19/03/2024: Given that we went to the Hostaria del pig on the recommendation of an acquaintance of ours. Quite varied menu, terrible service managed by very young waiters (interns), disoriented and unprofessional. We had to ask for bread several times, the cold cuts platter was good but served without the slightest explanation, the quality of the other dishes chosen was very poor. It was a terrible experience. Not recommended.

02/04/2024: Really excellent pizza, I think one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. They also have reasonable prices and don't ask 15 euros for a pizza like many pizzerias. The only sore point is the unprofessional staff but nothing unpleasant.

30/03/2024: Book at least 3 weeks in advance, because it is difficult to find a place. Place with various rooms, welcoming and warm, very kind and professional staff, rating 10 for the Sommelier who recommended two very good wines! Exquisite appetizers and excellent quality products, spectacular freshly made tortelli, I wanted to try the pigeon and I must say I really liked it. Then we can't skip the dessert... a mountain of cream that is immediately noticeable... the goodness is indescribable! I will definitely come back to try other dishes.

04/04/2024: Cold environment, plus I found a hair in the tortelli, the waitress didn't even ask me if I wanted anything else. Nothing. She took the plate and left. Despite my hair, I also had to pay for the plate of tortelli. They can't see me anymore, for sure! There are places where the food is much better with friendly service. Very bad.

25/03/2024: Despite the great reviews I didn't like it much. Average ayce food, except for a few minimal innovations. Very friendly and helpful staff, despite the crowd. One thing that surprised me a lot was the owner, not at all hospitable.

24/03/2024: Rich selection of foods, also for takeaway. The tempura and the special, scenographic and quality dishes are highly recommended. Very kind staff, attentive and always very helpful, both in service and in booking. The place looks very nice and relaxing inside and also offers the possibility of a glass space just on the outside.

26/03/2024: I like: the possibility of a room with a balcony, parking even if unattended, the good position to reach the Parma fair, the restaurant in the hotel, the possibility of having larger rooms, the bathroom equipped with a bathrobe I don't like: the welcome, the restaurant room and the breakfast room, the seasonal menu (???) at the restaurant (it means the same things for 3 months!), the mini fridge bar is empty (just 3 things), there are no used slippers and disposable (we are in a 4 star hotel!), you may have a room with a television that is badly positioned and almost impossible to see, the bathroom without extraction, almost "centralized" heating/cooling, In the end the memory isn't bad... it wouldn't take much to improve the services offered.

01/04/2024: We've been wanting to try it for a long time and found a place for dinner. Very traditional menu but what we had was really good: potato and truffle agnolotti, tagliolini with truffle (a large portion comes) and wild boar hunter style with baked potatoes. Last, but not least, the desserts: walnut cake with coffee cream and apple flan with vanilla cream, the latter superlative. The service was very attentive, punctual and helpful. We will return, perhaps in the summer to see the sunset. To try!
