07/09/2025: I can't thank Patrizia and Cristina enough, they are delightful and welcoming people.
After a health problem, I chose this hotel to recover, and I must say I couldn't have made a better choice.
The place is beautiful, the food excellent, and the pool wonderful.
I feel much better than when I arrived. Thank you so much.
03/09/2025: Fantastic! I discovered it while browsing maps, and I was hoping everything would be as pictured. The food is excellent, the area is beautiful. The rooms are large and spacious. The owners are kind and helpful. The breakfast is super-rich for those who love savory fare, and the coffee is excellent. The pool with a view of the mountains is worth a dip despite the chill. We'll definitely be back.

20/08/2025: During the month of August, I had the opportunity to visit three agriturismos in Sardinia: one in Alghero, one in Dorgali, and finally S’Ena Frisca. Among these, I must emphasize the quality of the products offered here is exceptional. The property, nestled in the heart of beautiful countryside, fully reflects local tradition, offering an authentic and welcoming atmosphere.
Special praise goes to the owners, whose friendliness and helpfulness made the experience even more enjoyable. However, there is room for improvement regarding the service, an aspect that, if refined, could further elevate the overall experience.
Nonetheless, the evening was memorable, made even more special by the celebration of my aunt's 90th birthday. A unique occasion in a setting that successfully combined tradition, quality, and scenic beauty.
16/08/2025: A farmhouse located in an area with a beautiful view of the upper Sassari hills... friendly and helpful staff, with quick service without unnecessary waits... good Sardinian food with a few variations that will leave you satisfied... my advice: try it.
PS: Perhaps a little pricey.

I have to say, this is the first time something like this has happened, and I've been going to this restaurant for 55 years... but that's precisely why it struck me.

30/08/2025: If you understand cooking, forget it. This is a tourist place. Traditional Sardinian dishes are made with frozen fish from a seaside location. The fregola is probably precooked.
The waiters are very friendly.
I understand wanting to attract large numbers of people, I understand everything, but serving frozen mussels in fregola makes no sense. Fresh mussels are as good as they are cheap.
It's a real shame that tourists think this is Italian cuisine.
30/08/2025: Very popular trattoria, with food & people front and centre.
The dishes were large, well prepared and extremely tasty, particularly the ravioli house dish !
It's a great location in CastelSador, overlooking the coastline and the staff made everyone feel welcome - tourists like us and the more local customers.
Well worth seeking out, if you have time.

