07/06/2026: I would like to express my deep disappointment with my experience at this fast food restaurant. This is the second time I've found hairs inside my fries, an incident I consider extremely serious and indicative of a lack of attention to hygiene standards. What made the situation even more unpleasant was the attitude of the staff. When I reported the problem to the manager, I received neither an apology nor professional handling of the incident. Instead, I perceived an annoyed and unhelpful attitude, as if my report were a nuisance rather than a legitimate customer complaint. I find it unacceptable that a restaurant business doesn't ensure adequate cleanliness standards and that its staff isn't trained to handle such situations with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. Customers expect not only safe products that comply with hygiene standards, but also courteous and attentive service when problems arise. In light of this experience, I cannot be satisfied with the service I received and I hope that concrete measures will be taken to improve both hygiene and customer service.

30/06/2026: A stop to avoid!! Traveling and stopping for a break should be a pleasure, but here it was a nightmare. Serving ginseng in glasses so opaque and white they look dirty is the bare minimum of respect for the customer. Add to that a cold, rubbery, chemical-tasting croissant for €2.50, and the picture is complete. I threw away €4.70 because I left everything there and walked out. Service like this is intolerable: I specifically asked the Marino bus drivers to change their stop for future trips.

09/05/2026: Top breakfast!! The cappuccino temperature is perfect—it's not boiling hot, it's not watered down, and the milk is excellent quality. Wide variety of delicious croissants, pre-filled (and not empty and filled with that disgusting bottled creamer that's so trendy lately!!). The people who work there are incredibly kind, talented, and knowledgeable. I always stop by when I pass by!! Recommended!!

07/05/2026: Good evening everyone, my rating for this place is 2, I didn't manage to eat either the first or second course, only the salad because you can't go wrong with a mixed salad, so it's better to bring your own sandwich! Total disappointment, this is my first review!

If I hadn't seen the lady rolling the piada, I would have thought it was mass-produced. Now I understand why there was a line at the piadina stand across the street and not there. What a shame 😔

04/01/2026: A wonderful discovery for those seeking gluten-free gelato. This gelato shop recently replaced all its ingredients with completely gluten-free products. While they don't yet have official certification, they take great care to guarantee the complete absence of contamination, and it shows. The gelato is delicious, creamy, and rich in flavor, with a wide selection. It's rare to find such quality combined with such variety. The owner is welcoming, helpful, and always ready to explain the ingredients and processes, conveying a genuine care for the customer. The portions are generous, the prices are absolutely in line with traditional gelato shops, and considering the attention to ingredients, they're more than fair. Highly recommended.

18/12/2025: Comfortable and charismatic atmosphere. The service doesn't match the pleasant, subdued vibe, leaving a negligible sense of incompleteness in the overall mood. A good combination of sweets and friendly staff, however.

28/11/2025: I'm allergic to nuts, so I asked for them to be nut-free. When my dish arrived, I realized there was some strange cream, so I tasted it (since I'd been assured there wouldn't be any nuts on my dish), and it contained cashews. The waitress, however, didn't know exactly what ingredients it was made with, so she asked a colleague, who confirmed that the cream contained cashews and told the waitress she hadn't realized my dish was supposed to be nut-free. All this without the slightest concern on either of them's part, without confirming anything to me (we overheard the conversation from the table), and without even apologizing or offering a discount. They did remake my dish, yes, but if I'd started eating it without asking, I would have had an allergic reaction. Considering the amount of nuts used in vegan dishes, I'm surprised they didn't pay more attention and take the matter lightly. Furthermore, the attitude of the waitress who served us was rather aloof and bored throughout the service, almost bordering on rudeness.

08/06/2026: We went for lunch today. Super...everything was delicious and the portions were generous. The fried fish was spectacular because it didn't taste like oil and was perfectly dry. The seafood appetizer was excellent! The pasta and rice dishes were generous portions. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly.

07/06/2026: Every year we spend a weekend at this beach resort, and Sunday lunch has become a tradition. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the menu offers a limited selection, but all are very well prepared. If you're in Cervia, a stop here is an absolute must.

27/02/2026: With all due respect to traditional kebab shops, this is by far the cleanest and most orderly, with extremely friendly staff who don't look at you as if you've disturbed them. Another notable detail: the hoods, in addition to being clean, also work with extractors, allowing customers to leave without smelling of fries.
