The menu is a perfect balance of tradition and creativity: seasonal dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients, often locally sourced, and impeccably presented. Each course is an explosion of flavor, from the refined starters to the succulent main courses, and even the desserts that deserve an honorable mention. The pizza is also very good!

26/10/2025: I don't often write negative reviews, but my experience at this place was so humiliating that I felt compelled to share it. ​We entered the bar and, seeing that it was crowded, politely waited our turn, as is normal. After a few minutes, one of the staff noticed us, welcomed us, and showed us to a table that had become available. So far, everything was normal. ​We had just sat down, perhaps starting to look at the menu, when we saw the owner himself approach us with a determined expression. Without a shred of discretion, without even trying to speak to us in a low voice, he stood in front of us and, in front of the entire room full of customers, asked us to stand. ​The chill. At that moment, all eyes were on us. He didn't offer a valid explanation, he didn't apologize for any mistake made by his staff (who, I emphasize, had seated us). His tone and manner made us feel instantly out of place, as if we were stealing that table, as if we'd done something terribly wrong. ​I can't describe the shame we felt. Being pointed at like that, forced to get up and walk past the other customers who were looking at us with a mixture of curiosity and pity, was simply humiliating. It was a lack of professionalism, tact, and, frankly, basic manners that I've never encountered in any other establishment. ​It doesn't matter if the table was reserved (and if so, the mistake was his staff's, not ours) or if there had been any other misunderstanding: an owner never handles a situation this way. He approaches, privately apologizes for the inconvenience, and offers an alternative. He doesn't make a public scene and embarrass his customers. ​We felt chased away in the worst possible way. Naturally, we left immediately. I feel sorry for the staff, who were initially kind, but due to the owner's arrogant and humiliating behavior, you have lost not only two customers, but also our good word. We will never set foot in this bar again and will actively discourage it from anyone. The shame you have caused us will never be forgotten.

26/10/2025: After a while, I finally got around to trying it. I went on a Saturday night with a reservation (which isn't required, but is recommended). It's a welcoming place, with a style I love, and super kind and friendly staff. As soon as you sit down, they bring you a bottle of water and some appetizers. The cocktails are not only delicious and beautiful to look at, but also really good. I loved the wide selection of drinks, which makes me want to return as soon as possible to try them all. 😅 Prices are reasonable.

01/03/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Gamberone Restaurant, and the experience was simply fantastic. The atmosphere is welcoming, with attention to detail, and perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The staff is friendly, professional, and always available to recommend the perfect dish. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, considering the high quality of the cuisine and service. I will definitely return and recommend it to everyone.

14/02/2026: We came here for Valentine's Day lunch, and what can I say...everything was excellent! We spent €50 total for two, and the lunch was truly sumptuous: a huge appetizer, a choice of first courses (something not everyone does), and the same for the second course. But the icing on the cake was the warm heart cake; I've never had one so good. I highly recommend this place.

02/09/2025: At the end of July, I went to Radici on Corso Trieste, a place where you can eat and drink, intending to just grab a drink and sit outside with friends. I approached the bar, crowded with orders and people queuing, and one of the guys who was mixing drinks began by saying, "But weren't they all at the beach? Why don't they just go to hell?" I ignored him, thinking he was joking, and asked for a gin and tonic with Gin Mare Capri. He replied that he didn't have it, adding that it was so underrated and, like all other gins, "they taste the same, you don't understand anything." I told him that if he watered them down, it's obvious they all taste the same, but by then the atmosphere was surreal. The other friends had already ordered drinks, and I sat outside without ordering anything. Then, tasting a friend's spritz, I realized there wasn't even any prosecco: zero flavor, just colored water. Nice location, but if you're looking for real cocktails and a minimum of respect for the customer, you're out of luck here.

05/08/2025: Dinner with colleagues went brilliantly! The venue, in the heart of Caserta, is meticulously designed and has a unique atmosphere. The dishes are beautiful and delicious, prepared with creativity and meticulous care. The cocktails, created by top-notch bartenders, are perfect and surprising. The staff is friendly, professional, and always attentive. A perfect blend of quality, taste, and style. Highly recommended!

01/11/2025: I ordered biscuits and a deli for the next morning, pointing out that I had to leave and needed more sturdy packaging. Total cost was €20. The next morning I went to pick it up and found everything ready in two small boxes with the bar's name on it. But to my surprise, they asked me for an additional 25% of the agreed-upon price. So the price increased from €20 to €25, something I've never seen in any bar in Palermo, but here we are in the suburbs. When I politely protested, they replied that they charge for this simple advertised box. Unfair or clever: NEIGHBORHOOD BARS

22/12/2025: I'd say the experience isn't the best, but it's okay every now and then. The desserts are good, and I go there to order cakes and other artisanal treats (from Seven-Up, the café that preceded it and is still open on Via Galatina in Santa Maria Capua Vetere).

