23/11/2024: A very pleasant place immersed in the greenery of the Romagna hills.
Lunch for two, mixed starter then grilled meat, pistachio ravioli, side dishes of potatoes and roasted onions. Piadina in abundance.
All dishes were plentiful, especially the first course of ravioli but, in general, large portions.
Good quality food, excellent service. Well done.
Adequate bill and I must say below average.
Strongly recommended.

27/11/2024: At the suggestion of a new friend from Cesena, we had lunch in this enchanting place. Yes, the castle, the hill, the view and the sea in the distance give this place an incomparable plus. Inside the castle, however, there is an old but precious family restaurant with quality traditional dishes served with care. We tried the tagliatelle, with Romagna ragù and with porcini mushrooms, the grilled meat and the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms.
All really excellent, to be done again!

20/11/2024: Torniamo annualmente in questa trattoria e come sempre usciamo più che soddisfatti, Alziamo il voto a eccellenza perchè col tempo abbiamo affinato le scelte e abbiamo trovate le portate giuste per i nostri palati come ad esempio lasagne e coniglio strepitosi. Personale bravissimo, prezzi un po' alti ma come detto usciamo sempre più che sazi e soddisfatti. Consigliatissima.

19/12/2024: Very kind staff. Excellent appetizers and desserts. The first courses were very average and low in salt... except the dish with mushrooms and bacon which was very good.
The place was a little too chaotic for my tastes even though it was a weekday lunch

05/01/2025: Situato nel cuore dell'Appennino Romagnolo a pochi chilometri dal lago di Ridracoli.
Sono giustamente molto severi nell'applicazione delle norme anti COVID-19.
Ristorante buono, piatti a base di funghi e tartufi e porzioni abbondanti, il titolare e il personale ti fanno sentire a casa.
Dopo aver pagato il titolare mi ha sorpreso regalandoci una confezione di noci.
03/01/2025: The restaurant is located in a corner of paradise, you can really breathe good air. The managers are lovely people, the food is excellent. In my opinion, for what they offer they could also charge more. The pasta is handmade and they also make pizza. I took a sliced porcini mushroom and the quality of the meat was excellent. A little difficult to get to but worth it. Highly recommended

24/12/2024: At the Arquebuse Restaurant the staff is kind and welcoming. In a dinner with friends, despite the crowds during the Christmas period, they served us without too much waiting. We ordered the Romagna platter for the appetizer (as in the photo), and as a first course I opted for the tagliatelle with meat sauce (see photo). All the portions were adequate, seasoned as necessary and for this we are satisfied. The price is around €30 depending on the dishes.

12/01/2025: One of the best restaurants in the province and perhaps in the whole of Romagna, halfway between classic and modern, with selected and well-processed raw materials. The result is a delicious menu with various alternatives to the (however present) inevitable classics of the area. The pan-fried rabbit is absolutely exceptional. Quick service but could be a little more smiley. The room and the summer terrace are beautiful
31/12/2024: Cozy atmosphere and very friendly waiter. Simple but elegant equipment. The Gran Crostineria starter is highly recommended. The carbonara with calamari is interesting. The pumpkin tortelli are excellent. The only small negative note concerns the gnocchi. Overall excellent experience
