The Centrale is right in front of Formigine Castle. The occasion of July with the love I want you for... where we also saw the Danzaland dance show. Formigine was certainly crowded, but they found us a spot at the Centrale for a pre-dinner drink. What can I say? The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good.

It's always a pleasure when the owner, a great food enthusiast, explains details about the dishes to me. The ingredients are top-quality and sourced from exceptional suppliers. Quality and passion. 25/04/2026: It's a restaurant I've been frequenting for years, three or four times a year, and it's always a sure thing. Fresh fish, excellent raw fish, carefully prepared first courses, and often delicious off-menu options. The desserts are also top-notch. The place is tidy, although perhaps a bit dated. Attentive service.
11/04/2026: Returned after a few years and I confirm the first review, excellent seafood restaurant. Applause to the young man who served us at the table, competent, knowledgeable and very kind, we encountered a small problem that he handled promptly. We will return as soon as possible to try other fantastic dishes. Highly recommended for the quality/price ratio.
