The staff was really nice, we took the cotoletta, and it really lives up to its reputation ! However I would advice to share it alongside a side dish, it is really big X)

Visited for dinner, an excellent traditional Lombard restaurant for enjoying giant cutlets. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant and perfect for a dinner with friends. We'll definitely be back. Prices were reasonable for the excellent quality of the meat. The cured meats and appetizers were delicious.

Excellent dinner, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, exactly what you'd expect from a trattoria. Everyone working there was friendly, and the food was excellent (huge portions). The price was more than fair, highly recommended!

We had dinner on Tuesday, March 31st. Everything was delicious, and what struck us most was the waiter, "Gigi." He was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. See you next time, Gigiijii.

Visited here mid week and it had a reasonable crowd in. Staff are big characters but the food and prices don't particularly deliver. The cotoletta alla milanese while big was lacking a little and needed the lemon, additional salt and every cherry tomato was welcome. At 23 quid I felt it wasnt bad, but like many Italian restaurants that quickly goes up by 7 quid in cover charges and water. The bread is basket was almost inedible, try with no butter or oil. House red being 7 quid per glass was a total rip off to finish it off. It's a perfectly adequate cotoletta alla milanese but I wouldn't particularly reccomended

18/05/2026: A very pleasant experience I'd love to return, but I read that this might not happen in the future due to squalid economic maneuvers. It would be a real shame because so much authentic Milanese spirit has now almost disappeared within these walls.
17/05/2026: Risotto with Milanese-style ossobuco, Milanese-style veal cutlet. Crema Catalana. Spectacular.

29/03/2026: I had lunch today. The food was very good, and I also enjoyed the wine and bread. These are things that are sometimes lacking even where I find good food, and for me, they're a significant detail because they reflect the restaurant owner's dedication. Thank you.
11/03/2026: It's always a guarantee: excellent food, home cooking. The lunch menu is excellent at €16, well above average. But also go for lunch on weekends or in the evening to enjoy their appetizers and other specialties!
