31/03/2024: Very good food, one of our best experiences so far. They have an argentinian flair, offering steaks from there, and playing neo-tango music in the background. Very nice.

01/04/2024: Restaurant with a pleasant and comfortable environment a stone's throw from Via Veneto, Villa Borghese and Via Sistina. I found everything well presented and prepared by an excellent kitchen, with normal waiting times. Service is attentive, attentive and non-intrusive. The restaurant offers a notable variety of dishes, ranging from meat and fish appetizers, to first courses (always land and sea), from the grill to crudités and fish and meat tartare. Normal prices (three-course lunch around €50/60), however excluding the wine which I didn't try.

31/03/2024: This is the best restaurant that we ate at during our time in Rome. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend the salmon, the rib eye steak and lamb rack - however all the dishes we ordered were lovely. Clean and relaxing atmosphere really added to the wonderful dining experience.

25/03/2024: We enjoyed one of the best meals we had in Rome at Da Emilios . This family run restaurant was a pleasant surprise being so close to our AIRBNB rental. We met the entire family from Mom cooking in the kitchen, to Dad coming out to the table several times during the meal to be sure everything was good, to the brothers waiting the tables. We were told by the family that their Roman Artichokes (Carciofi alla Romana) were the best in Rome. This was confirmed by us after trying them at several other restaurant's after trying theirs...none came close !

You choose to avoid the busy Via Nomentana, deciding to take the parallel Via Alessandria and you come across the eye-catching sign, trattoria da Emilio. You decide to go in because when it's time, it was after thirteen, and your stomach claims its claim to be filled, you can't help but cross the entrance of this restaurant which shows the traveler all its charm as a place of 'Antan. The cuisine is traditional, with a rich menu made up of Roman dishes and more. Authentic, sincere and genuine are the adjectives that can be used for this Roman restaurant location, which are well suited to the dishes that are brought to the nearby tables. The traveler, sitting comfortably at his table, opted for the broccoli and sprightly soup as a first course and had never been happier with his choice, as he was rewarded by the goodness of an ancient Roman dish, cooked to perfection with the accompaniment of broken spaghetti. Followed by a great fish, which went down without a hitch, in perfect harmony with the previous dish. The assimilation of the dishes was helped by a truly sincere and frank white wine from the house. Highly courteous and efficient service. Correct account. Congratulations truly deserved. I'll be back.

04/04/2024: The new incarnation of the historic "Le Gole di Amatrice": now in the hands of the new generation. Very pleasant surprise: very tastefully renovated, intimate and welcoming environment; kind, polite and smiling service, but spontaneous and without any affectation; and above all excellent cuisine, including Roman classics and some variations, in the name of greater lightness but always tasty. All delicious: fried boiled meatballs, tonnarelli alle Gole (cherry tomatoes, courgettes, bacon, pecorino), chocolate soufflé. Absolutely honest account... not to be missed.

31/03/2024: Very good price-performance ratio! Very tasty food. Tastes like it was cooked by an Italian grandma and the cakes are also very tasty. Ate the best lasagna I've ever had here. However, there are no pizzas... but still by far the best restaurant I would fly to Rome again just to eat here... Definitely recommended
