19/04/2025: Despite some of the negative reviews, I have to say I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of this place. It’s excellent for some Aperitivo in the afternoon. Good choice of snacks offered and if you want to order some oysters then you wont be disappointed. The oysters here were great. Staff is also very attentive, I would definitely recommend.
08/04/2025: Ordered a glass of a specific bottle of chardonnay, unfortunately, it was finished, and without asking, the staff popped a different bottle and poured it into my glass. I said this is not the one i ordered, and she said "its ok its the same grape".
What kind of wine place does this?
Their "medium" pour was also extremely tiny, less than 75ml.

28/06/2025: Absolutely amazing tasting menu, a must while in Positano. Dont miss it.
26/06/2025: Delicious food and a nice place, but the waiters spoke so softly I couldn't understand them, and a table of Americanos when I went was very, very loud. No one said anything to them. It was disappointing! Plus, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and the music didn't work either, all strange for a Michelin-starred restaurant. They really need to improve! I couldn't get over how cold it was; they had the air conditioning on full blast. I asked if they could turn it down, and they turned it up. In the end, they had to give me a blanket and I had dinner with it the whole time. 😰😣

Nicoletta and the team provided a very warm and personal experience at their restaurant, which matched with the creative and delicious meal provided for a perfect evening to celebrate my birthday. A must really if you’re in Positano for the experience

26/08/2025: The hotel is amazing we had the wedding there few days ago ! The manager Arianna made our big day nice & smooth! We are so glad we choose Hotel Conca D ‘ Oro for our wedding reception ! We had a lovely time with friends & families ❤️
24/08/2025: We stayed with six people, divided between two rooms and a suite. The hotel is simply wonderful: the view is like something out of a postcard, a truly memorable experience.
The restaurant service deserves a 10/10: we're used to high standards, but we can say without hesitation that this was the best hotel restaurant we've ever stayed in. Excellent food, impeccable service, and attention to detail at all times.
The rooms are bright, welcoming, and meticulously maintained; the extremely comfortable bed made our sleep pleasant and rejuvenating. The bathrooms are clean, tidy, and meticulously finished, confirming the impeccable management.
Special praise goes to the staff, exceptional in every way: always available, kind, and smiling, they made our stay even more enjoyable. Making this experience even more unique is the family management: the owners run the hotel with passion, dedication, and a care that is evident in every detail, conveying a rare and precious authenticity.
Congratulations on your excellent work: hospitality that deserves to be recognized as a true benchmark.

25/06/2025: Terrible servicio. Nos sentamos solos durante los primeros veinte minutos. Luego solo de nuevo durante los últimos treinta. Por un mínimo de 300 euros la pareja, esto era inaceptable. Claramente piensan que son demasiado buenos para prestar atención a los clientes. Sobrevalorado en el mejor de los casos.
18/06/2025: La ubicación era genial. Ambiente agradable - destacar la música en vivo. Sin embargo - menú era demasiado restrictivo, el servicio tomó una eternidad, era extremadamente caro y la comida era deficiente.Sin duda tenía mucho mejor comidas a una fracción del costo en Positano. OMI, no vale la pena.

18/07/2025: Las mejores vistas (se puede ver Praiano y Positano desde lo alto) , un servicio atento, un personal amable y una deliciosa selección. La mozzarella frita es la bomba 👌🏻. Espera escaleras.
03/07/2025: La primera impresión fue genial. Fuimos recibidos amablemente por un personal amable y una vista espectacular.
La cena comenzó con aperitivos de cortesía, siendo las albóndigas las protagonistas de la noche. Después decidimos pedir el entrante de calamares. La presentación parecía fabulosa, el primer bocado nos dejó decepcionados. Cada bocado posterior era masticable y sin sabor.
Después de los aperitivos pedimos una carta de vinos para acompañar la cena, el gerente insistió en enviar al sommelier, para nuestra sorpresa un iPad incrustado en una tabla de cortar fue presentado como una carta de vinos… con opciones limitadas. Dejando de lado la presentación, el vino que elegimos fue excelente (pero, una vez más, no recibimos ayuda del personal).
Llegó la cena (de nuevo, gran presentación), dimos nuestros primeros bocados y nos quedamos pensando que estábamos pagando mucho dinero por una gran vista y una comida desagradable.
Nos quedamos decepcionados y no volveríamos por la comida. Sin embargo, el personal fue amable y atento y las vistas eran impresionantes.

