Excellent service and thought on guest

One of our most unforgettable hotel stays. I initially booked a Classic Sea View room, which didn’t include the iconic Positano panorama of the sparkling sea and pastel houses cascading down the cliffside. When I asked the front desk if this was the case for all rooms in that category, the hotel manager graciously upgraded us to a Deluxe Sea View room. The room was beautifully appointed—elegant, spotless, and fitted with a luxurious all-marble bathroom. Each morning, we enjoyed breakfast on the pool terrace, taking in the same postcard-perfect view of Positano that dreams are made of. From start to finish, the staff treated us like royalty. Truly an exceptional experience we will never forget.
