The seafood dishes are especially recommended, including pasta with sardines, sardines a beccafico, and swordfish rolls. The desserts are also delicious, especially the baked cassata. Generous portions and reasonable prices, highly recommended!
16/12/2025: Tourists visiting Palermo, with my boyfriend we chose this restaurant because it had good reviews and indeed everything was excellent, food, price, service super satisfied to recommend for an informal environment oriented towards quality

06/01/2026: It was my favorite place in Palermo every time I came down from Venice... for years... I wanted to bring friends from the North, but unfortunately last night was a disappointment... the octopus was not good... Rubbery... And the "fresh" busiate... Maybe they were probably only in words... The swordfish rolls were soaked in oil... we are on an island that has world-class raw materials, a fantastic extra virgin olive oil... and they give us an oil imported from the European Union? What's the point of the much-celebrated zero km if no one takes it into consideration... I have beautiful memories in this restaurant... but yesterday I made a terrible impression on my friends

08/12/2025: Terrible. For a breaded pork roast, it took 45 minutes. After the first course, I asked for wine and water, but they arrived after I sent the second course back because it was raw after 45 minutes (roast pork). Terrible. First and last time. First courses that weigh 70g are a lot. I'll never go back.

14/01/2026: Very good! Great portion sizes for the price, we loved it. The plates are loaded with frutti di mare, which you don’t see in many restaurants anymore.
The owners are also really nice. Highly recommend!

In short, traditional cuisine, very, very good, great prices, exceptional service and hospitality. I recommend it 10+.

30/06/2025: In zona centrale, entriamo per puro caso, ambiente accogliente, accolti un sorriso, prendiamo due pizze (dai nomi legati alla tradizione letterale sicula). Che dire: fantastiche. Ottima farcitura, impasto soffice e leggero (sinonimo di una adeguata lievitazione), leggera alveatura, cornice elastica e pronta al ritorno. Veramente buone, complimenti. Servizio rapido, prezzi nella norma. Bellissima esperienza.

02/01/2026: A memorable dinner in a cheerful restaurant. Excellent ingredients, prepared with intelligence and skill. Attentive and attentive waiters. Amazing wines. For the 6+ course menu, we spent €50 plus the wine pairing (the cost is separate, but it's a valuable tasting experience).

05/01/2026: I celebrated my daughter's baptism on December 28th... everything was perfect, friendly, helpful, and well-organized.
Everything was delicious, from the welcome entrée to the appetizers, the two exceptional first courses, and the second course truly special... I'm giving it 5 stars because they made my daughter's first celebration truly enjoyable... the only negative, but not one that detracts from the rating, was the writing on the cake, which looked like it was made by a little girl XD
But the cake itself was really good.
We'll be back for Easter.
Highly recommended.

Da palermitano delusione.

10/01/2026: Friendly staff, but the fried food was probably fried with oil that wasn't fresh, given the resulting dark color of the pieces and the "heavy" flavor.
31/12/2025: Unfortunately, they no longer make the "liscio fritto" (fried calzone). The fried calzone with sausage, salami, and mayonnaise... a spectacular calzone, what a shame!

25/01/2026: Typical Sicilian dishes cooked just like at home. Everything was delicious. The dishes with sauces were especially recommended (muddy octopus, sardine meatballs). The swordfish rolls could be improved. All the appetizers were delicious: cod meatballs, mixed arancini, mangia e bevi, and cacio all'argentiera. Good value. Good service. Recommended!
