01/06/2026: We hosted a dinner for about 35 people at Mosè's and were absolutely thrilled. The food was excellent and very authentic, and the owners were incredibly kind and friendly. All the guests were delighted, and the evening was a resounding success. Highly recommended!
27/05/2026: In my opinion, this is a gem; it's a true restaurant. The food is excellent, and Riccardo is a wonderful person who will make your experience incredible—a true host. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and authentic.
As for the kitchen, Signora Franca, with her golden hands, will make you savor authentic Ligurian cuisine. I would describe Signora Franca as Liguria's heritage! Excellent raw materials, crafted with love and skill that only someone who's worked in the kitchen for over 40 years can transform. The place is also wonderful; you can truly feel the history of their family. Congratulations again, as I was saying, a true gem of our cuisine, not just Ligurian but also Italian.

01/06/2026: This traditional trattoria was recommended to us by friends for its excellent value. Well, they were right. The flavors are authentic, with just a few dishes, but carefully prepared with fresh ingredients, and the prices are more than fair. Honorable mention for the pesto with green beans and potatoes!

28/05/2026: A wonderfully authentic Italian restaurant with food at a fair price. The ingredients are of very high quality and delicious, and the dishes are presented perfectly. They are beautifully arranged at your table. The simple yet authentic ambiance allows you to truly experience the food, which doesn't distract from the meal itself. Everything is prepared right there on the spot. We've been coming here for seven years now. It's like coming home. You receive a warm welcome. The service is excellent, fast, and attentive. Children are warmly welcomed and served immediately, and even eat for free.

18/05/2026: A beautiful evening with musical accompaniment dedicated to Fabrizio De André, everything was excellent, from the octopus with potatoes and trumpets, the fried anchovies, the cheek braised in Barolo with potatoes and carrots, and the spectacular desserts: the Catalan cream with hazelnuts and the mandarin sorbet. Thanks to Paolo and all the staff for the impeccable service.
17/05/2026: We brought friends for dinner and they were very pleased. As always, everything was excellent, the dishes were very carefully prepared and delicious. Not to mention the very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Needless to say, we'll be back, as we occasionally do. Thank you.

03/06/2026: The Panama restaurant in Alassio was a pleasant discovery. The entrance is located in the town's characteristic alleyway, and as soon as you step inside, you immediately sense the restaurant's elegance and refined atmosphere.
Our table was located next to the large windows overlooking the sea, a detail that made the dinner even more evocative and special.
We had a great time, thanks in part to the friendly, professional staff, always attentive to the guests' needs.
The menu offers a wide and varied selection, with top-quality ingredients and dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail.
It was a truly pleasant experience, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

02/06/2026: An exceptional Ligurian trattoria with a rustic feel, located in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages I've ever visited. Despite being located on a touristy street, the food is excellent and plentiful, refined and, above all, traditional, at a fair price.

03/05/2026: We happened to be there at 1:00 PM, our bus was leaving at 2:00 PM. They seated us, ensuring we'd be able to eat in time. Within 10 minutes, the first course arrived, followed by the rest... excellent value. The service was friendly and, I repeat, fast, especially since the place wasn't empty...
To top it off, I asked if they sold the bread that was served at the table, and the answer was: yes, of course!
I highly recommend it...

05/06/2026: We visited this restaurant in June 2026 on a recommendation. We cannot understand the many positive reviews at all:
We each had one disastrous course and one that could easily be made better at home. The swordfish already smelled strongly of fish, the vegetable platter was raw vegetables with three dips, and the ravioli, which were supposed to be filled with goat cheese, walnuts, and pear, had a dry cheese filling and a mushy, tasteless sauce. A joke.
The restaurant itself is nicely decorated, and the service was also good for us.
Conclusion: A complete disaster.

10/05/2026: Book in advance; the place is small, but it's worth securing a spot. Even though we found it packed, the service was quick and very friendly. Ermanno served us and was knowledgeable about the ingredients used, which is especially important for those with allergies! The food is excellent, the fish fresh, and even the fried food is very easy to digest. The farinata alone is worth the visit: it's truly the best I've ever had! And the prices are incredibly competitive. Finally, the restrooms were clean, which is always a sign of respect for our customers. Well done everyone; it was an experience we'll cherish forever!
