22/08/2025: On our way back from the Play in Modena, we landed in this rustic, homey oasis that made us fall in love. Traditional dishes, authentic and delicious. The appetizers and first courses are highly recommended; they are delicious, worthy of grandmothers' cooking. The staff is super fast and knowledgeable. They also make fabulous nocino. A must-try to experience the true roots of Emilia!

25/07/2025: When you close for vacation, you have to change the hours on your website. Since you don't have to book, we drove miles to find the gates closed. It's a shame your borlenghi are truly spectacular.

10/10/2025: I ordered two marinaras, one with turnip tops and the other with mushrooms. They arrived with two red ones, so they weren't marinated, with very little tomato, dry and tough. NEVER AGAIN! It's not hard to understand: MARINATE PLUS THE REST REQUESTED! The only pizzeria that couldn't make us two marinaras! But we paid you, you certainly didn't give them away. We had celiac guests, otherwise we would never have ordered pizza from you. They chose to come to you, but you certainly didn't gain new customers. I went back yesterday, October 9, 2025, because my sister's husband is celiac, not because I wanted to go back. I ordered an ortolana without mozzarella, which was quite bland. Tomato and vegetables were €9. In 2025, it would be nice if every restaurant offered plant-based cheeses to add to pizzas with vegetables for those who don't eat animals or dairy. I'm renewing my negative review.

08/10/2025: You can eat gluten-free, whether you're eating at the restaurant or trying the gnocco and tigelle. Everything was delicious. We'll be back to try the pizza...

29/07/2025: Really thin crust, personally love this type of pizza, been there for a takeout, mainly a takeout place, got the pizza served but forgot to ask for it to be cut beforehand, still cut it without any problems after just asking. Friendly atmosphere with good traditional and I'd say cheap pizza.

09/07/2025: Fabio and Beppe are amazing!!!! I've been coming here for a couple of years now, and what can I say? We're so fond of them! The atmosphere is informal and friendly, down-to-earth and effortless, and you immediately feel at home. The outdoor seating is super cute. The location is excellent and convenient, right on Via Giardini near the center. The pizza... well... a sure thing: thin and nice and large, not at all heavy, with half of the dough already made with whole wheat flour, and well-seasoned with unique toppings. Delicious. Thanks guys, you've earned a spot in my personal top ten pizzerias!

28/08/2025: Nice place, good food, slightly subpar service. Worth a try, especially for the super thin, crispy pizza.

25/08/2025: The pizzas were too big, the cutting boards were too long, the place smelled awful. The oven smelled awful when you entered the entrance. The bathroom was very, very small.

14/10/2025: No one beats it in quality and freshness, I've tried other local ones but Kirin remains unique

09/10/2025: The food is good quality, with a choice of Chinese and Japanese options. There are no order restrictions. The service is fast and accurate.
