04/05/2026: Highly recommended, this bar and pastry shop is located in the small town of Sant'Alberto (Ravenna). We stopped here while cycling the loop from Comacchio and back along the Argine degli Angeli. The coffee and tarts are excellent. The owners are very friendly and offer plenty of information and practical advice for passing cyclists; they even provide a free coupon that entitles you to a small discount on the Reno ferry crossing. It's definitely worth a quick detour for a relaxing break before getting back on the bike!

20/01/2026: Easy-to-find roadside pizzeria, a good place to stop for a bite. Pizza is also available at lunchtime, with an electric oven. The pizza is good and thin, with a slightly sparse selection of ingredients, but still good quality. The tables are packed tightly together, almost squeezing together. There's a bar, and there's even a clean bathroom. Prices are reasonable. All in all, a good place to stop for a bite to eat without too many expectations.

The portion is huge, enough for three people.
The waitresses are very friendly, and the overall service was wonderful.
16/05/2026: Quality, excellent service, and open late on weekends. A bit underground, it's not your typical Ravenna hangout with snobbish people. I'd go there!

Freshly prepared dishes.
Exquisite pizza.
Excellent seafood spaghetti, al dente, with plenty of fish and shellfish.
Extremely tender cuttlefish skewers.
Tarantina-style mussels, succulent.
Seafood risotto as excellent as the spaghetti.
Apple pie, too.
It's all self-service, from setting the table to clearing it away, and that's fine.
The lady at the counter and her staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
The prices are excellent for drinks, and the quality/price ratio for the cooked dishes is equally good.
I will definitely be back for the mixed fried fish.
