23/03/2025: Ci siamo stati a pranzo, si raggiunge perfettamente in macchina. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, piatti bellissimi e buonissimi. Consiglio l’insalata di carciofi (abbondante), la pasta al ragù di polpo, veramente deliziosa, e le pork ribs con salsa bbq. Non buon mercato ma ne vale senza dubbio la pena. Ristorante sulle piste da provare assolutamente.

23/03/2025: Locale di alto livello, dotato di enoteca in grotta e cantina per salumi e formaggi. Propone cibi tipici locali della zona e tipici dell’italianità in genere. Personale cordiale , preparato, simpatico, professionale. Siamo arrivati a cena mezz’ora prima della prenotazione, lo staff tutto stava cenando, ció nonostante ci hanno fatto accomodare al tavolo e servito da bere, comunicandoci che il personale era impegnato per la cena e che avremmo potuto ordinare nell’orario concordato alla prenotazione. Prezzo decisamente all’altezza del locale. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

04/02/2025: Chamois is a little gem, reachable by cable car from Buisson (5.5 euros) and therefore there are no cars 🤗. We were there at the end of January and it was all covered in snow: a spectacle for the soul and the heart. The houses and cabins all set up with flower holders make it seem equally beautiful and welcoming in summer. Chez Pierina is certainly the most famous restaurant in Chamois; we went there and it was an experience worth repeating. Mountain environment, warm and welcoming; friendly staff with great customer care; very good dishes (the stews are amazing), really generous portions (a bread soup is enough for two), substantial and made with a high level of quality. Nice choice of wines, local and otherwise. Excellent quality/price ratio Well deserved fame Highly recommended

02/02/2025: What can I say? Everything good and cared for. Stew, cured meats and appetizers with flavors from times gone by. Abundant dishes. Spent 60 euros for 2 with drinks and wine. Highly recommended.

12/04/2025: Very nice, clean and very beautiful restaurant. Genuine food, cooked with great passion by the chefs, recommended. Welcoming, kind and friendly staff. It feels like being immersed in an oasis of peace. From the Ristoro you can see a breathtaking panorama, in winter you can observe the ski slopes, the spectacular beech forest is ok all season. 24/02/2025: Excellent address! This family restaurant offers very high quality. The cuisine is refined but with simplicity, each dish is a treat, prepared with care and with the best products. The service is very attentive and very friendly. I warmly recommend it is surely one of the must-see addresses in the region! We had a great evening and came back as a family!

29/03/2025: Ottima fonduta servita calda e ottima zuppa Alpage. Entree di benvenuto e dolcetto finale buonissimi. Personale molto professionale e accogliente all'ingresso, ma la ragazza che ci ha serviti a tavola è stata molto fredda e forse un po infastidita dalla presenza dei bambini . Il locale si presenta molto curato e caratteristico , un bere gioiellino. Buona carta dei vini

09/04/2025: Voto 3/5 perché nonostante ci sia una bella location, un menu studiato bene ed ingredienti buoni i prezzi sono troppo alti, sopratutto rispetto alla quantità che viene servita. Ottima carta vini e passiti. Dolci discreti. Personale gentile e disponibile ma non alla altezza per il prezzo che si fanno pagare.

23/03/2025: If you are in these parts, do not miss it. Menu full of truly refined dishes, typical local products and of great quality. Waiters super polite and very professional when it comes to explaining dishes and wines on the list. The environment is truly characteristic and full of objects that recall old local traditions. For parking you can easily use their multi-storey garage, located 50 meters ahead of the entrance. Prices in line with the place and quality offered. Absolutely recommended.

23/03/2025: A typical Val d'Aosta experience in what was the location of the first Fantozzi, here the unfortunate accountant after the whirlwind of VIP presentations ended up in the polenta pot and was subsequently poured onto the table amidst the surprise and enthusiasm of the noblesse present. Today this maison is splendidly managed and the dishes, the welcome and the good drinks are the seal on the magical evenings that it can offer. See you next time!

27/03/2025: Unfortunately our polenta valdostana had a minimum of cheese, (practically invisible) certainly not comparable to the classic ones always well mixed and with the fontina well dissolved! Without flavor. I can not recommend.

04/03/2025: At the end of the cross-country ski run, the refuge welcomes you in the best possible position. Excellent food at a good price.

10/03/2025: Small but very welcoming place. Very helpful staff and excellent food. Fixed menu at €14 with first course, second course, dessert, coffee and water has an unattainable quality-price ratio compared to other places in the valley. However, I would include some gluten free alternatives in the fixed menu.

02/03/2025: I went to this restaurant with a group of friends, we booked on Sunday morning for the same day and we managed to find a seat. The place is welcoming and warm, nice atmosphere. The staff is courteous and the service has a good pace (not fast, not slow, just right). I ordered a plate of fondue crepes and the house tiramisu; note of merit for the tiramisu because, for my personal taste, I found it truly excellent. According to my friends, great praise goes to the mixed platter of cold cuts and cheeses (with chestnuts and jam) and to other dishes such as snails, polenta with fontina and the extraordinary tagliatelle with wild boar ragout and pecorino cheese. Price in line with the quality of the food offered and the place where the restaurant is located. I certainly recommend it, we were all satisfied, thank you! ✨

25/02/2025: Really excellent mixed platter. A firm NO to fondue, too liquid, it tasted little like fontina and I don't understand why they make it with nutmeg! Completely rejected.
