26/06/2025: The search for the best pizza in Faenza has come to an end. The 4 cheese was a crispy crust with a wonderful baked cheese topping. The rossi and Prosecco House wines paired well with the entire meal and were great in their own right. Make this a stop for dinner while you are in Faenza. Remember though, no pizza at lunch!

05/06/2025: Found by chance while visiting the city center. Apparently it seemed closed, in reality they were doing some external work. A nice surprise, a welcoming place in the style of an osteria from Romagna. Excellent food and friendly staff. Recommended.

13/07/2025: It's one of my favorite places, you eat well, you drink well, the staff is helpful and smiling and even though there are always people there, you always feel good.

08/07/2025: We have been going to this pub for many years, since my daughter was just a child. we have always had a great time talking about food because I don't think you can find a pizza like there in all of Ravenna! excellent, tasty and also well spread (personal taste but we have always had a really great time). however, we noticed already the other time that we came from a very rude waitress, in particular with red hair, tall with piercings (not absolutely to judge but to describe!). already the other time she answered in a very rude way towards us and also this time she didn't decide to help us when the table was too small to fit and she left it to her colleague (a very nice and sweet girl by the way) and then she said in a very rude way that we had already taken plates that big and that it seemed strange to her that it was a problem this time. then we heard her when she was called from a table answer with an arrogant tone saying "I can't now I have a plate in my hand", I don't know if they were her friends or not but in any case respect must be given! especially if you pretend. I have absolutely nothing against this girl but she completely ruined the beautiful atmosphere of the evening! otherwise amazing place with great food!!

10/06/2025: Warning: this place is not suitable for most people. You eat really well, you eat a lot, you accept the experience offered, you spend a little more than usual as a result. The hygiene is not like in an operating room. The host may seem heavy to some. If you want a cold experience, where you know how much you will spend per gram, without dips, go elsewhere.

10/08/2025: I went for lunch to remember the typical Romagna cuisine. It's a very dated place, but the food is authentic. The table was already set with water and red wine. I had the tagliatelle with ragù, which was amazing, thick and with a fabulous ragù. Then I tried the grilled mutton with potatoes, which was also delicious!!! Very popular price. What can I say? I highly recommend it!!! A+++++

31/07/2025: I don't recommend it to anyone. I trusted the waitress's suggestion, but I really regretted it. The recommended monkfish with pasta was shown for a moment and taken away. It was brought back mixed up and there was hardly any fish in it. I got a lot less fish on my plate than what was shown for a moment before. Something in the food crunched under my teeth. Maybe sand. And they charged 25 euros for the inedible food. My wife didn't eat anything, but the coperto was still calculated. I wad very disappointed.

22/08/2025: The most delicious piadinas I've ever eaten. A clean and very comfortable place to eat quietly and even get some work done. The service is exceptional, with the owner always attentive to quality.

26/08/2025: This was my first time dining at this restaurant. I mostly ate fish, which was cooked impeccably, without burning, and elegantly plated. It's worth returning. It's best to make a reservation!

24/08/2025: There were two of us. On the waiter's recommendation, we ordered the two-person menu, the Gran fritto, with an appetizer and mixed fried fish, all truly delicious and plentiful. Finally, they offered us limoncello, licorice, and a ginger, lemon, and chili pepper liqueur. Definitely worth a try! Excellent service, I think we'll be back.

07/07/2025: Disappointed by the banality of the tasting menu, we expected something different from the dishes you find everywhere.

04/07/2025: In Cervia / MiMa you eat pretty well everywhere, but only two restaurants stand out, and the Locanda dei Salinari is right there in Olympus (the other is the restaurant Al Deserto). Order at random without any worries. The wine list is nice, with prices almost like those of a wine shop.

03/09/2025: I ordered a caipiroska on the fly, and I have to say the guy who made it did a great job. It's an experience worth repeating.

30/08/2025: This morning, Saturday, August 30th, just before 8:00, I stopped in for a quick breakfast. I've been there before, when I'm in Ravenna every now and then. Well, aside from the exquisite kindness, which is essential for me, the coffee and bombolone were definitely good. And the prices are below average, which are excellent reasons for it to become my regular stop!! Plus, I saw they also serve lunch; I could see a pasta maker making cappelletti. 27/07/2025: To celebrate our son's 23rd birthday, we chose this place at his suggestion! To be honest, it was our first time eating something ethnic and different! Skeptical of Asian cuisine restaurants, this restaurant was truly a revelation! Carefully crafted, high-quality dishes, refined and tasty! Chatting with the owner helped us understand that the choice to open this place wasn't the result of a "trendy" trend, but the result of passion and knowledge! Average/high prices, but worth it! We'll definitely be back! Recommended!