04/07/2025: Muy mal, servicio muy malo, un chica haciendo papeles y un chico en plan postureo.. ni siquiera nos atendieron, ni para comer alli, ni comprar.. nos dijeron que no atendían, y eran las 15h.
28/06/2025: Absolutamente fantástica experiencia!
Recientemente asistí a esta clase de cocina italiana con mi hijo y la pasé increíble de principio a fin.
El instructor era conocedor, amable, e hizo que todos se sintieran bienvenidos. Aprendimos a hacer pasta fresca, salsas clásicas e incluso tiramisú de postre. El enfoque práctico fue muy divertido, y recogí tantos consejos útiles que puedo usar en casa. Los ingredientes eran de primera calidad, y la comida final que compartimos juntos fue deliciosa. ¡Qué ambiente tan divertido y amigable! Recomiendo encarecidamente esta clase a cualquiera que busque una clase de cocina divertida, interactiva y seriamente deliciosa : ) )

20/10/2023: Wow what an experience. Thankfully we waited patiently to be seated, we ordered a couple of mozzarella, tomato and Basil paninis with Aperol Spritz which were all lovely. What we weren’t expecting was to be served by the Italian Basil Fawlty, with all the people who just sat down without being invited as individual Manuels. It literally was a laugh a minute and we were okay because we had waited to be seated. You’d pay good money in the UK for a Fawlty Towers experience, here we were getting it for free.
The stories the one star reviews tell are absolutely correct (whenever have you heard a 5 star reviewer saying that?) I would definitely recommend going but I’d suggest that you wait to be seated, order your food and a spritz, sit back and enjoy the entertainment.
For any younger readers please replace any mention of Fawlty Towers with Karens.

30/03/2025: Caminamos por el Camino de los Dioses y estábamos calientes y cansados. Esta pequeña tienda era genial. Nos sentamos en la zona del porche trasero y tuvimos una gran vista. Pedí granita de limoncello que era fantástico y un spritz de aperol junto con una tabla de charcutería muy agradable y la caprese de panini. La comida era buena. Debo parar si hago la caminata.
22/03/2025: Très bon accueil, pour manger un petit bout sur le sentier des dieux .
Tout est bon et fait maison, et prix très correct. Avec une terrasse très sympa.

02/11/2024: In vacanza a Positano tra colazioni abbonanti e cene abbondanti ci voleva un pranzo veloce e leggero e qui abbiamo trovato dei panini ottimi, fatti al momento con gli ingredienti freschi dal bancone. Davvero ottimo e prezzi onesti.
09/10/2024: Hermosa comida deli - focaccia, rollos crujientes, mozzarella fresca, salami, etc.
Masivo y muy lleno
¡Una alternativa barata al almuerzo en positano!

10/05/2025: Llamar restaurante a Li Galli es como llamar pista de tenis a Wimbledon.
Es más una experiencia culinaria que una cena. Siendo de herencia italiana estaba familiarizado con todos los ingredientes, alcachofa, garbanzos, hinojo, etc., pero se presentaron de maneras inusuales y emocionantes. No podía ni quería comer así todas las noches, pero como regalo especial para las vacaciones, fue espectacular. Lo que realmente lo diferenciaba era el servicio. Al final de la comida todo el personal, incluido el chef nos saludó y nos deseó buenas noches y nos ofrecieron un recorrido por el hotel.
Toda la experiencia fue fuera de este mundo.
Precaución, es un fracaso del presupuesto, pero la vida es corta. ¡Date un capricho!
17/04/2025: Piacevole ristorante con bellissima vista su Positano. I menù degustazione sono interessanti ma questa sera andiamo alla carta, scegliendo i piatti più invitanti tra cui spiccano l’antipasto di mare, i meravigliosi spaghetti con la pummarola, i cappellacci e un ottimo baccalà. Dolci sfiziosi che si mangiano anche giocando, ottimo vino al bicchiere in un una cantina veramente ampia. Servizio degno della stella che merita ampiamente. Cena deliziosa e splendida passeggiata per ritornare alla base.
