07/05/2024: Grilled meat and burgers are a certainty, a nice environment where you can spend an evening enjoying an excellent cocktail, the only flaw is the waiting times... Sometimes biblical.

13/05/2024: Ritorniamo come ogni anno in questa incantevole trattoria. Ma haimè siamo passati da "SUPER" a mediocre. La pasta frissta sempre eccezionale ma i salumi sempre meno ed il salame durissimo. I secondi non hanno soddisfatto quella che era l'aspettativa degli anni precedenti. Io stufato di cervo era "bollito e filaccioso" e la Costata resa quasi immangiabile dalla quantità di pepe che hanno aggiunto dalla cucina. MI chiedo solo: perchè rovinare un ottima carne impanandola nel pepe?

18/03/2024: Excellent appetizer with delicious fried dumplings and a good assortment of very pleasant and tasty cured meats. Borettane onions and abundant flakes of parmesan, all super. Good and tender grilled lamb chops with polenta and delicious desserts to finish. Also the welcoming and relaxing environment. Very comfortable chairs. Professional and kind staff. Excellent value for money . Well done, keep it up! Obviously recommended

25/05/2024: Simply the best restaurant in Fidenza and the surrounding area, a must try if you are in the area. Cristina and Luca the owners are extremely friendly and their team looked after us very well. We had some delicious Culatello and salame, wild new season asparagus flan, creamy light scrambled eggs with seasonal mushrooms followed by homemade Tagliolini pasta with wild mushrooms, followed by tender succulent pork cheeks with wild mushrooms and finished with homemade creamy ice cream with various accompaniments. We drank 2 bottles of very good Prosecco, 2 bottles of full bodied dry Lambrusco , coffee and grappa finished the most delicious meal. Reasonable price for their top quality produce. Can only highly recommend!

22/05/2024: Clean place, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food with very short waiting times. The only note concerns the bathrooms. Doors need to be adjusted to ensure they close... Recommended.

13/05/2024: I went to dinner alone. As a first course I took some very good Gnocchi with Aurora sauce with pecorino and ham and as a second course veal tip stuffed with very good roast potatoes. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. The place can be easily reached by any means! I highly recommend it

05/05/2024: Nice place, welcoming, with attention to detail in the furnishings and, it seems, also in the cleanliness. Smiling, friendly and kind girl at the tables. Very good food. If I find myself in Parma it is definitely a place where I can eat well. Well done 👏🏼

19/03/2024: I returned to this place 2 nights ago, the last time was in 2021. I believe that anyone looking for local, excellent quality food at a fair price should stop here. Appetizer of mixed cured meats with excellent fried pie: we divided a portion of cured meats in two and it was just right... good variety and quality. Tagliatelle with wild boar ragù very good: the quantity of tagliatelle and the quality of the homemade pasta and ragù were excellent, personally I would have preferred them a little more seasoned, but in any case my children liked it a lot. I took the duck breast (I don't remember the name of the dish) which was excellent: very good, the meat was very tender and the accompaniment was excellent with mustard and caramelised onions, as well as obviously a good quantity of baked potatoes. My partner had the stew with polenta, which was also excellent, very tasty. Very good quantity, we left full and satisfied. I will definitely return during the day to better appreciate the location.