17/08/2025: We would like to sincerely thank Giuseppe for his hospitality and helpfulness during our vacation at Agriturismo Colle Bralle from August 11, 2025, to August 17, 2025. The room we stayed in was very spacious and impeccably clean, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The pool area, nestled in the beautiful oak forest, is a haven of tranquility that provided us with moments of pure relaxation. Both breakfast and lunch were truly excellent, rich in authentic flavors and offering a wide variety that satisfied the whole family. Our children had so much fun they never wanted to leave, and their attachment to this place is certainly thanks to Giuseppe, who was always friendly, kind, and attentive to them. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation; we hope to return soon!

10/10/2025: As always, Espanico is a guarantee. Everything is high-quality and therefore delicious. I love the piadinas, which are homemade and I've never tasted anything like them anywhere else. The staff is very helpful and kind. It has proven to be one of the best, and has been for years.

16/03/2026: Good morning, yesterday, Sunday, March 15, 2025, we had lunch at this restaurant with some friends, and unfortunately, the experience was truly awful. We ordered appetizers and first courses. The appetizers arrived at different times: first, part, and then, after a considerable delay, the rest. The biggest problem, however, was with the first courses: we waited over two hours without receiving them. When we asked the staff for an explanation, the only response we received was to go to the cashier and complain because they didn't know what else to say to us. A truly embarrassing situation. We finally went to the cashier and had another surprise: the full bill, without any attention or courtesy, despite a two-hour wait and the fact that we were practically starving. A truly terrifying experience. I absolutely do not recommend it, and if you're in the area, I suggest you avoid it.

16/03/2026: I had lunch with friends on Sunday, March 15th, and the experience was decidedly awful. We ordered appetizers and first courses; after about an hour, the appetizers finally arrived, of mediocre quality and completely forgettable. The real problem, however, was the service: after another hour and a half of waiting for the first courses, there was still no sign of them. The waiters were clearly struggling and even went so far as to suggest that customers complain at the cashier because they didn't know what else to say. It was a truly surreal situation. At that point, we decided to leave. At the cashier, there was no apology, no explanation, no gesture of attention toward the customer, as if everything were normal. Extremely unprofessional behavior and truly embarrassing service management. A completely negative experience. I will never return and absolutely do not recommend it.

22/09/2025: The area where this restaurant is located is very nice. It's a shame that those who have the money in their hands don't know how to exploit it. Honestly, paying €30 for two dishes seems excessive to me, considering that in this area you can get a full menu for €20-25. I wouldn't recommend it, much less return. There are plenty of places that don't take advantage of this and are honest.

14/07/2025: Arrived by chance and what a surprise believe me the food was divine despite my intolerances to gluten and lactose I ate a very good pasta with fresh cherry tomatoes and sausage guys stop because it's worth it

01/02/2026: It all started badly. Upon arrival, we were greeted with the news that there had been a reservation issue because we weren't registered, but only after a while—which I'll leave you to imagine—we managed to get our table. Seeing the tables next door already eating their meat, we assumed we'd be fine... But what! We ordered just a few appetizers and then enjoyed the grilled meat. We chose—there were 8 of us—four BLACK ANGUS steaks and four IRISH ENTRECOTE steaks, cooked rare, served on plates with a hot lava stone in the center for those who wanted to continue cooking. Of course, everything was accompanied by grilled vegetables and potatoes. The appetizer and drinks arrived in a decent amount of time, and after finishing our meal, still hungry, we ordered more portions of fries. They arrived a bit later, but they did. All this helps me describe the wait time for the meat to come out, like 45 minutes, and still nothing. We finish the second course of appetizers and start wondering how the meat is doing. The waiter routinely tells us he'll ask the kitchen, then tells us it was on the grill, so it would be out in 5-10 minutes. None of this, maybe 20 minutes and we ask again and another waiter, following the same procedure, tells us it's on the grill. YET ANOTHER HOAX! And among other things, he replies, "WHY ARE YOU ASKING ME?" We're even more disconcerted and reply, "IF NOT YOU, WHO SHOULD I ASK?" We had to raise our expectations a bit and, noticing the embarrassment of the wait staff, we wait just 1 hour and 45 minutes in total, and finally the meat arrives. HERE'S OUR MONEY WASTED. It didn't arrive as agreed. The dish was on the cutting board, not on the plate. The meat was like charred shoe soles. I immediately pointed this out, but no one said to take it back and remake it. That alone is already disrespectful. Then, again at our request, the grilled vegetables, fries, and focaccia were supposed to arrive. But they arrived very staggered, halfway through. The vegetables were in a single dish with not even half a grilled zucchini, and the focaccia was first one, then another at the end. Once everything was finished, we asked for the bill, which, without a doubt, arrived perfectly and very quickly. When handing over the bill, the waiter routinely asked, "How did it go?" At that point, I detailed everything I'd mentioned and also spoke to the owner's daughter, who, completely mortified by what had happened, agreed with us, and made us pay the bill for the expected amount without offering us any incentive either for the current one or for the hypothetical next appointment. In conclusion, a bad night for the place? But you did nothing to make up for the damage.
