18/03/2026: A pleasant place with large, well-spaced tables, ensuring privacy and comfort. The cuisine uses quality ingredients and unique combinations, but the execution, in my opinion, had some flaws: the raw meat was excellent, but it was overpowered by the intensity of the anchovy sauce. The Plin pasta with excellent fresh pasta was good. I wasn't convinced by the ragù. Saffron risotto was well executed. The veal with tuna sauce, despite the accompanying sauce, was too dry in texture.
In several instances, I found the saltiness too strong (too much salt for my taste), which detracted from the quality of the ingredients.
The zabaglione ice cream was excellent: artisanal, homemade.
The wine list is refined and full of interesting choices, but the markups on bottles are, again in my opinion, too high. As was the final bill compared to the overall experience.

I highly recommend it; the food is traditional, delicious, and the prices are more than fair. The waiter was truly friendly and kind.
I recommend making a reservation.

12/04/2026: We've finally dispelled two clichés about Ligurians: their unwelcoming nature and their tight-fisted attitude!
The entire staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and competent.
The food is all fresh, the dishes excellent, and the portions generous.
The trofie with pesto are superb, as is the spaghetti allo scoglio. Special mention to the brandacujun, the fritto misto is excellent!!!

In the end, you have to eat here, nowhere else. Rustic, wooden tables, exposed brick. But it exudes authenticity, simplicity, no frills. Excellent food, fair price. A pleasure to go there, just make a reservation.

13/04/2026: The restaurant is well-decorated and welcoming. Prices are average for Finalborgo. The food is truly excellent, as are the wines. The service was disappointing, as were the lackluster dishes on the menu.

16/01/2026: We came for lunch on January 1st at noon, and we had already been last September. It's just as good as ever. A true osteria with fresh and delicious food. The welcome is very pleasant and warm; you immediately feel at ease. A real treat from start to finish, with excellent value for money. We will definitely be back!
05/01/2026: We happened upon it for lunch today by chance and found a table by pure luck (better to reserve, as there's only about twenty seats inside, and in the summer there's outdoor seating).
Small place, limited seating, with young, friendly staff. The food was absolutely delicious, everything homemade, including the bread!

15/03/2026: Excellent trattoria! I ate truly delicious fish, all fresh and very well cooked. The dishes were plentiful and full of flavor.
The quality-price ratio is also excellent, which is not a given when eating fish. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming.
Recommended for those who want to eat well without spending too much. I'll definitely be back! 🐟🍽️
06/03/2026: Why not? It's been a while since I've been back. A very pleasant business lunch, with seafood appetizers, mixed fried fish, and a "revisited" tiramisu, unique but delicious. It's nice to know that even after all these years, it's still a trusted favorite.
