10/08/2024: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante Giovedì 8 agosto. Antipasto in 2 , un piatto di brasato di cinghiale al vino rosso e bacche di ginepro e un piatto di piccione alla leccarda (pietanza orvietana cucinata seguendo la ricetta antica della tradizione). Per finire un cheesecake al melone e un tortino al triplo cioccolato e un amaro prodotto direttamente da loro, ottimi! Dall'antipasto al dolce tutto saporito, buono, il piccione poi è stato top!!! Locale accogliente e personale molto cordiale! Ci piacerebbe ritornarci presto ☺️

04/08/2024: Excellent food, we had umbrichelli with truffles, umbrichelli with Orvieto ragù and as a second course the pigeon with dripping pan, then their handmade ice cream, you could feel that it was also different from the ice cream parlors' ice cream. All very good. We will certainly return to try the other dishes on the menu, which is the result of a careful study by the owner of the traditional medieval and Renaissance recipes of Orvieto, the cooking methods and the herbs used. Chef Adler was very kind and explained the entire menu, medieval and Renaissance, to us.

19/07/2024: Typical location in Orvieto. Willingness to accommodate us with a table outside despite everything being booked. On typical dishes there is no fear of any negative surprises. Confirmed positive notes from our son from a few years earlier.

17/07/2024: Beautiful environment, with friendly and attentive staff, we had a starter for 2, all very good, quality cured meats, and tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, very tasty, perfectly cooked, truly special, we treated ourselves to an equally good dessert, we will definitely return More when we are in the area again. Recommended

24/08/2024: Menu with local products and cuisine. For those who love truffles, the first course with fresh truffles is ideal, the pastas are handmade. The carpaccio is truly exquisite, fresh and well balanced with the cheese inside. The service was fast and attentive. Absolutely recommended during a stop in Orvieto

22/08/2024: Very atmospherically furnished, lots of small and beautiful details. The food is very tasty and the portions are sufficient. The service is friendly and you are served quickly. We will definitely come back and can absolutely recommend the Osteria!

26/08/2024: From the porchetta in the window it looked like an inviting place, it's a shame I can't say how to eat there! Since I was alone they didn't give me a table because it would have been occupied by only one person. At that point I chose not to even take the porchetta sandwich to take away, so mortified by the behavior they had meted out to me I left.

24/08/2024: We stated that we did not have a reservation, sat at the table they showed us, and were kept waiting for about 10 minutes to order. Their attitudes were cold in a way we did not understand. When we asked the reason, we did not get an answer. We had to get up without eating. I didn't rate it because we couldn't eat. It was not a pleasant memory. But despite everything, it's a nice place.

10/08/2024: Beautiful location, a spectacle to see the sunset from that position. Olive trees, plants, meadows, flowers, rosemary makes you get lost. All stone and brick. The welcome was normal without many pretensions, the food I would say was very good, with a good quality/price ratio. Some long waits, disappointing service. Which unfortunately brought the score down. It can be improved! Anyway I recommend it!

27/08/2024: Conoscevo già la trattoria, frequentata anni addietro, e mi ero sempre trovata bene. In questa occasione ho trovato un locale rinnovato, un cambio di gestione, un cibo più raffinato. Ho mangiato molto bene, un petto d'anatra squisito ed anche l'ambientazione molto confortevole. Vista l'esperienza positiva, sicuramente tornerò durante le mie visite ad Orviet.

26/08/2024: Abbiamo scelto di cenare in questo posto spinti dalle recensioni positive. Prenotazione fatta on-line. Veniamo accolti e fatti accomodare in zona "quasi giardino" che semi-circondata da vetrate non ha una buona circolazione d'aria. Nessun tipo di condizionamento solo successivamente la presenza di un ventilatore da terra. Prodotti di buona qualità, ricercatezza nella proposta delle degustazioni degli antipasti. Primi piatti e secondi ben bilanciati e coordinati nell'arrivo al tavolo. Il vino....fuori temperatura. La cittadina di Orvieto non è stata immune dalle elevate temperature ma anche questi sono aspetti che vanno considerati all'interno di un buon servizio. Personale accogliente e attento. Nell'insieme una buona esperienza.
