17/08/2025: Attentive and punctual beach service, clean bathrooms. We didn't try the restaurant.

15/08/2025: Beach chairs were good right by the beach…food was confusing with the waitress not being very helpful.

18/09/2025: The best piadina in the world!! We ate three piadinas between the two of us, took home two more, and 10 empty piadinas. The lady was very kind.

13/01/2025: Great little local cafe, just had a lovely hot Latte €1.60. Friendly staff. Cozy inside also outside area.

08/12/2024: A bar where we stopped after visiting the basilica. Quick service, good coffee. Friendly staff. Parking is available in the street next door.

24/09/2025: We stopped for a drink and a coffee, nothing special, the area is a bit out of the way, I wasn't able to get a good picture of the place, maybe if I do it again I'll take a closer look.

23/09/2025: Friendly, always open, and welcoming. Ample space and a strategic location.

03/10/2025: The zabaglione brioche was very good, but the service was not well organized and a bit "dispersive" and we had to clear the tables ourselves... which was a shame because the products were good.

26/09/2025: The St. Michael's cake was delicious and the barista was kind, but weighing it with a (very tough) little plate included didn't seem fair to me in terms of price.

28/09/2025: We couldn't take any photos because we were so hungry, but I can assure you that the pizzas were really excellent, and the staff was truly exquisite. 🤞A place to definitely return to.

08/09/2025: We went there spontaneously for a meal. They serve gluten-free pizza, which was very, very tasty. Our dog was fine outside and was immediately offered water. The other pizzas were also exceptionally delicious! Very friendly and absolutely reasonable in price. Thanks for the delicious, spontaneous meal!

11/11/2025: Lack of heat rooms of cold environment

10/11/2025: Terrible! The spa was the worst experience of my life. The showers were completely non-functional, and then the Turkish bath and sauna stopped working... the pools were full of people, with non-functioning showers. Imagine the hygienic standards...illegal in my opinion! I reported the problem to the receptionist the next day to prevent it from happening again that day, and was told they'd had problems with the water...sure enough, the second day, everything was completely non-functional too! Rooms: shower parts broken, broken drain, non-functioning air conditioning... Restaurant: We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The service was embarrassing, the dishes were beyond reproach, and the prices were high. A restaurant like that simply cannot be open to guests. Zero professionalism and hospitality. What can I say? The only nice thing was the tasting and the walk in Chianciano! Highly not recommended, avoid it!

01/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati con la famiglia per un pranzo abbiamo trovato subito un ottima accoglienza, personale gentile, servizio attento e veloce. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo dall antipasto , ai primi, al fritto, un polpo scottato buonissimo ! Anche i dolci molto buoni! Consigliatissimo! Anzi di sicuro ritorneremo!

27/04/2025: Ristorante di livello dove materie prime, servizio e ottimi piatti sono protagonisti. Ampia scelta dei vini, struttura adattissimo ad eventi aziendali.

08/07/2025: Enticed by the excellent reviews, I went and... ok, it was almost midday but I found the windows almost completely empty. I took a cream brioche (from the very limited choice I had) which tasted almost only of butter. They really disappointed me.

13/10/2025: So, I've known Mohamed, the owner, all my life... he used to be a pizza chef at the theater restaurant, and I'm talking about 30 years ago... he's a legend, kind, good, and clean, and he makes my favorite pizza! You're great, and now, with the help of your children, even better! Keep it up! 💪💪💪💪

26/07/2025: The pizza is very good. If you don't like thick, Neapolitan pizza, you'll definitely like this one. Unfortunately, on weekends, the wait is often incredibly long. Even if you order by phone, you arrive at your scheduled time and they make you wait 30 minutes or more (I once waited an hour longer!)

29/07/2025: We've been coming to this café on vacation for three years now. Everyone is very friendly and it's simply a joy to be there! The passion fruit caipirinha is especially delicious in the evening!

14/09/2025: Terrible service. You can't even eat ice cream inside. There wasn't much room outside, so we went inside and asked for ice cream. The waitress told us that ice cream, both cones and cups, couldn't be consumed inside. We complained, and the owner came over and insulted us. Terrible experience.

14/09/2025: I was enjoying a coffee. Then I saw a man who wanted to eat ice cream inside the shop, but the waitress said he couldn't eat it inside. So he started complaining, and the owner, when she passed by his table, called him rude. How can you insult a customer?! The customer is always right.

17/10/2025: The management has changed, and you can tell when you enter by the courtesy of the staff, both employees and guests: everyone welcomes you with a smile. The welcoming atmosphere is complemented by the high quality of the food. The limited parking spaces for customers' cars remain, and cannot be eliminated. But with good will, anything is possible. Customers have returned en masse.

05/10/2025: Yesterday I came in with the intention of having a coffee, which I did and enjoyed. Upon leaving, after paying, I politely asked when I could find products for those of us who are now intolerant to lactose and gluten. I know their delicacies because I've been a customer for a long time. The rude response I received left me speechless. They literally told me to stand outside the door and stare at their counter with my mouth watering. All with a smile, but the response was truly unpleasant, rude, and discriminatory. I'll do exactly as they suggested. What idiots!
