The outdoor space is truly beautiful: very spring-like and relaxing, perfect for enjoying the moment.
The staff was also kind and welcoming.

From the outside, you wouldn't give it a damn, and even when you walk in, the decor doesn't exactly make you expect anything special.
You order and hope.
And then you get the best ragù I've ever eaten in my life!!
Truly a marvel. The tagliatelle are also excellent.
The cutlet: huge, thin, not soaked in oil at all, fragrant, and not at all heavy!
The only flaw: the waiter couldn't tell me what the profiteroles were filled with and didn't even go to the kitchen to ask.
Anyway, I recommend it!

We went last night for dinner with friends. Of the many local options, this trattoria stood out like an oddity. I booked without hesitation! Our expectations were far exceeded! The tagliatelle with ragù were out of this world! (I admit I would have ordered two plates!) The Milanese cutlet was delicious! Light and tasty, and the house desserts are worth it! If we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back! Thank you for everything, and congratulations!

The service was a bit slow. But overall, we had a good time and will return.
It's a homey place; don't expect unbridled luxury.
If you want to eat well and spend a fair amount, you've come to the right place.

A truly positive experience. The food is exceptionally good, and it's undeniable that the chef puts passion, heart, and thought into his dishes.
The prices are perhaps a bit high considering the area of Milan we're in, especially for desserts.
The €3 cover charge is unjustified, considering we're in the convivial atmosphere of a trattoria, not a restaurant.
I'd gladly return.

A trattoria from another era, we even heard patrons speaking Milanese, something so rare these days that it's truly touching. We ate well, and it's possible we'll return in the future.

Thanks to Mike, we had a special lunch here at Casottel. You made an ordinary Saturday special. Excellent, authentic dishes in a rustic setting. The sun made everything wonderful. Highly recommended!

I love places like this; they exude authentic charm, and you can feel the atmosphere (and the good food) of times gone by.
I was there for lunch; the wait staff was attentive, polite, and smiling!
I had pasta and beans, followed by cutlet with potatoes (business menu for €16), and my wife had risotto Milanese with ossobuco (€25). The bread and house red wine were both excellent and not bad.
I'll definitely be back to try other dishes, like the cassuola, which really tempted me today.
I recommend a visit.
