel eravamo in un lido un po’ lontano e non volevo far spostare così tanto tutti i miei amici, quindi ho pensato di andarmi a prendere un fritto e mangiarlo con loro, quando ho chiamato mi hanno detto che il servizio d’asporto non era possibile perché nel weekend fanno solo tavoli! Ci può stare ok, però proviamo ad essere inclusivi al 100% con le persone celiache, alla fine sono dovuta andare in centro a Cervia a prendere una piadina! Non esiste, ho chiesto in tutte le lingue del mondo, anche perché non avrei avuto altro pranzo appunto, ma mi è stato detto che nel weekend non hanno l’attrezzatura per l’asporto…. Mi sarebbe bastato un semplice piatto usa e getta!!! Ci sono rimasta molto male

14/07/2024: Siamo andati in 6 per un aperitivo domenica sera, convinta di trovare la consueta qualità in tutto. Era un paio di anni che non andavo e ho trovato una situazione molto diversa. Servizio assolutamente sciatto, cocktail serviti in bicchieri inadeguati e riempiti soprattutto di ghiaccio, praticamente zero scelta di cibo, solo un piatto di patate fritte e poco altro. Peccato, purtroppo non è pensabile di tornarci. Non parliamo del centro tavola con fiori di plastica!

09/08/2024: Of this new management who has been working here for a month... we were struck by the cleanliness and the smell as soon as we entered the room... the availability of those who work there... from the reception to the cleaning ladies... the presence of air conditioning in the warmer months It's a relief as soon as you get back to the hotel. The view on the first floor with a large and comfortable terrace directly overlooking the sea and the chiringuitos on the beach a few meters from the hotel. The presence of the free beach 3 minutes walk from the hotel as well as the presence of the dog beach adjacent to the free beach with an adjoining bar and restaurant for our 4-legged friends. In short, an excellent location and a choice that we will certainly repeat when we return to Casalbirsetti.

08/08/2024: We have just had our 90-year-old parents spend a week in this hotel, very courteous staff (from the owner G.Piero to the first collaborator Stefania), new environments, comfortable room, excellent cleanliness, really positive opinion. Alberto and Daniela

21/08/2024: Learn to work and interface with the public.....Romagna specialties????Sicilian specialties????I get pizza made in Egypt and arancini in Mexico....go back to Africa....dear boh what's the name hahahhaa....remember you don't know me and you don't know who you're with, don't be a nice sardine and go on a diet.....if I want that hole you call a restaurant....I'll have it I'll buy tomorrow... and be careful when speaking otherwise I'll be forced to call my cousin maybe and we'll do a nice tax or NAS assessment....

20/03/2024: Excellent food, decent place. The waiter Daniele is a particular type... he knows how to deal with children.
