The location is surrounded by greenery and is welcoming and well-maintained, as well as romantic, especially in the evening. The service is impeccable, and the owner is kind, fun, and available to accommodate all guests' requests (we visited with a 7-month-old baby, and our every need was promptly met). The food is delicious, with generous portions and masterfully presented. It's also a perfect place for summer evenings when you want to escape the heat of the city. We'll definitely be back.

The overall service was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is perfectly located—just a 4-minute walk and you're already in the water. I'm truly grateful to the Family Club for the experience... especially Chef Vincenzo, team leader Mirko and his team, the cleaning staff who worked so hard to keep the rooms clean and tidy; and finally, the entertainment staff, who paid so much attention to the activities for both children and adults, making our days even more enjoyable. We really enjoyed everything, thank you so much! We'll definitely be back next year!

Betty is the heart and soul of this establishment. Having stayed here last year, reuniting with her was like coming home: not only did she remember us, but she went above and beyond by providing us with an even more comfortable room, perfect for our family. Her ability to resolve any small issue or problem with efficiency, serenity, and a contagious smile is something rare and precious. It makes you feel constantly pampered and safe! A huge round of applause also goes to the fantastic entertainment team: Riccardo, Francesco, Sofia, Michelle, and Gaia! You were simply exceptional: engaging, energetic, incredibly sweet with the children, and never intrusive with the parents. You managed to create an atmosphere of joy, celebration, and total serenity throughout our stay, providing moments of pure fun and wonderful memories for our children. A hotel can offer wonderful services, but it's special people like Betty and this extraordinary team of young people who give this place its uniqueness and authentic value. Thank you so much to all of you. A very special thanks also goes to the mainstay of the bar, the senior bartender (whose name, unfortunately, I don't know!): a professional, welcoming, and constant presence, capable of giving us a smile and impeccable service every day. 29/07/2026: I was looking for a cafe that was open in the afternoon when I first arrived at my lodging in the neighborhood. Caffe S. Rocco was the perfect place to have lunch. Before I even saw a menu, I asked if I could have a salad. The owner offered many options including tuna, egg, carrot, and tomato. She made me the most delicious, freshest salad bowl and I ate every bit of it with a glass of white wine. I enjoyed a cafe macchiato and a Chantilly cream pastry. I'll visit again soon while I'm still in the neighborhood.

03/08/2026: It was 10:15 PM, and a friend and I decided to look for a nice restaurant, but we didn't consider that that was when many restaurants closed. After two or three phone calls, there was little hope of finding a restaurant still open. I did another search, called, and the person who answered (I think the owner) very kindly told me they were closing but waiting for me. I arrived... warm atmosphere, perfect music, soft lighting, attention to detail, exceptional hospitality! It was the place I was looking for! They seated us, and we ordered a trio of tartare and a sliced ​​Angus beef, and two glasses of Falagnina (recommended by the waiter). The tartare was exceptional, even the sliced ​​beef. To finish, we ordered a lemon sorbet and a crème brulee. Everything was perfect! We will definitely be back because we had a wonderful time.

27/06/2026: Fantastic, as always. The fried fish is fantastic and plentiful. The grilled meats are excellent. Parking is inconvenient downtown, and even part of the ZTL (limited traffic zone). Get there early.
