25/08/2025: The pizza is excellent, but unfortunately we happened to be there one evening and had to wait an hour for three pizzas. Given the wait, we left before even asking for dessert or anything else. They should give priority to dine-in customers and not takeout. Nice place, but it's a shame about the unfriendly staff.

24/07/2025: Tonight I went with my partner to this pizzeria, which has been in business for 13 years, and I was amazed that after 13 years they still use high-quality products served with 3 types of flour! 1 classic flour 2 whole wheat flour 3 spelt flour And I say amazed because in many pizzerias after being open for about a year they offer a good pizza with above-standard quality, but as soon as they gain customers, the product goes down and the prices go up! At this 13-year-old pizzeria, they still keep their word about good pizza. Tonight my partner and I ate all 3 and they were all delicious, especially the spelt flour, which we took home and ate cold! It retained its crunchiness and was a flavor explosion, it was a sausage and broccoli pizza! FANTASTIC, and I'm not saying this to be mean because I don't know them and it was the first time I've been there! Here they make it: 1 - REGULAR 2 - GIANT 3 - BY THE METER We ate 3 regular ones, but with the 3 types of flour. I highly recommend it to everyone, except those who are lactose intolerant. If I have to find a fault, it's only with the lactose-containing mozzarella. But it must also be said that my partner is lactose intolerant and didn't have any problems, so the mozzarella is also a surefire hit! I spent 42.50, but they gave me a 2.50 discount, and I really appreciated that! I will gladly return because it's also a nice place to sit and eat. It has 3 ovens for various cooking methods, and the tables are well spaced out, so you can talk with the peace of mind that you won't disturb or be disturbed by anyone! Congratulations for maintaining your policy of treating well and delighting the customers who come to eat with high quality! My advice is to try it and see, you won't be disappointed, and I'm sure you'll come back to try the various pizzas on the menu! I had a gorgonzola and spicy salami (normal flour), and my partner had a triumph (whole wheat) with radicchio, speck, gorgonzola, and truffle. We ordered takeout, which we then enjoyed in front of the TV: a sausage and broccoli rabe (spelt flour), and a 66cl Moretti, split between two. I'll definitely be back because the price is right for the quality, which is extremely rare these days! And it's even more rare to find a pizzeria that respects its customers by not stealing their money and offering a pizza that tastes like cardboard and is of poor quality, paid for at a premium! I'll conclude by saying: Pizzerias like LA RUSTICANA must be protected and allowed to thrive by word of mouth, and we should avoid going to other pizzerias that don't respect their customers' taste buds and wallets! 08/06/2025: We stopped here during the Dolcetto Summer Fest for a rich snack of fried pizza, raw ham and burrata. We tasted little but you could already tell the quality of the products and the great kindness in the service. Nice place (obviously a pizzeria).

14/08/2025: I stopped for dinner at the recommendation of my hotel, which is just a few meters away. The outdoor setting is well-kept and clean, and the service is prompt and attentive. The cuisine features traditional dishes and a few "out-of-the-way" treats. The "weekly" menu, adapted to seasonal produce, is appreciable. The prices, in my opinion, are in line with the quality of the offerings. An appetizer and a first course, including water and coffee, are around €30. Personally, I would have avoided the artificial flowers at the table (rather than without them) and would have appreciated a little more space from the next table. All in all, a good experience; I would return.

09/08/2025: The atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant, with overall good food quality, although a few details could be improved to make the experience even better. The service was impeccable: the staff, in addition to being highly professional, were friendly and attentive, helping us always feel at ease.

07/08/2025: I was at this location on Tuesday evening with my husband... a small place with just a few tables, the outdoor seating is along the sidewalk where pedestrians pass (rightly so) and cars along the street. As for the food, it's quite tasty, crispy, and typically Roman. THE ONLY LITTLE FLAWS IS THE ROMAN TRIPPE WITH MINT AND PECORINO for €16 (in a "small cup," where I'll post the photo and tell the waitress too) which can't compare to my portion of STRACCETTI WITH Arugula, Cherry Tomatoes, and PECORINO for €16. I recommend the BRUSCHETTE WITH BACON AND CHICORY and the CARBONARA paired with two glasses of MESCITA wine, both more than pleasant.

03/08/2025: I recommend this Casinalbo pizzeria for its excellent value and the friendly staff. The pizza isn't meant to be gourmet or anything else; it's simple and, above all, easy to digest. The price is lower than anything else in the area, but the final quality doesn't suffer. Home delivery is available. I recommend this pizza over other more renowned options in the area. Top!
