We decide to taste some risottos, one with wild asparagus and prawns and one with porcini mushrooms and artichokes, the cooking is good, the creaming is a little less so. While we wait we take some fried mushrooms and a veal with tuna sauce. Kind and attentive staff, professional people, however if you are in the Corso area of ​​Cagliari go there. P

29/03/2024: It is truly with great pleasure that I write this review because it was a unique experience. I went to this restaurant to celebrate a special occasion with my boyfriend, and without expecting it we found one of those places where you leave your heart, and above all the desire to return and be thrilled with authentic flavors and unexpected combinations. A great example of haute cuisine and excellence in Sardinia. The first impact was a well-kept room, which certainly does not lack touches of personality such as the bookcase that surrounds the gap that joins two adjacent rooms. The meter and all the dining room staff who accompanied us during the evening were impeccable, transmitting to us so much about the philosophy of their cuisine, the history of the ingredients and the place. Nothing has been left to chance and I am convinced that extreme courtesy is essential for the customer to have a complete and pleasant 360-degree experience. We were lucky enough to test the new menu on the day of its debut. I chose the 5-course vegetarian menu (Radici), while my boyfriend chose the 6-course omnivore menu (Memory). We really enjoyed the welcome aperitif, in particular the bao stuffed with chicken and the tartlet with goat yoghurt. Afterwards we were brought some excellent homemade bread with sourdough, accompanied by a generous portion of butter also made by them, whipped with saffron and dusted with fig leaf powder. To complete, breadsticks and an extremely tasty Villacidro oil. The vegetarian menu was one discovery after another, so much so that it's really difficult to choose the best dish! The first course on the menu is unforgettable, consisting of a thin pastry filled with asparagus cream, accompanied by various other preparations all based on asparagus, including a granita, and grated Sardinian truffle! Even the dish with the egg cooked at low temperature, crunchy onion, truffle and Sardinian flower foam and fermented apricot was a riot of flavours. My boyfriend, however, was particularly impressed by the potato gnocchi stuffed with crazy water. The delicious desserts concluded our experience. For me, a dessert starring the green apple. Biscuit base, almond cake filled with caramelized apples (very reminiscent of the flavor of strudel), apple foam, granita and fennel. For my boyfriend a caramel, carrot and coffee dessert. To end on a high note, a small pastry with a pair of ladyfingers (super!!) filled with strawberry cream, and truffle with bitter cocoa and mint. The dinner was a treat from start to finish, we will definitely be back and I highly recommend it. Congratulations to the whole team!!

17/10/2023: Super farmhouse in the middle of nowhere! We ate and drank really well, the portions are generous and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I can only recommend this place, we will definitely be back!

07/04/2024: I hadn't been here in years, I had forgotten about this restaurant. The first impact was the welcome. A staff, very knowledgeable and above all kind and helpful. We ordered a raw appetizer, very fresh, the waiter in the room presented the eels on the spit, small and tasty, he then presented some stewed broad beans that caught our palate, even if they were not part of our order, we liked them. The mixed fried fish from the gulf was equally high quality. For dessert, a crunchy semifreddo with berries and an artichoke bitters. 😘 The bill is more than honest. Surely, I can only speak WELL about it!! Thank you

07/04/2024: Very bad experience. We arrived at 21:00 and ordered 2 pizza's (no starters, etc., only main course), only to receive it at 22:40.. Sadly we weren't the only table with this problem. At least 2 other tables who arrived just after we did, had the same problem. The staff just laughed about it and didn't really care. It seems they prioritize bigger tables and if you're a table of 1 or 2 then bummer for you. Look for another restaurant where you are treated rightfully.

02/01/2024: Ho già recensito qualche mese fa questo ristorante. Ma mi sembra doveroso ribadire quanto già scritto in occasione di una circostanza diversa e non sempre facile per i ristoratori e per i piccoli ristoratori in particolare: la cena di capodanno. Mi sento di definire la cena dell'ultimo dell'anno 2023 come la mia migliore cena di sempre, non solo per la cucina (non posso che ribadire quanto ho già scritto precedentemente), ma anche per il clima piacevole, tranquillo, rilassante di tutta la cena, senza fracassi, strombazzi o altro. Abbiamo anche dormito in uno dei tre bungalow (non saprei come altro definirli) di cui la struttura dispone, carini e comodi, da cui si può godere il bellissimo e vasto panorama sulla campagna e il mare. Abbiamo infine gustato una prima colazione di altissimo livello. Nella cena non saprei trovare un difetto; un elogio speciale, fra gli elogi generali, al dolce (dire una eccellente bavarese all'arancia) della signora Patrizia. A lei e al signor Gianluca i nostri auguri per il prossimo anno.

29/03/2024: We came here because we thought it was very good after reading the reviews. The ambience was not cozy: very bright lights, and boring. The waiters seemed like they were bored. The food… my boyfriend got a gluten free pasta that was not cooked properly. It was hard and difficult to eat. The seafood that came with the pasta was not fresh. We were only happy for the local wine the waiter suggested.
16/03/2024: Questo posto è stata una gradevole sorpresa,non solo per il cibo,che dalla pizza al ristorante il livello è altissimo,ma anche per l accoglienza,la professionalità,e i modi che hanno i dipendenti e il titolare stesso,che lavora anche lui come i suoi stessi dipendenti .. assolutamente da provare e tanti tanti complimenti ad ognuno di questo fantastico gruppo.
