31/10/2024: An excellent address to discover Aosta Valley cuisine: warm and discreet service, superb selection of wines and generous portions. The gnocchi with Fontina fondue was simply exceptional, as was the tagliolini with sage pesto. In short, go there with your eyes closed!

05/12/2024: The food is nothing special, in fact I have to say that the risotto is nothing special and the onion pie with fondue at least that didn't seem good to me, the service from father and son (I think given the similarity) is normal, however I don't recommend it .

24/11/2024: We had lunch in this place, known thanks to a Boscolo gift box. Excellent food and generous portions, knowledgeable and very kind staff, intimate and welcoming location. If you pass through Aosta we recommend you take advantage of it for lunch or dinner! We will definitely be back!

04/09/2024: I found myself by chance with my family and we had a very good lunch. Venison dumplings. Grilled steak. Tagliatelle with sauce. Polenta with venison. Coca Cola. Waterfall. White wine. Chocolate cake. Apple strudel. Coffee cream. Amaro Aosta Valley. Quality food, excellent welcome, perfect service. Highly recommended. A thousand thanks. We will definitely be back.

04/12/2024: We had dinner here on the occasion of my partner's birthday, a dinner that began with an abundant platter of high quality cheeses and cured meats, paired with honey, caramelized onions and browns, I continued with spaghetti with Bleu d'Aoste and my partner with polenta and sausage. We finished with a stratospheric tiramisu! The owner, with her professional, friendly and perfect hostess manner, managed to make my partner's birthday surprise come true 100%. Super recommended!!!

11/11/2024: Terrible, Terrible, Terrible spent 35 euros for a "saucer" of tripe, 1 glass of wine and cogne cream for dessert. Waited 1/2 hour beyond the booking time during which I had specifically asked to eat the typical Aosta Valley cheese fondue, but at the time of service (2.00 pm) we would have had to wait another 30 minutes because it was not available... ..in Cogne? In the Aosta Valley? Don't you serve fondue? Very bad

What can I say, excellent cuisine, generous portions and everything cooked with care and fresh, excellent quality products. I will definitely be back to try other dishes. The final bill was excellent. Just one piece of advice...speed up the service

29/10/2024: Splendid experience with courtesy, quality, truly top environment. Many menus it was a dinner in a cabin....excellent à la carte menu. Perfect quantities. The management of waiting times and courses was perfect. Really welcoming environment.

02/12/2024: Visitata di domenica, in occasione apertura mercatini. Poco spazio per il posteggio antistante, ma tutto sommato si risolve facilmente a pochi metri di distanza. Buona accoglienza e buona organizzazione, ambiente non propriamente da trattoria, più ricercato e moderno. Cucina quasi a vista, ho notato operare le persone con buona pulizia. I piatti sono buoni, affettati di livello e per il vino è presente una sommelier dedicata. Il ristorante è full, ma i tempi sono rispettati. Personale giovane e dinamico, conto direi giusto. Buona esperienza, torneremo.
