13/08/2024: Assergi is a very strange village, very beautiful but badly damaged by the earthquake. Da Franchino is a very nice trattoria, frequented by many local people, dishes that are unknown to me (spaghetti alla guitar alla gricia, exquisite spaghetti alla guitar with wild spinach called ORAPI)... And then the legendary kebabs! Fantastic and funny Franchino. Absolutely worth trying. Huge mixed starter!

Trovati anche piatti della tradizione contadina (non così semplici da trovare) e veramente buonissimi. Super consigliata la ‘pecora alla callara’. Prezzi nella media

27/08/2024: An enchanting place. If you go for lunch you have a wonderful view of the hills. If you go for dinner you can enjoy the sunset and the romantic lighting of the place. The food is truly excellent. We had been there 3 years ago invited by friends and then we went back this evening because we found it excellent.

The typical Abruzzo cuisine dishes, simple but full of flavour, were prepared with fresh ingredients and presented with care. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere welcoming. I recommend this restaurant to those looking for good Abruzzo cuisine in a relaxed environment. I will definitely be back!

15/08/2024: Excellent restaurant, very good food: 1. Cheese and egg balls. 2. Rintrocili with white sheep ragù. 3. Rinse them with ventricina sauce. 4. Diaphragm. 5. Mascarpone. All delicious, with special mention for fabulous points 3 and 4. Advised.

13/08/2024: One of my favorite places in Loreto Aprutino. The outdoor part is large and well organised, the menu varied and prices competitive. Nice selection of Abruzzo wines and typical dishes. Fantastic starters and the staff is wonderful.

09/08/2024: The restaurant has an excellent location in a very pretty village not far from Pescara. The quality of the products is high and they have a great service. I strongly recommend the starters (among the best I've ever eaten) and the sheep stew.

As soon as you cross the threshold of the restaurant, you are immediately welcomed into a warm and familiar atmosphere, as if you were entering your home. This is one of the aspects that struck me the most: the ability of the brothers Roberto and Paolo and of both parents, with the "boss MOTHER" at the head of everything, to create such a welcoming and warm environment, without ever losing sight of the service excellence. The level of care and attention to detail they offer their clients is impeccable. The quality of the food is exceptional, with refined flavors and a presentation that enhances each course. Furthermore, the wine list is well-stocked and of a truly important level, perfectly capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates. If you are in the area of ​​Pescocostanzo, a dinner at Ristorante da Paolino is an experience not to be missed. 14/08/2024: We went at the end of July, the only restaurant in the area where we ate excellently, the service was exceptional and the prices were perfectly in line with the competition, except that elsewhere the quality was significantly lower.

05/08/2024: A beautiful, typical place. Everyone works hard to do well. The prices are affordable, including for glasses of wine. Overall it's very good but a little disappointment with the pasta... I'd prefer the lamb.

16/07/2024: Aucun respect des clients qui comptent venir manger chez vous. On se déplace et on tombe sur un panneau signalant que vous êtes en vacances jusqu’au 05 août !! Pourquoi ne pas l’indiquer sur votre site internet nous sommes en 2024 !!!

17/08/2024: I often stop in this place where tradition is at home. I recommend trying the pecorara, the cheese and egg meatballs and the fried cheese, but whatever you get you will still be fine. The place is delicious and the friendliness of home. Very fair prices.
