The only small complaint is the fries, which are sparse and not as crispy as one would expect. Overall, a great experience, recommended for those looking for a tasty and quick pizza.

05/07/2025: We have traveled to Northern Italy for the past 3 years (2023,24 & 25).
Syrene was one of the best restaurants that we have ever been to in any country. The staff, the food and the setting were superb. Paulo was the waiter that usually served us.
We traveled to Italy again this but it is with sadness that we see Syrene has closed.
We do hope that it opens again because it is a special place.

08/09/2025: We ate very well, and the price was in line with other restaurants in the area. I recommend going for the kindness and customer service we received. The owner even stopped by after dinner, and we had a pleasant chat.
We'll definitely be back.

10/01/2026: I highly recommend this bar overlooking the Tagliata pine forest in Cervia. Luisa, the owner, is always available and ready to host initiatives and events for her attentive and attentive clientele. Manager Stefania, always smiling and professional, along with Martina, a young but knowledgeable staff member, and the other staff ensure that this small bar on the outskirts of Cervia is a popular meeting place for residents and for those stopping by after a stroll through the beautiful pine forest. Highly recommended. Also noteworthy is the live music and karaoke on weekends.
28/12/2025: The bar isn't the same anymore. The pastries and savory items are ridiculously overpriced and it's not very clean. How sad, it used to be a nice bar.

14/02/2026: Repeatedly calling and getting a busy message means they're open and on the phone. Google says it's open and I'll be arriving after an hour's drive, but it's closed for vacation. Damn, why not update the hours on Google? Just to keep people moving.
24/01/2026: Highly not recommended. There were six of us out for dinner. The pizzas arrived with raw potatoes and were cold. The dough was so sticky, and they were very flat (like schiacciatina) and dry. A while ago, the pizzeria was really mouthwatering, but now it's getting really awful. Too bad.

17/08/2025: My partner and I have been getting takeout pizza for a few months now, and it's delicious. The dough is thin, just the way we like it, and it's always cooked to perfection, so you can't taste the flour like I used to. This is another plus for me. The ingredients are super fresh and high-quality, the pizzas are wide, and the value is excellent. The owners are also very kind and professional, from the phone call to the actual takeout service. The location is convenient, with parking right in front. I highly recommend it!

15/11/2025: A terrible experience, especially for someone who knows what they're talking about! Saying they make Sicilian granitas and then showing up with a terrible gelato, I'd say no. €3 wasted.
I expressed my opinion and was told that in Sicily they make granitas like that, but no. As a Calabrian and former bartender, they can't fool me.
I don't recommend the granita, precisely because it's a joke.
04/11/2025: Very tasty ice cream. We tried different flavors. Our favorites were: mango 🥭, Dubai chocolate 🍫, and peach with ginger!

19/08/2025: Service organization despite only three bartenders: terrible, not to mention the rudeness of some customers who walk past as if they were local VIPs. The place feels claustrophobic, and the sweet brioche is decidedly average, unattractive and sparsely topped, unlike other bars. Russi is nice, but I'll never go back.
