17/11/2024: Two of us had dinner at this restaurant on the recommendation of local people. we had booked a table for 9.45pm because I had been told on the phone that by booking at that time we would "find the table ready". we arrive on time with a certain hunger and discover that the table was far from ready, they make us wait another fifteen minutes and sit us down. Nobody comes to take any orders, much less to bring water, so much so that I have to ask for it while chasing the waitress. after another 10 minutes from the water we are asked for our orders, we take two fried cheeses and 40 medium-sized kebabs and from here the real ordeal begins. we wait a human amount of time for the cheeses and then at least half an hour for the first ten kebabs. we devour them and wait for the other 30. after another 40 (FORTY) minutes, during which we debated whether or not to leave due to the poor quality of the service, 5 (FIVE) kebabs arrive. we were explained that the other 5 had burned and the kitchen didn't feel like serving them to us. therefore a parenthesis should be opened on how the human brain and logic works, but in a restaurant that only makes kebabs and where there are plenty of tables that have received several jugs full of kebabs that they struggle to consume, how is it possible that the 5 kebabs in cooking in that kitchen were ours? Is it possible that this small inconvenience could not have been given to some table that was not experiencing our delays? it was now 11pm and we had received 15 kebabs, we had protested and shown our discontent to the only waitress who deigned to listen to us and only at this point after another 20 minutes were we served the last 25 kebabs all together, many of which were half raw . This gesture, more than a favor, seemed like a retaliation just to make us feel good. after a terrible evening, the worst ever spent in a restaurant, without even an apology we are offered a €4 discount on the total bill (there is never an end to human stupidity, it really was enough to provide an apology or perhaps remedy the problem by behaving by people with intellect, avoiding serving 15 kebabs in an hour and 45 minutes) and best regards. if you read this review before choosing where to eat Abruzzo's kebabs, don't come here, don't eat there, they don't deserve it. Even if our experience had been one of a kind, this would be enough to dissuade any person with a little empathy from eating in a restaurant that has forgotten the meaning of hospitality. a shame. bonuses: while we were leaving the restaurant, obviously in a bad mood and without saying goodbye, a waitress had the great idea of ​​pretending to say goodbye to the restaurant in our place (as if she were a customer about to leave) while a second waitress responded by thanking her and saying goodbye his turn. the last poor attempt to show us how little the service of this place was worth.

06/03/2025: Ci siamo andati, onestamente, perché i ristoranti che conosciamo in zona erano tutti chiusi per pranzo. Comunque non siamo restati delusi. Ordinati un piatto di ravioli ricotta e spinaci, che sono stati apprezzati; una porzione di chitarrina abruzzese (in realtà spaghetti alla chitarra); una porzione di polenta. Ecco, riguardo alla polenta c'era una spuntatura (una!) e niente salsiccia (delusione!), comunque era dignitosa. Mettiamoci anche una porzione di broccoletti ripassati in padella. Diciamo che è un locale di famiglia che fa una cucina di famiglia. Sconsiglio di andarci se andate di fretta, il servizio non è dei più veloci; ma se ve la potete prendere con calma e cercate cucina semplice e porzioni sostanziose, questo è il posto per voi.

25/03/2025: Abbiamo avuto il piacere di festeggiare i 30 anni della nostra attività in questa splendida location a due passi dall’uscita della circonvallazione di Pescara (uscita Spoltore), in effetti il punto è strategico e comodo da raggiungere per chiunque. Siamo stati seguiti fin dall’inizio dell’organizzazione dell’evento dallo chef Maurizio che è riuscito a soddisfare tutte le nostre esigenze e infatti tutto è andato secondo i piani. Cibo squisito e servizio professionale (presente, ma discreto). Il nostro pasto comprendeva: - Aperitivo di benvenuto all’esterno (all’ombra del bellissimo ex fienile); - un antipasto (pizza e foje); - un primo (pappardelle alla contadina); - un secondo (morbido di vitellino con verdure e di stagione) - torta (millefoglie preparata da loro al momento!) - vino, caffè, amari e bevande. Il nostro evento si è svolto a pranzo e a noi è stata riservata la zona della ampia veranda. La location ha fatto la differenza nella buona riuscita della festa, in quanto anche i bambini presenti hanno potuto divertirsi e giocare nel grande giardino posto proprio al lato della struttura, lasciando i genitori “liberi” di pranzare (restando vigili su di loro).

