21/12/2025: Stayed as a group for a retreat. Stunning location with a view, especially from the glass-enclosed dining room. Large and comfortable rooms. The food was truly delicious. The desserts and cream show was unforgettable. The service was professional yet very friendly. An experience definitely worth repeating!
09/12/2025: I spent a night at this Alpine relais and rest stop, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail, expertly managed with passion. The property is beautifully nestled in the mountain village, tastefully renovated with fine architectural features. There's a relaxation area with a sauna and Turkish bath. The dinner was excellent and varied, featuring traditional dishes. Thank you for the early breakfast on the holiday Monday.

03/01/2026: I had a great time, the place was beautiful and I ate the Valdostan tasting and it was very good, then there was a fireplace with an armchair but the most beautiful thing was the atmosphere, an atmosphere that felt romantic to me. I recommend it to you.

18/01/2026: The food is really outstanding, I think it's the best restaurant in the area. It's a little expensive, but definitely worth it! Easy access by ski or on foot / car from the village.

06/01/2026: We enjoyed a wonderful dinner with friends, enjoying good food and warm hospitality. The appetizer was excellent, featuring typical local cheeses accompanied by carefully selected jams. The pappardelle were delicious, and the tagliata was truly exquisite, cooked to perfection. The whole experience was made even more enjoyable by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, who were truly lovely and welcoming. An experience worth repeating, highly recommended!

29/12/2025: A very beautiful agriturismo, a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are very large. We are a family of four, so the room had a double bed (the mattresses were perhaps a bit too soft, but that's a subjective opinion) and a bunk bed. The bathroom was large and impeccably clean. The food offered on the half-board option was excellent. They also have animals, and the location is strategic (5 minutes from the Pila ski lifts and a little further from Aosta). They also have a small shop where you can buy their products.

06/01/2026: Decent. The really good thing is the bread and focaccia made by the chef, a masterpiece they serve at the table. It's already factored into the price of the dishes. A bit pricey in my opinion. And the selection is limited. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
06/01/2026: Today I went to this restaurant in Cogne. It's a very relaxing place with traditional wooden furnishings. The women who run it are all very friendly and super professional. The food is exquisite, made with high-quality ingredients. The wine list is extensive; I tried a Val d'Aosta wine that was recommended to me. A top restaurant. If you go to Cogne, you can't miss them.

11/11/2025: I had the opportunity to have lunch at this wonderful restaurant. Mrs. Carmela was super helpful and friendly. She accommodated every request. One of the diners was intolerant and was offered gluten-free pasta and bread. Highly recommended.

The staff is always available to accommodate everyone's needs (including vegetarians). Ideal for family or group lunches.

23/12/2025: A Sunday with friends in Chamois. Aside from the fairytale setting, Chez Pierina was a wonderful discovery. Superb food and wonderful flavors. The venison with blueberries and the
venison carpaccio were the standouts. Highly recommended. But just one word of warning: BOOK.

27/12/2025: Last-minute Boxing Day lunch recommended by our hotel. Easy booking via WhatsApp. The owners were kind, helpful, and thorough in explaining the dishes and wine. Everything was excellent and stress-free. Welcoming atmosphere. Prices were reasonable. Definitely better value than other restaurants we visited. The wait times were a bit long, but apparently to avoid pressuring guests. We were very satisfied, perhaps influenced by the disastrous Christmas lunch at another establishment, but we'll be back to confirm!
25/12/2025: Really nice. The view from the outside of the restaurant isn't great. We weren't sure if it was the right entrance. But the inside is nice.

05/01/2026: Spectacular food, but the service is managed by a single person. The wait was very long, and there was no flexibility: while we were still waiting for the first course, we asked for a second course and were told that we'd end up in line at all the other tables, so we decided against it.
