When it's supposed to be 12:45! The bell rang and rang! Nothing! Terrible service.

11/10/2025: Small bar with a nice outdoor gazebo. The bartender (and I think the owner) is very friendly. Ginseng is average, a little more expensive than the bar's appearance suggests.
