02/08/2026: The trattoria has a retro style, which in some areas seems a bit dated. The staff was friendly and helpful. We chose the Florentine menu: the appetizer was good, as was the fettuccine with wild boar ragù, well-prepared and flavorful. Some less positive comments concern the Florentine steak, which we had requested rare/medium-rare, but it arrived overcooked. Since it's served on a cast iron griddle, it would be helpful to warn customers, as the cooking continues even after serving. Furthermore, the meat had a slight cheese aroma, as if the griddle had previously been used for other dishes. The wait between the first and second courses was quite long, and I had to ask for information myself, partly due to the lack of staff in the outdoor dining area. A much-appreciated gesture was that of the owner, who, acknowledging the wait and the issue with the meat's cooking, gave us a discount on the bill. Finally, dessert was a cheesecake with mango sauce, very balanced and delicious. Overall, I would gladly return, as I believe it may have been an isolated incident, and I appreciated the courtesy shown in handling the inconvenience.

08/08/2026: Classic italian food, from pasta to meat. I had the homemade gnocchi with gorgonzola which was fantastic! Finished with a nice tartlet with custard cream and fruit. Everything was reasonably priced as well. Would come again. Bonus: everything is gluten-free, perfect for celiacs!

24/07/2026: A hidden gem among the alleys of Binasco, the food at Hosteria della Pignatta is delicious and high-quality. The service is also excellent! Overall, a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu (highly recommended!!!)

16/08/2026: Kind and welcoming, they allowed us to have lunch at 3:00 PM, due to arriving by train and leaving our luggage at the B&B, even giving us two bottles of cold water in a sunny Milan in August. Good food.

06/08/2026: Very nice place, the girl at the service was good, the food wasn't bad, shame about the really salty carbonara, half the room was complaining, the chef came and said it was salty because he uses "the good" pecorino cheese. I also want to accept the explanation, but at that point it's his job to find the balance, I shouldn't be the one eating SALTY, the online menu isn't the same as the one on paper and needs updating, the girl at the tables saved what could be saved, needs improving

03/08/2026: We chose this restaurant for a dinner as a couple, and I must say it exceeded our expectations! This restaurant serves Roman cuisine, with beautiful reinterpretations conceived and created by head chef Raffaella, whom we had the pleasure of meeting and to whom I extend my compliments. The chocolate trio she suggested we try for dessert was delicious, and the combination of sour cherries in the saltimbocca was very innovative. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.
