A very pleasant experience
I'd love to return, but I read that this might not happen in the future due to squalid economic maneuvers.
It would be a real shame because so much authentic Milanese spirit has now almost disappeared within these walls.

A lovely surprise! We reached the restaurant by bike, taking a trip through the countryside (from Piazza Abbiategrasso). When we booked, we didn't specify we wanted to sit outside, and they kindly set up a table for us away from the others under the awning...perfect for us! Unfortunately, people at other tables would come right into the area to smoke or talk on the phone...but that's because of their medication, not the restaurant's.
We parked our bikes near the entrance on the parking lot. Only later did they tell us that next time it would be better to park inside, because of thieves? I'm curious, but I didn't ask.
I hope to return soon, especially during the week.

A typical Milanese trattoria. The atmosphere of old Milan offers a journey back in time for older guests, while the younger ones, while still rooted in the local area, experience a nostalgic experience. During the week, they offer a fixed menu for workers, which is convenient. We were there on a Sunday, and instead order à la carte, offering a wider selection. Traditional dishes made with excellent ingredients, and the wines, recommended by the friendly staff, are also excellent. The desserts are equally delicious. Prices are reasonable, considering the location and quality. I hope to return soon.

Typical trattoria. Food varies: decent eggplant, very good braised beef, terrible polenta... terrible wine recommendation. The waiter was very kind. Average price for such a down-to-earth trattoria...

Everything was delicious.
The outdoor space is truly beautiful: very spring-like and relaxing, perfect for enjoying the moment.
The staff was also kind and welcoming.

From the outside, you wouldn't give it a damn, and even when you walk in, the decor doesn't exactly make you expect anything special.
You order and hope.
And then you get the best ragù I've ever eaten in my life!!
Truly a marvel. The tagliatelle are also excellent.
The cutlet: huge, thin, not soaked in oil at all, fragrant, and not at all heavy!
The only flaw: the waiter couldn't tell me what the profiteroles were filled with and didn't even go to the kitchen to ask.
Anyway, I recommend it!

We went last night for dinner with friends. Of the many local options, this trattoria stood out like an oddity. I booked without hesitation! Our expectations were far exceeded! The tagliatelle with ragù were out of this world! (I admit I would have ordered two plates!) The Milanese cutlet was delicious! Light and tasty, and the house desserts are worth it! If we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back! Thank you for everything, and congratulations!
