28/03/2024: What can we say about this hidden gem? I am sure many others had echoed my words but it is worth mentioning it again. The food, service, and atmosphere transport you from a restaurant to a local's home...and make you feel at home while at it! We had the bruschetta, ravioli (with spinach and cheese), cacio e pepe, and the house (red) wine. We would have gone for the tiramisu had we not been overly satisfied and filled with the amazing food. Portions are great and mouth-watering. A definite must for anyone visiting Rome.

06/04/2024: Great pasta! The bad part was the terrace in the sun without awnings or shade. Definitely recommended if you want to eat authentic Roman pasta in Trastevere.

05/04/2024: Cool little place I found on a side street. Ordered some fried artichoke, stuffed anchovies, focaccia, lamb and pasta. Lots of locals eating here and very few tourists. Highly recommend.

07/04/2024: Piccolo Arancio was everything it needed to be - good service and good food. If there’s a group of people waiting, get the attention of a waiter and let them know the size of your party. Sitting outside didn’t pose any issue because they had heat lamps near all the tables. There were plenty of vegetarian options! We also ordered the fiori di zucchina (not pictured) but it was a bit too oily for our linking. The cacio pepe was nice and the ravioli all’arancia was amazing - the orange was a wonderful addition to the creamy dish. Simple is best - spaghetti al Pomodoro was too good. Eggplant was incredible, just pure produce perfection. House wine was nice and sweet. Make sure to get the tiramisu, it was so incredibly light and creamy. Even if you feel like you don’t have enough room for dessert, make room. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.

06/04/2024: Very surprised, a small restaurant as good as it is warm near the Trevi Fountain. The servers are very pleasant and helpful. Regarding the food, we tasted a lot of dishes offered on their menu: all EXCELLENT!! For the prices, excellent value for money! On average €60 €70 for two people (drinks, starters and main courses). Please note, the restaurant is small so you must reserve (very simple reservation on their site).

04/04/2024: Excellent restaurant in the Monteverde neighborhood. Excellent quality of raw materials and good preparation. We tasted typical Roman dishes. Abbacchio alla tagliadito, Roman-style artichokes and goudea, pork leg porchetta to.. And then a superlative white focaccia.. Recommended!

02/04/2024: I went from my first pizza at the end of the year in elementary school onwards, to dinners with my parents, to my first boyfriend, to work lunches and dinners, up to today with the celebration of my birthday. Years have passed, but the welcoming atmosphere, the excellent cuisine and the kindness of Maurizio yesterday and Gianni today are always impeccable. Highly recommended restaurant!

29/03/2024: A truly exceptional place, even more so because it is outside the usual circles of trendy clubs, renowned and praised by the media. Food of the highest level, staff available and attentive to customer needs, an environment with old style charm... excellent assets that more than compensate for a couple of small "flaws": the menu is not very extensive and the wine list could be enriched. But it is also true that we drank, at the suggestion of the staff, an excellent South Tyrolean Pinot Noir (replacing a similar wine that was not available) and above all that we would not have wanted to eat anything other than what was proposed and served to us. I repeat: an exceptional place, which is worth a visit even if you travel a few kilometers further than the traditional areas of fashionable Roman restaurants. Average prices.
