15/07/2025: Excellent food of traditional Neapolitan cuisine

02/07/2025: We found it while walking. We were greeted with a friendly welcome, like tourists wandering in from the street. We had a very tasty meal at a reasonable price, and chatted with the owner, who ended up offering us an extra delicious melon liqueur. It was the best decision of the day🙂👍Thank you!

07/08/2025: The waiter's hospitality is typically Neapolitan, very welcoming and friendly, but also frank and peremptory. The new waiter was very polite and a real good guy. The pizza was delicious. The fried anchovies and pastiera were also good.

16/10/2025: We were staying in Amalfi, which is very touristy, and our accommodation recommended this restaurant. The walk was worth it, as the food was delicious and the service attentive. The menu offers something for everyone, whether pizza, pasta, or fish. I have to say that my pizza even made it into the top 5 in Italy in terms of taste. And then there are the delicious homemade desserts, which are highly recommended. They even have an excellent house wine, which is quite rare on this coast. The restaurant's prices are not too high, even compared to Amalfi or Positano. We rounded off the evening with a glass of limoncello on the house. And because we enjoyed it so much the first time, we returned a second time, again with positive impressions. Come and see for yourself what a great restaurant has to offer!

15/10/2025: Food and service was good. My kids ordered pizza and the waiter recommended buffalo mozzarella on top. It turn out to be too much extra cheese for the pizza, and it was really expensive (9 extra euros per mozzarella lump).

09/10/2025: We were there the other night and came away very satisfied. We waited half an hour even though there were a lot of people outside. The restaurant is well-run, and the staff is kind, friendly, and efficient. When we ordered, we were undecided about which entree to order: we were sure about the Genovese, but less sure about whether to order the pasta with potatoes and provola cheese or the lardiata. We finally decided to order the lardiata. Luciano was very kind and generous, and to make sure we didn't miss out, he brought us a sample of the pasta with potatoes and provola cheese, even though we hadn't ordered it. Overall, an excellent experience; I'd gladly return!

21/09/2025: A seafood trattoria in a remote location! A pleasant discovery! Well-prepared dishes with fresh ingredients. There are also meat options, but fewer in number and variety than the seafood. Good selection of wines, especially local ones. The place is a bit noisy.

01/10/2025: ALL SMOKE. AVOID We stopped for takeout. The fried calamari wasn't bad, but the size was almost ridiculous for the price (28 euros for a calamari, perhaps). The first course, scialatielli with mussels and river chili pepper, had escaped, and the few remaining were absolutely tasteless. The worst part was their trio of tartares. Poor-quality fish, bordering on edible. The tartare on the menu consists of salmon, tuna, and amberjack. The salmon was tasteless; we didn't even finish it. The amberjack was slightly better quality, but still not up to par. The worst part was the substitution of the tuna for dolphinfish, without even being told about the substitution. And the latter had a terrible smell and taste. We returned to calmly express our displeasure, and were met with sneers and rudeness in return. It's the classic Capri tourist trap, good only for foreigners who know little about the cuisine. Those who know how to eat fish should stay away, both for the price and the quality.

21/08/2025: I've been to MarC Food in Sala di Serino several times, and every time I leave with the same feeling: satisfied and eager to return soon. The place has a simple and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for both a quiet evening with friends and a romantic getaway. What immediately struck me was the quality of the sandwiches: generous, well-filled, and made with fresh, authentic ingredients. You can taste the care taken in selecting the ingredients, from the meats and cheeses to the homemade sauces that add that extra touch. The crispy, freshly cut fries are also worth a mention. The quality/price ratio is truly excellent: for a modest price, you can eat a lot and well, something that's not at all a given these days. In the summer, it's delightful to sit outside and enjoy a sandwich with friends, soaking up the atmosphere of the village.

12/10/2025: We went to this pub on Saturday night, and we had a great time!! We ordered fries with Agerola fondue and meatballs: excellent, and the fondue was delicious and original. Then we had slow-cooked chicken meatballs, also delicious. The onion croquettes and pulled pork: amazing... Finally, a ngiuciss sandwich: also delicious, I would have perhaps left the burger a little more rare, but that was my fault for asking. Well done, I'll be back soon <3<3

06/10/2025: Homey atmosphere. A warm yet professional welcome. Fast and precise service. Excellent quality traditional cuisine. Excellent cheeses. I enjoyed the mustards and jams served with the cheeses. I confirm the top dish, the scarpariello. Truly excellent. It's worth returning, especially for the first courses and cheeses. Good wine list. Appreciable Cilento wines. The entrance needs a bit of attention. But that day, with the rain and wind, it was fine. My only suggestion is to put a sign in front of the front door; I accidentally entered the kitchen. Oh.

The atmosphere maintains the authenticity of a true traditional osteria, where you can still feel the genuine atmosphere of the Cilento villages. The owners and staff demonstrate excellent preparation and a warm welcome that makes you feel at home. Their passion for local culinary traditions shines through in every dish served. The quality of the products we tasted was consistently high, demonstrating a particular attention to the selection of raw materials and their preparation. Perito itself is a small village waiting to be explored, and Osteria da Ersilia perfectly embodies the spirit of these places, where tradition and hospitality blend harmoniously. An authentic experience that I highly recommend to anyone seeking the true flavors of Cilento in a welcoming, family-friendly setting.

16/10/2025: AVOID Deplorable welcome. The pitches, located on dirt and on slopes, are very small and unmarked. The access road is very difficult, even dangerous, with a dead end, a steep slope, and very narrow. You need a car because the campsite is far from everything. How can they have 4 stars?