28/08/2025: The worst restaurant experience of my life. They seat us and bring us the menus. We read them, but since we're not familiar with the dishes, we try to ask the waiters for information, with very little success. Then Rita, the owner, shows up. She decides what you eat and how much. She doesn't tell us anything about the dishes, but she tells us that everyone does the tasting menu and is very satisfied—a menu where you can try a little bit of everything for €25. We have to trust her and feel forced to say yes. My partner loves seadas, and we ask the waitress if it's included in the tasting menu, along with the other two desserts we see written behind us (photo), and she says yes, a little hesitantly. We get the impression that the waiters know nothing and that everything is in Rita's hands. We look at the other tables to see what awaits us. The first course arrives immediately, the same as the one at the table next door. We don't like it, but it's a traditional dish and we're happy to try it. The second course arrives, the same as the first. At this point, seeing the cuttlefish at the next table, we expected to receive them as a third course, but they never arrived. The waiters cleared the table and asked us, "Do you want to continue or are you full?" A little shocked because after only two dishes worth €30, the question seemed absurd. At this point, we asked to try the cuttlefish, but were repeatedly told they were finished. Somewhat disappointed, we asked, "What can we continue with?", asking for suggestions. The waiters, very hesitant, after some stammering, suggested "vegetables," "zucchini and eggplant," and a second course. We were disappointed by the options. In the end, we agreed on vegetables and the Gallura soup (finally explained well by the waiter). And then Rita came back to ask, "Are there any problems?" "Do you want to continue with vegetables and soup?" We replied that we wanted the cuttlefish, expressing a bit of disappointment. We expected to have lots of small samples and felt like second-class customers (there was a chef at the next table and he clearly received different treatment). The dishes arrived. Forgettable. Now it was time for dessert. We asked the waitress, since we were full, if we could have two seadas and then only one dessert of each type. She replied that it was no problem but asked the kitchen (Rita). Immediately after, Rita returned and told us, "The seadas aren't on the menu, but if you want, I'll make them as an extra." Disappointed again, we replied that we had understood differently and that we wanted them anyway, even as an extra. As soon as the waitress returned, we thought the least we could do was tell her she'd given us the wrong information. From there, Rita's show began, insulting us, denigrating us, and treating us disrespectfully. She raised her voice, letting the entire room hear her words: "You offended a young girl," "She left crying," "In 25 years, I've never had customers like that." It was impossible to calm her down. We left without even eating dessert, with her still muttering. Totally disrespectful behavior. The attitude of a boss accustomed to only receiving compliments and very often giving them herself. We certainly expressed disappointment, but we were never offensive, and Rita's reaction was disproportionate. Unfortunately, I can't respond directly to my partner's review, but I'll respond here: my partner has a disability, and don't dare say it's a lie with your usual arrogance. She doesn't know how to take criticism, and it shows in the way she rudely responds to all the negative reviews. She should humble herself and learn to respect customers. All of them. I'm very sorry for your niece, who is a lovely young girl just starting out and whose only fault is having a totalitarian aunt to whom she feels psychologically dependent. She did her job well and responded kindly, always trying to please us.
23/08/2025: We visited this restaurant eager to discover the local specialties. The owner, Mrs. Rita, immediately suggested the tasting menu so we could try a little bit of everything.
Before confirming our choice, we asked the waitress, her niece, if seadas were included in the tasting menu, since we were there specifically to eat them. She assured us that we would find them. At the end of the meal, however, we discovered that seadas were not included.
When we tried to explain the situation, Mrs. Rita overreacted, raising her voice and humiliating us in front of all the other customers.
She belittled her niece's experience, saying she was young and inexperienced and that we had misunderstood.
Despite our request to tone it down, the lady continued to yell, making fun of the situation and showing no intention of finding a solution to the insults.
We felt so humiliated that we preferred to leave the food on the table, pay, and leave.
This disrespect was particularly painful because, in addition to the rude treatment, I was verbally abused despite being a person with a disability.
A real shame, because the quality of the food cannot make up for such an unpleasant experience. Professionalism and courtesy are essential, and in this case, they were completely lacking.

04/09/2025: An exceptional restaurant in Alghero! The value for money is unbeatable: €55 for a full menu with wine and water included. We had five varied and delicious starters, then two homemade pasta dishes – certainly the best pasta I have ever eaten. Then, shrimp and a perfectly cooked whole fish, tender and tasty. To finish, a truly delicious dessert. Everything was truly excellent. The service is also impeccable, with very kind and attentive waiters. Without hesitation, one of the best restaurants I have ever been to, I absolutely recommend it!
04/09/2025: An absolutely sublime restaurant, with unbeatable value for money! It's by far the best restaurant in Alghero. The experience was incredible from start to finish: 5 starters, 2 pasta dishes, a fish and shellfish dish, and a dessert, all accompanied by wine and water.
We couldn't even finish the meal because the portions were so generous—and yet, we forced ourselves to eat because it was so delicious. I even ate things I'm not used to eating, and usually refuse, but this one... it was impossible to resist; everything was perfect from A to Z.
It's absolutely essential to book in advance, as getting a seat is very difficult, but it's well worth it. This restaurant will remain etched in my memory; it's a real favorite.

It has a spacious and welcoming atmosphere, the cuisine offers delicious dishes and impeccable service, and the staff is friendly, experienced, and qualified. It features spacious, welcoming rooms tastefully furnished with paintings and sculptures.
Suitable for weddings, conferences, and events of all kinds. Highly recommended.

16/08/2025: What can I say? Sardinian people. It says it all. The workers are professional, kind, self-sacrificing, smiles, cleanliness, and professional. A wonderful place, an oasis of peace. I recommend it to everyone. The food is wonderful and impeccable, with pizza as an alternative for those who want it. Very good. Compliments to everyone, including the professionalism of the entire reception team. Melania and Vincenzo. We've been going here for four years, about three times a year.

We were both very satisfied and surprised by the excellent quality of the seafood menu, everything flavorful and, above all, fresh.
Not to be overlooked is the warm welcome and professionalism of all the staff.
A quiet place to eat well and spend some peaceful, relaxing moments.