23/03/2025: Ottimo cibo e servizio efficiente in una location raffinata e rilassante. Frequento il ristorante con assiduità ed ogni volta è una conferma di qualità, comprese le serate a tema come quella del 21 marzo dedicata al baccala'.

14/12/2024: CLIENTE abituale di Fattoria Galasso, oggi ho provato le scrippelle mbusse. Ottimo piatto invernale: brodo di gallina,vitello e tacchino fatto come una volta. Sopra hanno aggiunto anche della pizza reale abruzzese. Squisite. Servizio sempre eccellente. Mi trovo sempre molto bene . Qui.

18/02/2025: Dinner for two, I take the house ravioli and my wife the Castelmagno cheese gnocchi. My ravioli (skinny), handmade or so it seemed, were good but the ragù with which they were seasoned was low in meat, very liquid and seemed more like a tomato sauce... but it tasted quite good. The gnocchi seemed more "prefabricated" to my wife than homemade, but they were good and well seasoned. Then we had some rostelle, the meat was good and chunky. good but I prefer the smaller skewers (with a few more pieces than these) because the meat stays more cooked... however the rostelle were very good. Excellent desserts... helpful and friendly staff even if there were many customers.

27/02/2025: Il locale si presenta bene anche se i tavoli sono molto vicini gli uni agli altri tanto che il personale al suo passaggio spesso ti sfiora. Le pietanze proposte sono buone e gustose come le tartare o i ravioli al tartufo ma si ha l'impressione che tutto è accellerato ...come se qualcuno ti mettesse fretta. Un piatto dopo un altro fine alla fine per far posto ad altri.

03/11/2024: Non esiste rapporto qualità prezzo, prezzo troppo alto per la qualità del cibo. Uniche pietanze salvabili il formaggio fritto, il timballo alla teramana che si trova solo la domenica. Tutte le altre pietanze veramente mediocri ma abbondanti, in compenso personale gentile.

07/01/2025: Spinti dalla pubblicità positiva fattaci da amici, abbiamo deciso di prenotare per pranzo anche noi. Abbiamo saltato gli antipasti ( e menomale aggiungerei) passando direttamente ai primi, secondi e contorni. Polenta con scarti di carne buttati un pò a caso, comprese le ossa singole. Sembravano veramente scarti. Carne arrostita di scarsissima qualità e patate straunte di frittura e non croccanti, ma solo unte. Posate sporche...bottiglia del vino visibilmente sporca. Il tappo dell'acqua, rigorosamente filtrata e non imbottigliata, con residui di muffa e un cane, un certo Tito che passeggia allegramente tra i tavoli. Conto non assolutamente economico, ci siamo chiesti come possa essere ancora aperto. Cioè onestamente bisogna essere veramente masochisti per accettare tutto ciò. Mai mai mai più.

27/12/2024: Frequento questo ristorante da circa 40 anni, cibo di una volta, invariato nei decenni. Gestione familiare, piatti tipici della tradizione abruzzese, senza compromessi. Chi cerca la nouvelle cuisine, vada altrove.

05/01/2025: Quelle régularité !!! Sergio est un pilier de la cuisine locale de qualité. Chef d’entreprise de caractère, très bien épaulé par sa famille, il a su garder une régularité qualitative à son son Hotel Restaurant. À faire absolument !!!

24/10/2024: La bilancia solo rezuma encanto abruzzese pasado de moda y auténtico. Los anfitriones Sergio y Antonietta sirven maravillosos platos locales a los lugareños y asistentes a la fiesta para ocasiones especiales. Los lugares estaban llenos de habituales cuando fuimos a almorzar. El menú es todo verbal (no había nada escrito) y cambia diariamente. Un amigo había sugerido simplemente "ir con lo que sugiera la cameriera", y eso es más o menos lo que hicimos, e ir casi uno de todo. Todo estaba delicioso. El ritmo es pausado, como corresponde a un buen almuerzo italiano (aunque sí vimos a algunos habituales de trabajo entrar, conseguir su plato habitual de pasta y perno en 30 minutos. ) Pero, ¿por qué no quedarse? Es un lugar divertido. Buenos vinos locales, con especial protagonismo dado a la Bodega Valentini, una de las mejores de Abbruzzo. Pero sus vinos de la casa son espléndidos también. Si te encuentras en el barrio vinícola que rodea Loreto Aprutino, este es el lugar para comer tranquilamente o cenar aún más tranquilamente. Muy recomendable.
