30/08/2025: We had lunch at the Foyer des Guides on a beautiful summer day and were thrilled. The location is truly priceless: a postcard view of the mountains of Valtournenche that alone is worth the visit. The cuisine is authentic and tasty, I had tasty polenta concia and tagliatelle with venison ragù. Also ideal for families: outside there is a nice playground with ping pong and trampolines, where children can have fun safely while parents relax in the sun.

27/09/2025: I found it by chance online. It's a wonderful place, with a very quaint atmosphere, and I fell in love with it. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the service is fast. I have to say that my boyfriend and I never miss a beat, because we had divine food, excellent quality, and generous portions. We started with an appetizer of platters and cheeses, the quality of the cured meats was exquisite, accompanied by an excellent Aosta Valley wine. I highly recommend the wild boar gnocchi and pappardelle, and to finish, a delicious Sacher torte. It will definitely be a regular stop every time we return to the Aosta Valley.

12/09/2025: We had a great time, we ate outside and the view was amazing. The food was good, especially the veal with tuna sauce and the apple crumble. The service was good.

06/09/2025: I stopped for lunch at this idyllic spot with a spectacular view of the Matterhorn. The appetizer, "cocette di fegatini," was sublime. I moved on to the main course, a beautiful sliced ​​beef served with red and yellow cherry tomatoes and roasted potatoes (the meat was perfectly cooked and truly delicious). I couldn't resist the dessert, consisting of a panna cotta base topped with warm blueberries, washed down with a glass of excellent rosé. Even the coffee was really good, the service was prompt, and the waitresses were attentive and very kind. The bill was a bit steep, but considering the quality of the food and the enchanting location, I have to give it a truly excellent rating.

The pappardelle with hare ragù is excellent; the venison and other meats are delicious; the polenta concia is not only delicious but also very light; the desserts are also well-made. 13/10/2025: Update 2025: I made another trip to this restaurant this year after being so pleasantly surprised last year. This time, the restaurant was open as usual. I had the pasta with ragu again and a tiramisu for dessert. Both were delicious and plentiful! 2024: I arrived there after a strenuous bike ride and asked for something to eat. Even though it was a closed day (Wednesday), the owner offered to make me pasta with ragu. I found that very hospitable, and the food was plentiful and extremely good 👍. Definitely recommend it!

20/09/2025: My wife and I stayed here from September 11th to September 20th. It was a charming place. The family-run property was always attentive to our requests. The dining room staff were extremely kind. We had both lunch and dinner there very satisfyingly. The room was always tidy. Definitely recommended.
