Trattoria Basiano is the trattoria of the old times where you can find the dishes and flavors of the Lombard tradition, simple cuisine, very good and plentiful. The staff is friendly and helpful, attentive to every need and ready to give advice if requested. Yesterday I had an Angus carpaccio with bagna cauda, ​​very good and the portion could have been that of a second course. I also tasted the Castelmagno trunks with walnut cream and when I asked for polenta with gorgonzola, even if it wasn't on the menu, they satisfied me

Per la seconda volta sono andato a pranzo. Locale con molte person prenotare, il servizio sempre ineccepibile, il pranzo molto bene. Lo consiglio a perdone che come il sottoscritto amano la cucina tradizionale della zona. Bravi!

03/04/2024: I've been there a couple of times and it never disappoints. The place is certainly not super because it is dated but it is a typical Brianza trattoria, it fits. The food is really very good, there is a good choice even in the fixed menu, excellent quality meat. Fast and friendly service Super great prices I would recommend better ventilation both times I found my clothes smelling of food. But it's worth it and book if you want to get a seat
