09/06/2026: Hidden Gem in Positano!
Do yourself a favour and make the extra effort getting yourself up the hill (walk,bus, taxi etc) and coming to grab lunch or dinner here. Staff are friendly and provide great service. Views are excellent, service is fast, and the food is incredible. All for a very affordable price. So good I came back all 4 days I was here, and they offer takeaway which is very quick too!
Paying for a taxi to get here and getting food here is probably still cheaper than getting food down in the centre of town, and in my opinion it’s better quality here, and you get the view!

14/06/2026: great for lunch and dinner! very authentic, out of the touristy hustle and bustle of lower positano, very relaxed and lots of locals.
12/06/2026: We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Il Grottino Azzurro. The fresh homemade bread and olive oil were the perfect start to an amazing meal. The food was delicious, the quality outstanding, and the service exceptional. We were picked up by their shuttle bus and enjoyed a lovely walk back afterwards. A perfect evening in Positano, highly recommended.

The Pool

07/06/2026: We had our elopement through them and it was an absolutely incredible experience. Staff is attentive, friendly, and helpful. The property is clean, picturesque, has incredible views of Positano, and excellent room selection. We very much enjoyed the infinity pool, bar, and the food.
When we return to Positano we will be staying here again without a doubt. Thank you for everything.
23/12/2025: An incredible place to stay in Positano. We stayed here during our honeymoon (in the honeymoon suite) and our room was amazing. You have your own private terrace and pool overlooking Positano, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The shared pools at the hotel/villa are also really nice and not crowded. The location is ideal, you are close to a staircase that will take you all the way down to the beach. The staff were so sweet, they gifted us with a painting on our last day to congratulate us on our wedding and honeymoon.

19/11/2025: One of our most unforgettable hotel stays. I initially booked a Classic Sea View room, which didn’t include the iconic Positano panorama of the sparkling sea and pastel houses cascading down the cliffside. When I asked the front desk if this was the case for all rooms in that category, the hotel manager graciously upgraded us to a Deluxe Sea View room. The room was beautifully appointed—elegant, spotless, and fitted with a luxurious all-marble bathroom. Each morning, we enjoyed breakfast on the pool terrace, taking in the same postcard-perfect view of Positano that dreams are made of. From start to finish, the staff treated us like royalty. Truly an exceptional experience we will never forget.

02/11/2025: We ordered a pizza to go on our way to catch the bus. The owner was very friendly and attentive. We ordered the Napoleon pizza, expecting it to be salty due to the anchovies. However, it was so incredibly salty that we spat it out the moment we tasted it. Perhaps other pizzas are better, but this Napoleon pizza is definitely not edible. Be warned!
09/10/2025: Very disappointing. Cannoli tasted like it was pre made and fake. Who puts dried fruit in a cannoli? Nothing from that cannoli was fresh. Service was horrible. Workers getting upset because we bought 1 piece of items. Iced coffee was warm poured over ice which is not iced coffee. Atmosphere felt like we were being degraded.

21/05/2026: Lovely hotel with street access. Central location, 10 mins walk to Spaggia Grande beach.
16/05/2026: Fantastic 3 nite stay at the property. Each aspect of the service is impeccable - front staff was friendly and knowledgeable, housekeeping was immaculate, while the breakfast was also excellent. The true test of a hotel's service standard is not when things are running smoothly, but when things go wrong beyond their control, and it is here the staff shined. For eg, even though the lift was under maintenance for all 3 nites, the staff were super helpful with bringing our luggage up and down. The weather while we were in positano wasnt great so the harbour was closed but our front staff was super diligent in keeping us updated in the morning and helping us plan alternatives on where to go and things to do.

27/05/2026: Pretty special place! The beach was super nice to relax on, and the meal overlooking the sea was a true pleasure.
It can be crowded and getting there by ferry only may be a bit intimidating but it was worth it. The restaurant has a boat that runs back and forth (for free) about every 30 minutes; it holds 10 passengers so if it’s a crowded time you may need to wait for next boat. You can also order a water taxi if you have different time needs or you want a more private experience, ours was €40 and took maybe 20 minutes to arrive. It all works with a bit of effort, don’t stress!
26/05/2026: Da Adolfo was a highlight of our trip! The mussel soup was our favorite dish but the clam pasta & eggplant parmesan were also very good. The ~10 minute boat to the beach was fun and a nice way to see Positano from the water. The staff were very friendly & attentive. We didn’t book beach chairs but were able to hang out at the public beach for a couple of hours after lunch. We brought our own beach towels to lay on. A lovely & memorable afternoon!
