24/12/2024: We went for dinner. Excellent place, quiet, very well looked after, few dishes but at the top, well-stocked cellar. Super kindness from all the staff, what can I say, we'll be back soon.

16/03/2025: Not bad food, good service, the only flaw is that the place is hidden away, very cold inside... and the atmosphere is not very warm, it seems a bit neglected... not worth returning

04/03/2025: The cuisine has changed for the worse over the years (for me, as I don't eat Japanese): there is no choice of traditional Chinese cuisine, and what's more, the way they cook the chicken (in large pieces) makes it unpleasant. I don't think I'll go back!

05/11/2024: It is a real tavern, simple in appearance and very familiar. That's good!! If you are looking for traditional Tuscan dishes, that of the past, this is the right place. Don't expect the most "commercial" Florentine... they don't have it (although I would be fine with an "evening with the Florentine"! Enjoy Pici all'aglione, tripe, ribollita... and beautiful rustic, poor and "ancient" dishes that pass down historical traditions. Very nice and friendly staff. Well done

23/10/2024: Eccezionale! Abbiamo festeggiato il mio compleanno, il locale era tutto per noi (25 persone). Abbiamo mangiato in modo superlativo, il servizio impeccabile e gentilissimo. Il proprietario mi ha offerto la cena e inoltre avevano messo lo striscione buon compleanno per me, una carineria non da tutti. I piatti ottimi e abbondanti. Consigliatissimo.

04/04/2025: On Sunday 29 March I went to this place for the first time. I ordered a few things including Chinese bread. I almost died in the restaurant, there was a metal paperclip inside! I go to the bathroom and fortunately I manage to remove it from my tongue. I go to tell them what happened and they reply, sorry, you don't pay for the bread. I would have buried myself and asked for forgiveness ten thousand times as well as not charging for lunch. But I'm not contesting this. I'm contesting the method and the indifference of those who run a business like this. I'm facing criminal charges. Be careful. Absurd

23/03/2025: Everything was really delicious, from the fresh desserts to the perfectly prepared coffee. The staff is exceptional: very kind, always smiling and available for every request. A place where quality combines with impeccable hospitality. We will definitely be back!

I really appreciated the fact that they also offer Neapolitan desserts, which are my favourites! The lady was very kind in preparing a wonderful gift box for my husband. 25/02/2025: Review – Pizza Casa del Parco, Faenza Pizza Casa del Parco is now an institution in our city, a point of reference for those who love true Neapolitan pizza. I have been going to this place as a regular customer for years and every time it confirms its excellence. The staff, made up of young people full of energy and passion, stands out for their friendliness, helpfulness and education. Entering here means feeling warmly welcomed, and the experience is always pleasant. Last night I wanted to rely on them for a special occasion: my wife's birthday. I asked for a personalized pizza with the writing "Best Wishes", and the girl on the phone was immediately helpful and kind in accepting the request. The result was perfect: a pizza made with care by a very talented girl, under the watchful eye of the pizza chef. This simple gesture made our evening even more special. As for the pizza, it needs no description: the quality is superior, with a long-leavening, soft and light Neapolitan dough. Cooking in a wood oven gives it that authentic aroma and flavor that makes it unique. I sincerely thank all the staff for the commitment and passion they put into their work. Pizza Casa del Parco is not just a pizzeria, it's a second home!

04/01/2025: First time I come to this restaurant which attracted me to the intimate and nice environment... but the rest is really poor, very long and uncoordinated times in serving the dishes. Fish dishes that don't taste like fish and were not properly cleaned, the ravioli with potatoes and octopus were indecent, I had to discard the mushy and disgusting skin of the octopus, not to mention the strazza preti with prawns still in their skin that were placed on top of the dish and in the end it was a pasta with tomato sauce. As for the second courses, I abstain....last thing, two first courses, two second courses, two glasses of wine €70....meh

31/12/2024: Another historic restaurant that is leaving.... Maybe new management but it doesn't justify the poor quality of the food. Mussel plate with five fresh mussels everything else was at least two days old. Tasteless scampi tortelli.... the only semi-decent dish was the fried one which however was floating in oil. Better to change jobs. Best regards If you looked carefully, I ate the fresh mussels, the others remained there and for the fried food I used both my napkin and the one from the bread basket... However, don't worry, there will be no other opportunity to see each other again. Good luck

30/12/2024: piadina che si sbriciolava in mano stile pasta frolla, 2 persone davanti a noi 50min di attesa contro i 10 prestabiliti, niente scuse 3 piadine 30€ siamo gli unici aperti in questo periodo 30/12/24 ( stikazzi direbbero a Roma)

30/12/2024: I've been eating piadina in this kiosk for 35 years, apart from the 45min wait with 3 people in total, today I tasted the worst piadina in the world, impossible to eat, it looked like shortcrust pastry crumbling in my hand, abundant seasoning but charred ingredients, I gave, given the loyalty, 3 chances to remedy 2 this summer and today the 3rd and they didn't do it, I don't know what happened but this time the It deserves a negative review, also because you can't tell me 10 minutes and give me a generous 50, I'm sorry but the quality and above all the service have gotten much worse! It can happen that you make a mistake, but you don't manage to get it right and you also want to be right, you can't justify the delay by saying "we are the only ones open in this period". At most you apologize, seeing as I paid €30 for 3. Crumbled piadines inedible without a fork.

04/01/2025: At the weekend, poor organization in the kitchen, pizzas that are heavy to digest and fish that are not fresh. I would also add that the owners should retire!! After the age of 65, give way to young people!

10/09/2024: The food was amazing, good portions almost too much food. The service was extrordinary, the waiters are very nice and respectful, always ready to help you. The place is very elegant but not too much and also very cozy. 100% recommended
